Très bien. Très court.

Excellent petit-déjeuner. Personnel très aimable. Lieu très calme en cette saison. Très proche du centre ville sans en avoir les inconvénients.

Les lits gagneraient en confort avec des protège matelas plus respirants.

Je savais que tout serait parfait, vu les commentaires précédents sur votre site. Chambre très agréable. Grand confort de la literie. Petits déjeuners très copieux. Bravo au personnel, aussi bien pour l'accueil et tout ce qui va avec. Malheureusement, le soleil n'était pas au RDV.

Comfy hotel close to the beach

Close to the beach and the centre of town. Free parking outside. Comfy bed. Quiet location.

No lift and we were on the 3rd floor.

Very clean and close to the local bars and restaurants.

Breakfast was "adequate" but some cheese and ham would be very welcome.

Parking was a bit of a lottery if you needed to be close but there was a huge amount of building work very close by so it will probably improve.

Well run hotel

Very well run new and clean hotel in nice beach town. Huge beach and nice promenade around the corner. Easy parking. Small but comfortable room.

Exceptional

Very welcoming, especially allowing me to take bike through to inner courtyard where they have bike stands. Felt very safe. A real little gem of a place. Good breakfast to, nice hot coffee.

Extremely clean and comfortable hotel room.

I have to say the room was absolutely spotless (which is the most important factor for me). The shower was also a nice size and I really liked that the mirror in the bathroom lit up, which was great for doing my make up in.

The hairdryer didn't work, but to be fair I brought my own and it was only because I couldn't find my converter that I tried to use the one that was already there. The breakfast in my opinion was pretty basic and with so many nice bakeries in the area I wouldn't bother with breakfast if I were to stay there again.

we paid extra for the comfort option on room 19 and was disappointed that the waste pipe from the room above passed through our bathroom sadly creating a disturbing running water sound every time the above facilities were used other than this we were very pleased with our stay

lovely hotel and great location

The owner of the hotel had obviously thought very hard about what their guests would need to make their stay more comfortable. The rooms had safes, coffee and tea, air conditioning and tv.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Do not stay here!! This hotel is run by an extremely arrogant and patronizing individual who will go out of his way to make your stay miserable. Zero customer care. Very badly run place, faulty towers! very small rooms and uncomfortable beds.

Everything! very uncomfortable beds, small rooms, not clean, the pictures do not show the reality. The person operating this 'hotel' is like a crazy dictator, he controls everything, banging on doors, telling you what time you can leave, it's like staying in a prison. Customers are like dog dirt on his shoe. Very very unprofessional and incompetent management. Please do not stay here, it's dreadful

Perfect Royan stay near the centre ville, the plages et le Bon restaurants.

great welcome, clean hotel, superb location in Royan, lovely room with everything required for a comfortable stay. parking available on the road outside. It was so nice we stayed 2 nights instead of just the one planned.

Everything was perfect except for the heating of the room.

Even though we had a cold spell, the only thing heating the room was a heater above the entrance door which did not heat efficiently the entire room. The room was cold.

Nice little hotel next to the beach in Royan

Located 5 min walk from the beach, free parking spots in the street can be found easily, good french breakfast. Recently renovated and very good decor, modern rooms - plus a very cute cat walking around in the entrance :)

Only one socket to charge phone etc. available in the room - other possibilities only in the bathroom. But that did not disturb our good experience in the hotel!

Perfect hotel for a short break in Royan

The hotel was so close to the beach and restaurants so was a perfect location. The mattress was really comfortable. The room was small but all we needed for a couple of nights break. The dining area was comfortable clean and the host was friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of options. We expected parking to be an issue but managed to park right outside the hotel. Will definitely visit again.

Charming small hotel in a beautiful city. Easy walk to Grand Conch beach, restaurants and shops.

No way to adjust the room temperature except to open street side windows and the room was too warm. Breakfast could have included some protein.

Short and sweet with happy memories.

Location was central to the beach, restaurants, shops and the marina. Very handy for all. Breakfast was continental with plenty to eat. Scrambled or boiled eggs would have been good.

Luckily we were on the first floor and didn't have much luggage, but a lift would have helped those further up in the building.
