Great value family friendly retreat in ideal location with exceptional staff

Idyllic location and excellent facilities for families with play area, mini golf, activities such as pétanque and several beaches a few minutes walk away along the coastal path and spotless pool. Great access to Beaulieu-sur-Mer and st Jean cap towns for amenities. Spacious rooms, varied buffet meals and breakfast. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful when we had queries. Evening entertainment shows were family friendly and wholehearted fun. Great place to go, I would go back again, the kids had an amazing time.

The play room with ping pong and board games was well stocked but not cleared regularly, however we were very grateful for the games provided on rainy days. The bar menu at dinner was limited to wine, greater information on soft drinks and drinks other than wine would be nice.

Sijainti hyvä. Aamupala hyvä. Allasaluetta siivottiin ja pestiin joka aamu. Huone rempattu ja siisti.

Päärakennus kaipaa kohennusta. 70-luvun fiilis. Aamupalalla kyyhkyset olivat röyhkeät ja hyppäsivät pöydälle jos silmä väisti. Olisivat voineet hommata joku pelätin katolle. Hotellialue ja rakennukset ovat nähneet parhaat päivät.

Beautiful location, perfect pool, great friendly staff

Friendly staff. The pool was great. Aqua gym and evening entertainment were family friendly and fun. Great access to local beaches and restaurants, sights and excursions.

Swimming pool ch aging facilities were a bit confusing- could only see female change facility.

Bilder sehen besser aus als die Wirklichkeit.

Der Barkeeper an der Pool Bar war sehr freundlich! Die Lage ist sehr gut, man konnte direkt an den Strand gehen oder von da aus in die Stadt. Die Aussicht vom Pool auf das Meer ist sehr schön.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr verhaltend und ziemlich knapp gehalten. Bei Fragen hatte man das Gefühl nicht willkommen zu sein. Das Frühstück ist nicht gut! Das Rührei war eine Pampe, der Jogurt aus den Bechern sehr schlecht. Der Käse sowie die Wurst sahen ungenießbar aus. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten eine Katastrophe!! Die Anlage und die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Zug verläuft direkt am Hotel vorbei, was ziemlich laut ist. Im Zimmer ist die Toilette sehr sehr klein. Wenn die Tür geschlossen ist, dann kann man sich kaum darin bewegen.

exceptionnel par la localisation du site, le confort des espaces et la gentillesse du personnel

Vue exceptionnelle à partir des terrasses et piscine, face à la mer. Vastes espaces communs intérieurs (baby foot, table ping pong, bar) dans le bâtiment d'accueil. A l'arrière, grand jardin agréable, bien entretenu, donne accès aux bâtiments des chambres. chambre moderne fonctionnelle avec terrasse et salon de jardin. Personnel très attentif et aimable.

Disappointing

Location is good. Lovely walk along the coast path to the post of Cap Ferrat. Air con worked well.

Really poor value for money. Expect a lot more for €400 per night. Family room with not a lot of space and uncomfortable, small bunk beds for the kids. Breakfast was uninspiring and of poor quality also. Definitely wouldn't come again.

South of France was amazing. hotel could be exceptional but lack of modernisation let’s it down- yet somehow the ups off

location was amazing. Nathan in the team fantastic. dinner was generally very good. hats off to the chef.

rooms/bathrooms, extra charges for everything prevent want for full usage of facilities. like the €4 per day pool towel charge. lack of working air con. no gym

for a 3star hotel it was spectacular!!!!!! perfect location rooms were large modern and clean would definitely recommend it for families or couples

there was no inside bar, or it just wasn’t open while I was there, obviously the outside bar was open but not till late 🤷🏻‍♂️ I’m being picky tho!! great hotel 🏨

Location is good, peaceful hotel. Nice room.

Food was very basic, would have expected a bit more with the price we paid. The buildings look a bit dodgy outside.

A hidden treasure close to Nice, lovely location with great sea views, comfortable short stay...

Excellent location, views of the bay, secure car parking, pool... restaurant grill was very good.

Rooms could do with a refresh, air con worked sporadically, (too hot), restaurant could do with a few more staff working during meal times, clearing tables, sweeping the floor etc....

Size of room. Amazing location. Beautiful views from the pool.Lovely views from pool area.

No fridge in room! Have to hire a small electric esky at 35 euros ! Dark bar with very little selection. Outside bar great when open. Breakfast could better.

Happy with the location that's about it.

Location is 5 star, perfect right next to the beach, 15 minute walk along a beautiful boardwalk to Jean Cap Ferrat Marina, wonderful! views amazing.

We never complain but feel that customers need to know our thoughts. The rooms are situated in out buildings and therefore does not have a hotel feel, more like a holiday camp feel to the complex. Staff were rude and not very forthcoming when help was required, water cooler in the reception area was empty for two days in heat wave! Cleanliness of rooms and general décor very poor, furniture in all areas could do with upgrading 100%. We paid for half board but ate out every night! as the food was not great, breakfast was poor also. Not enough sun beds around pool area, opened at 9:30am. Private cove was closed due to safety reasons, no attempt to open this area which would have been a welcome addition to the bed shortage and busy pool area. 2 star at best not 3. Not value for money.

A pleasant stay in a professionally lead Hotel, breakfast could be improved.

Professional and friendly staff, easy alignment with questions, all requests were fulfilled at the first inquiry. Hotel Rooms were clean and equipped with all necessary items and in very good shape, everything worked well - to feel at home a little bit of personal taste beside the pure functionality would add comfort and character. Overall the service was definetly good.

On the day of departure, the breakfast buffet was empty at 8:00 in the morning and was not refilled, even though we asked. In a nutshell even the day before the breakfast was OK but nothing more - most hotels in europe are able invest some more care and love into their food- the quality of the breakfast settled our decision to go outside for diner. Drinks at the bar were expensive. Beer was served in cans, a glass would have been nice.
