Sjajna Pozicija , Dobar dorucak , Usluzno ososblje ! Veoma visoka cena , Male sobe !

Na svega 5 minuta hoda od sajamskog kompleksa ! I15 minuta hoda do Trznog Centra TIME SQUARE . Dorucak u hotelu bogat ,Osoblje u restorabu izvanredno !

Udobnost kreveta i mala kvadratura sobe za Dva gosta . jedva da se mopgu koferi otvoriti ( pritom je potrebno pomeriti namestaj kako bi se oslobodio prostor ! Veoma visoka cena smestaja , ako uzmemo u obzir da je NOVOTEL u pitanju !

Stayed for two nights with my partner for a short layover in Hong Kong. Would stay again.

Location was convenient with many places to eat and convenience stores around the hotel, around 5 minutes walk to MTR station. Staff was friendly, room was clean, facilities were all there.

很一般，很糟糕，被惊吓到了

Booking 上面定了 6个房间，同一张订单里面的房间，去办理入住的时候，前台找不到订单，一直说只有3个房间，让我自己跟Booking去沟通处理，他们这里看不到订单，我在那里跟前台说了半个多小时，办理了 1个多小时，最后才把我预定的房间都找出来。前台的服务态度不好，碰到问题没想办法帮客人解决，而是让客人自己去解决，我当时都被惊吓到了，钱都付了，每个房间都是 4个晚上，好几万的费用，说找不到预定的信息就找不到，一点责任心都没有。酒店的系统问题，结果要把这些责任让客户自己去处理。

早餐很一般，服务态度不好

早餐一般，种类不多；我定的 6个房间，没定早餐，然后在前台那边登记入住的时候，要增加早餐，前台不让加，让我自己每天早上去吃早餐的地方现场交钱才可以，而且是每天早上去付钱，提前把入住的几天付了也不行

Super, war toll.

Die Lage war sehr Zentral und der Personal immer hilfsbereit und nett. Mann konnte in einigen Meter zur Bahn und Fähre erreichen.

Das der zusärzliche Sofabett sehr ungemütlich war.

Vado ad Hong Kong due/ tre volte all’ anno e scelgo sempre questo hotel. Camere pulite, spaziose, ottima colazione. Posizione comodissima per la firs raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Consigliato

Breakfast and location was good.

Rooms were too small and old. Bathroom especially wasn't clean enough. They didn't even put one bottle of water in the room, no tea, nothing...

Good location and excellent staff.

Location was good and the concierge supervisor (Paul) was excellent in helping me negotiate what I wanted to visit in the city and stay safe during the impending typhoon. He made sure I had an umbrella and was confident when I was sightseeing alone.

Bathroom needed updating.

This hotel, in my point of view has lost its quality comparing to last year same période as I’ve stayed for more or less

The quality or standard of he room (714) and it’s toilet. Room very narrow. The corridor very dirty and looks not have been serviced for so long

Loved the concierge,Paul Chan but wouldn’t return

Location was really good, close to MTR. The only other good thing about the hotel was the concierge, Paul Chan - so helpful with great tips on places to go and best places to eat.

The smell in the corridor and also in the room (damp smell even though they had dehumidifiers and air purifiers running 24/7). The premier lounge was one of the worst we’ve ever encountered. No service at all and uncomfortable seating, pretty unsavory canapés/snacks.

Estadia Novotel Hong Kong

Localização facilita o deslocamento ao MTR e também para aproveitar restaurantes locais. Próximo existe lavanderia para roupas. Como estávamos em dois quartos, eles abriram a porta para quartos conectados, o que foi excelente. Chuveiro ótimo. O quarto tem uma bancada para apoio e é possível fazer um chá. Os funcionários são excelentes.

O banheiro não tem ducha higiênica. Hong Kong é uma cidade com alto custo, então o café da manhã no hotel era caro.

Good stay after all

Excellent breakfast, especially the fruit. 7eleven close by Adaptor for phone charging in the room.

It was cold due to air conditioning, especially in the breakfast hall. Found a 2 centimetres coat of dust under the sink. Could implement multi-purpose sockets!! Small room View on the city wasn't quite what I expected :(

Good option for business trips.

Its location is definitely a plus point. Breakfast is also very good and great variety.

Overall rooms are rather small. But it’s also understandable considering the type of buildings. For 1 person is ok, but if 2 people in the same size room might be very tight.

Stay at Novotel

The location of the place was amazing and you may find good vegetarian food in hotel as well as vicinity. The bar has amazing happy hours and you may get beers and wines at very good prices between 4-6pm. Resident guests also are eligible for discount on food. the surrounding area is very safe and we use to walk down 500-600mtrs at night post partying and felt safe. There is a 7-11 just opp to hotel main gate

They did not give me the 30% discount on one of the item I had ordered and staff was not friendly (except the sweet guy at concierge service). However none of the in room dining as well as housekeeping staff picked up any of our calls, even at the time of check-out our genuine eligibility for 30% discount was not entertained and reception staff was too rude. The rooms are very small (like really cramped up)
