Würde hier wieder buchen.

Die Lavabo-Armatur war lose. Dies meldeten wir dem Zimmerservice. Wurde gleichentags repariert. Sehr gut gemacht.

Great hotel location and room let down by badly trained staff

Breakfast staff clearing tables at10.31 when breakfast only finishes at 10.30. Noisy and made to feel in the way

Very enjoyable

Beautiful room. Great location. Coffee and croissant good. We had a very enjoyable stay. Good Thai restaurant at the hotel as well

Struttura molto bella, scelta ottima

Posizione molto funzionale: cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e della metropolitana, all'inizio del centro storico comodamente raggiungibile anch'esso a piedi. Per andare in collina o al lago (se non si vuole camminare) metropolitana o bus. Colazione con grande assortimento di salato, dolce e frutta, con vista sul bellissimo giardino. Letti molto comodi, stanza spaziosa.

Due piccole pecche: 1) tra bagno e camera parete vetrata, accendendo la luce del bagno si illumina un'ampia zona della camera a ridosso del letto ..... poco piacevole se uno dei due sta dormendo. 2) non c'è interruttore per l'aria condizionata, si può regolare la temperatura ma non spegnere.

Bon séjour et emplacement

Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres

Le service de réception est correct mais pas très accueillant, notre chambre n'était pas prête pour accueillir trois personnes en termes de literie (housse, couette) et J'ai du faire des allers retours à la réception pour la changer.

Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre la Clim ne marchait pas et quand on ouvrait la fenêtre la nuit on entendait les gens bourrés dans la rue.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Wir schätzten das grosszügige Zimmer für uns mit 2 Personen und unseren Sohn mit Frau und Kind war das Zimmer ebenso gross, mit einem dritten Bett. Wir hatten genügend Platz. Es war sehr ruhig, da wir uns für ein Gartenzimmer entschieden hatten. Januar 2024.

Der Radiator im Zimmer war leider kalt. Habe dies erst am Morgen festgestellt, dass man etwas aufdrehen könnte.

Very reasonable.

Good location...extremely close to train station and metro...although, the incline to and from hotel, on cobbled stones was a little difficult with luggage. Breakfast was good.

Strange room design, no view...small step down on entering, you don't notice and surprises you every time...causing your back to be thrown out, if you don't remember. Not sure if all rooms have this. The hotel is under major construction...our room had a strong smell of paint, as well as hallways...luckily, we had a door that could open for fresh air, otherwise, they had no other rooms available for us.

Exceptional

Good sized rooms, great service, a full-sized bath. Had to rush for an early train and appreciated that I had the choice to just get a croissant and coffee at the breakfast bar.

Would have appreciated a mini bar!

Perfect location to stay for all the day trips out

Location is superb just 5 min from main train station, though it is an uphill climb to the hotel. Quite a steep slope if you have big bags but definitely manageable

Very good hotel and human size hotel chain (Fassbinder) nice management and great location,

Very good location, staff are helpful and friendly, great breakfast with indoor and quiet outdoor garden (even in downtown), rooms are very spacious compared to other hotels with a modern and very ergonomic design, communication with hotel primo to the arrival for detailed arrangements (breakfast, parking etc.) were smooth and with prompt answers. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are quiet.

Housekeeping forgot to clean our room on day 1.

Lovely stay in Lausanne!

This is really a nice hotel. We loved our room. Comfortable, large bed and great shower. Also, a small fridge and kettle with coffee and teas. The front desk staff was so helpful and kind. The young man who checked us in shared lots of tips on activities and use of the free transport card. We also like the coffee and pastry option at breakfast for 5SF. Location is convenient for train arrivals. Old town is a bit further up the hill.

Excellent in parts

Overall, the look and feel of the hotel was attractive and comfortable. Nice easy 5 minutes walk from railway station. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our final room (1 night out of 4 ) was great. Looked onto internal garden was well laid out and had good daylight to make room very comfortable. We only got this second room when we mentioned we we are not very happy that our original garden view room was rather dark and dismal and had no Internet. Wish they had set us better from the start.

Breakfast. They offer scrambled egg. At 8.15am, there was a small amount left in the serving tray but dried up and hard. I asked the staff member if some more could be made. He just replied, "No, there is still some left." When that ran out, he said it could not be replaced. Breakfast was expensive at 22 CHF per person, so we were not impressed and did not have breakfast there again. The Thai evg food was much better. However, the staff seemed rushed, stressed, and a bit curt. One lady told me I had to leave a staff tip. As service had not been good/friendly and she'd forgotten the water I had ordered three times (got it myself in the end), I did not want to tip for what felt like not good service. She was not very happy. So if the restaurant service was better and we'd got the room we ended up with we would awarded this place with a ten as we really liked it.
