Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel mit Restaurant…die Preise sind natürlich „Schweiz“ bezogen!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön incl dem Bad. Das Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit, und sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen im dazugehörigen Restaurant war hervorragend, sehr lecker!

Von dem Frühstück war ich etwas enttäuscht…ich hätte mir etwas mehr Auswahl gewünscht, frisches Obst und mehr Auswahl an Wurst (Käse war mehr da), dafür war der Kaffee sehr gut und auch der Service war gut!

Perfect stay, perfect staff, perfect sauna! We will be coming back.

Modern decor, very in keeping with the landscapes and mountains. Sauna available which is always lovely on those days which are especially cold. The location was perfect - in walking distance to everywhere and buses were easily in walking distance also.

Not all rooms had updated bathrooms but still nice enough and comfortable and clean.

Brilliant location and fantastic staff make this hotel

Pretty good breakfast and very nice dinner in the restaurant two nights, but it’s really the staff that make this hotel what it is. They are friendlier than anywhere we’ve ever stayed in Switzerland and were so helpful at every turn, even with a full hotel.

Our room was small for 4 people, but fortunately the balcony helped as it was large and had a great view. This would make a big difference in summer.

A very nice stay in a very nice hotel

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The selection could have a bit broader, but for our stay this was plenty enough. The breakfast was also very good.

ok for for the older generation, however we were hoping for a bit more atmosphere and we are aged 58)

clean, modern, comfortable, friendly staff, location to ski lift.

Our first room was smaller than advertised. We asked to change to another room which was bigger and had a better view Breakfast was average: not much choice, cheese was bland ( unfortunate in Switzerland !) no vegetables or fruit. Bread and eggs were good It is not a ski in/ ski out hotel ! 350m uphill to access the slope.
