Wir sind nur ungern wieder gegangen.

Wir haben regelmässig das Badezimmer unter Wasser gesetzt, da ist was am Konzept falsch.

Einfach ein paar perfekte Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht, Wiederholung nicht ausgeschlossen.

Das Hotel ist super, die Mitarbeiter super freundlich, Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut, Abendessen sensationell, Zimmer klasse und das Spa auch sehr sehr gut. Auch die Bar war fantastisch, die Barkeeper sind super klasse. Einfach mal gesagt was seine Vorlieben sind und es werden tolle Getränke gemixt. Rundum ein klasse Hotel

Eigentlich gibt es nix zu kritisieren. Eine kleine Anmerkung wäre das ein klein wenig Renovier Bedarf besteht, zumindest in der Suite in der wir waren. Die Türgriffe vom Schrank, da war der Lack abgeblättert, im Bad war am Gitter der Heizung ein wenig der Lack ab, und im Bad sind Zwei Bodenfliesen nicht ganz in Ordnung. Am Fahrstuhleingang war auch etwas Farbe abgeblättert. Dies ist wirklich keine Kritik, aber noch Luft nach oben. :-)

Magnifique Hôtel Spa

L'hôtel est magnifique. Les bassins du spa sont extraordinaires et la vue est très belle. Les chambres sont biens. Il y a des services appréciables comme la location de vélo directement sur place. Le restaurant gourmet est un plus et le petit déjeuner est aussi très bien. Le Fitness est aussi un plus. La possibilité de faire des balades à vélo dans la région est grande et la proximité du fameux château de Neuschwanstein appréciable. On peut aussi y monter à vélo mais le chemin est caillouteux et raide.

A gem of a wellness hotel, world class in every sense of the word! A must!

The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, the food was gourmet, the location was right out of a fairytale! We walked around and took in the beauty of the area. The spa is world class! We ARE excited to come back!

I can honestly say there was Nothing We didn’t love! This place is a gem!

Spectacular swanky posh hotel and spa.

Everything!!! The many indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs were our favorite! The staff spoke English as well as German. It was extremely upscale and posh. No kids allowed. Amazing experience!!! I would like to live there. Everything about our stay was exceptional!

I hated leaving there.i didn't have time to experience any of the spa services. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was expensive but well worth the money. We will definitely stay there if we visit Germany again!

Disappointing

Beautiful reception and Spa

Totally overpriced (US 500) given the inexperienced and rude staff, very tiny rooms, room was not heated so had to change room, check-in 15h checkout time 10:30, only a tiny bottle of water for 2 at the room.

Beautiful Alpine hotel - but quite expensive

This hotel is in a beautiful Alpine setting. The food was outstanding particularly the breakfast buffet. The rooms were comfortable. The spa was lovely particularly the outdoor pool and jacuzzi.

Some areas of the restaurant lacked atmosphere. It was very expensive overall although this may have been because we were travelling over Christmas.

Good

The view was great but its located on a normal road with houses. I expected it to be more solitude in nature. The property exist of a view buildings which are connected with long hallways. It’s a bit outdated, carpet, interior, also the room. But the worst thing is that people are allowed to smoke on their balcony and the smoke comes in your room which for me doesn,t come together with the whole spa and wellness theme which is healthy. If you allow smokers then at least make a part of your hotel fully non smoke so it doesn’t bother other people.

No a la carte in the restaurant, everything is just too expensive for what you get.

A sumptuous hotel, close to the mountains

Although the staff and facilities were outstanding, our room a Comfort Room (Falkenstein Panorama), was nothing special. Really no better than an average 3-4 star. Having said that the bed was very comfortable and it was clean. The breakfasts were amazing and nothing was too much for the staff who were always helpful and friendly.

If you don’t speak German, you’ll struggle with menus and all written text, as non are in English.

Lovely wellness area but rooms a bit OKayish for the huge expense.

Waterworld is quite amazing. 2 bio pools and several other pools, saunas, etc. 5 course dinners were lovely, but a little over fussy.

The rooms are quite average for the money. We has a Firstberg Superior room and it was OK - clean, modern, but very expensive. Bathroom was tiny and bland. Gym facilities were good but there were no staff to explain how machines worked, plus, you needed a personal card fork your size for adequate use. We were told on Saturday to come back on Monday but no one was there all week.

Outstanding in every area.

Everything, from the time we arrived . The staff was delightful and the facility was beautiful. The service at the restaurant was amazing and the food was the best we had on our trip. I really can’t say enough good things about our accommodations in the Mountain View Suite and this Hotel.

Fabulous

This is a lovely spot for a weekend getaway or longer. We were here on the end of our trip in Germany to visit nearby castles but were happy to have booked this hotel. The heated pool is fantastic and the whole facility is so large and spread out that crowdedness is not felt even though we could see it was busy. The restaurant translated every night’s menu to English for us which was a great gesture and sign of a fabulous and considerate host. Breakfasts are generous with lots of options. The decor is modernized Alpine and beautiful.
