It was quiet although near to town and Sanssouci
I liked it all. Very safe and tidy. The parking was very good. The bathroom was clean and modern.

The place was extremely old, the bed sheets were torn, the carpets also and the place was not clean.
Despite all that the staff were so kind and nice when I communicate with them by message.

We stayed just for one night and we got all we needed. I can highly recommend this place.

Location was great for Sanssouci and bus connections. The room was spacious and the shower was hot.
It was expensive for what was provided. There was no tea, coffee or hot water (kettle/cups) available. The carpet was tired and worn, one sheet had a hole in it and the curtains did not block out the light at night. The internet connection was terrible.

There is no hanger in closet and no cup in bathroom.

It is a beautiful villa turned into a pension with multiple rooms exquisitely furnished in rococo and baroque period style. One cannot help but be brought back in time as you are surrounded by furniture pieces of grandeur. The lady who welcomed us was friendly and graciously allowed us to leave our luggages for safe keeping so we can still savor Potsdam on our last day, long after we've checked out. I would have rated it a 10 if only they have better pillows (the provided ones were too soft), a mini-bar and coffee making facilities would have made the place perfect! But despite that, still would choose to return and will recommend PP Pension Potsdam to family & friends!
It would be great if they can provide firmer pillows plus added amenities such as kettle with complimentary coffee and tea.

Very quiet, peaceful hotel with its own small territory. There is an easily accessed parking. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Each has its own shower and toilet. Polite and responsive manager. A lot of nice siteseeing nearby - do not miss to visit Sanssouci palace and park - that's awesome expirience

This is a lovely hotel "Belle Epoque" with nice ancient furniture, very well located and having its own parking. The breakfast buffet was very good, also including lots of different fruits.
- There was so little water pressure (in our two rooms) that we could not take a shower; this should really be solved.
- No elevator and no airco but we are fine with that, choosing this type of beautiful traditional pension, which is well maintained in the respect of its original setting.
- We un-politely announced late (21:00) that we will finally arrive late (22:30) and could not enough apologize. Although we expressed several times that we were very sorry for this unexpected change, the manager kept teaching us with angriness and was staring at the ceiling when we could not stand the entire speech in German (our main languages are FR-NL-EN). We are the guilty ones but some understanding would have helped us feel less bad.
