جميلة بما يكفي

شقة راقية جدا .. فسيحة وتتسع لعدد كبير من الأشخاص وتحتوي على كل الامكانيات التي تحتاجها. تم حجزها قبل الوصول بنصف ساعه وطلبت ترتيب لعيد زواجي وتم تجهيز الديكورات في وقت قصير وقاموا بإحضار كعكة وحلويات عربية وجوكليت للأطفال ..بصراحة خدمة رائعة وترحيب عالي المستوى .. لي عودة مرة أخرى

موعد الافطار ينتهي بتمام العاشرة .. اعتقد انه موعد مبكر ..فاتنا الإفطار

انا اذا برجع بتواصل مباشره مع الحجوزات وبختار الشقه المناسبه لانهم كذا شقه

الشقة نظيفة ووسيعه والاطلاله على المدينه من كل الجهات ومكانها ممتاز الشركة اللي تدير الشقه تعاملهم جدا ممتاز من الاستقبال والعاملين والخدمات بعد وسريعين في توفير المطلوب وبشوشين ومبتسمين

ما حبيت انه الاثاث قديم في الشقه اللي اخترناها وكانه من سوق الاثاث المستعمل اتمنى صاحب الشقه يغير لشي افضل وكلمة الاستقبال وقالوا انهم بيتواصلون مع المالك وبينقلون له ملاحظتي يعني مقابل المبلغ المدفوع الصراحه الاثاث ما يسوى بالاضافه انه الشقه مافيها لوحات وديكور مرتب يفتح النفس، للعلم الشركة عندهم اكثر عن شقه يديرونها وافضل عن هاذي.

واحد من افضل الفنادق في التعامل مع نزيل الفندق موظفين على مستوى عالي في التعاون وتقديم الخدمات نظافة الغرف و تقديم مياه و سترة النجاه للاطفال في المسبح بدون مقابل تاخير خروج من الفندق بدون مقابل

قله الأصناف في الإفطار لا يوجد قائمه طعام في الغرف للطلب رائحه طبخ في ممر الغرف

Staff smiles !! Great attitudes

Great service love the friendly smiles from all staff their attitude radiates in their love for serving others ! Breakfast was amazing. Morning Pool swim was so relaxing 😌

Not as nice the second time

We stayed there before and like the location. The 2-bedroom duplex is also very spacious. The staff in the restaurant is amazing.

I mailed in January requesting that the 2 bookings I made are linked as 1 booking. Also requested Burj Khalifa view. This did not happen. After 1 night we had to move to another room that had a city view. We also ended up paying more than the quoted price on booking.com. The duty manager was not helpful with any of our queries.

Niettegenstaande bovenvermelde problemen toch genoten . Maar in toekomst niet meer in dit hotel.

Zwembad was gesloten en gym was gesloten voor 4 dagen omwille van de regenval. Zwembad was openlucht en niets te merken . Eerste dag wil ik geld afhalen aan de ATM in lobby en apparaat slikt kaart in . Management kan niets doen om de kaart terug te geven , niettegenstaande zit kaart gewoon in toestel . Bij vraag voor tickets House of the future zeggen ze dat je maand op voorhand moet boeken en dat alles vol zit . Als ik zelf op website ga kijken bestel ik gewoon twee tickets en kon ik dag nadien museum bezoeken . Hotel is blijkbaar niet vertrouwd met toeristen , duidelijk dat er meer zakenmensen zijn in hotel .

A satisfactory stay

The location is great for the exhibition, the staff is helpful and the apartments are large and comfortable.

Requires some renovations; there was a bit of moisture smell in the bathroom and the carpet at the hall as well had a dusty smell.

The property was good..Nice and clean

The booking receptionist Clarisa was not helpful. I had to follow up 6 times. I requested many times to speak with the manager but she wouldn't budge.

The bed was very small and not comfortable at all We booked a king size bed and it was way smaller than a normal king size, the staff were so rude and didn’t want to change the room They ignored our request when we needed (room cleaning) They made it so hard for us just because we forgot one of our id cards and didn’t want to accept the digital id card The staff was not helpful at all

Eveything was in the level of 3-4 star hotel

The size of the rooms and good behavior of lounge bar personnel

Reception welcoming and bad finalization of prices , as everything was on renovation!!! Pool , lounge bar,…they told us to use taxi for going to another hotel swimming pool , but at the end they paid us 12dhs !!!! For the taxis despite issued taxi bills , very unprofessional!

I want to be there right now

Everything! Having travelled to a number of countries I was blown away by the service. From the minute you enter the foyer you are treated like royalty. Emma, you are amazing! Thank you for the gifts and handwritten note. Yuzzal is the most wonderful concierge. Matthew and Amona (Club Lounge) are amazing and attentive in the restaurant. We loved the facilities. The room was exceptionally clean and even bigger than I imagined. Wish we stayed longer and cannot wait to be back.
