This is a cozy and quiet studio, just steps from Long Sands Beach in beautiful York, ME. Our studio is located at the end of a 5 unit condo- part of the Courtesy Condominium Association.

You can sit right outside the unit and enjoy sun or shade and ocean views.

Our clean and cozy condo is perfectly located with everything you need. There's a 3 piece bathroom and a full kitchen.

There is parking for 2 cars-one in front of the unit and the other in the back.
No smoking, vamping or marijuana storage in the unit or on the property
No pets (family member has severe allergies)
No parties

The condo was clean and as advertised. Loved being able to walk to the beach. We were lucky to have sunny weather for most of our stay. I would highly recommend this studio.

Immaculate,well-organized cozy condo. Only issue was noon check out advertised time on Vrbo…but book of instructions left in condo by owner indicated 11 am checkout. So we left at 11. Guess your records need updating. Would recommend highly!

The rental was perfect for my son and I. An easy walk or short drive to things. Very quiet. Just remember to bring towels ans sheets. Jen was very responsive to my questions. Can't wait to come back!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was wonderful. The short easy drive to the wedding we were attending made this a great choice.

We packed more then we needed to (of course) but had a great time. It is a lovely small condo that is perfect for 2 adults (no kids with us) but with the pullout Im sure it could fit a couple of kids. They had beach chairs available (which we didnt use because we brought our own (but didnt use)), very cushiony twin beds, a box with local menus and things to do maps, toaster oven, microwave and stove, k-cup coffeemaker and frig. We didnt have any cell service at the condo but they have wifi which was perfect. We have T-MOBILE service. Other places in York were spotty, one minute you had cell and internet and then nothing which wasnt a big deal but it takes a lot to get used to not using phone these days. Anyway, we had a great week, friendly neighbors and not too far from little local markets or a short ride to the grocery store. This condo is at the south York beach area and to get to the beach you have to go over rocks once down the stairs which is a pain. Also, this beach area does not have any ramps for wheelchairs or walkers. Very disappointed in York for this issue but hopefully they will eventually add one without rocks for people to use. The sand is packed down (not fluffy sand at all) which I love! The cold water invigorates and we love it! Hopefully we will be back next year.

Location was great ocean view was great and very easy to find food right around the corner not to mention door dash. Quiet and clean. Dehumidifier makes a great addition to the room considering the humidity levels in the atmosphere. Interested in returning

Had a great visit and this place was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and the place was comfortable. Great location as well and within short walking distance to restaurants and the ocean. Hit the weather perfect as well.

Perfect location, perfect accommodations for two. Initially had an issue with the refrigerator however that was taken care of immediately by the owner. We definitely recommend some dish towels however, otherwise, it was perfect

It was absolutely lovely staying at Jennifer and Sean’s property! They were always so prompt in answering my questions and were very clear about expectations. The location was fantastic - it was right at the end of the beach with a short walk to multiple food places, convenience stores, and the rest of the beach. The wifi didn’t lag and everything was good and worked great inside of the apartment. There is also a parking spot right in front of the apartment which was super convenient! 10/10 would recommend!

This was our first experience with VBRO and we weren't sure what to expect. The property was as advertised and in a great location. Beach visits were daily and not overly crowded. The condo was comfortable and clean. Some local attractions were still closed because we went before season, but the location is close to lots of pretty hiking locations. Definitely worth q vist!

As soon as you walk inside this quaint home away from home, you are welcomed with hints of the ocean … small seashells, inspirational framed sea quotes, shades of ocean blue throughout, and themed soft chair/couch throws, lamps and soaps, etc . Tastefully decorated with quality modern furniture, appliances, bathroom fixtures, rug, air conditioning , ceiling fan, etc. All home essentials are included, even beach chairs! Stepping back onto the front patio, you’ll find outdoor furniture including a table and chairs to take in the fresh air. Looking to your right you will see the Atlantic Ocean. How amazing! Just steps away from this home away from home you are at Long Sands Beach. Depending on your timing you can marvel at the ocean’s beauty and power either at high tide or low tide. Both equally incredible. At the beach enjoy the early morning sunrise, then wander among the rocks away from the sandy beach to discover creatures at the tide pools, including hermit crabs and snails. You will not be disappointed renting from Jen and Sean! They are gracious, organized, kind and motivated! They keep their prices sensible and reasonable. My husband and I spent a few of our first days of retirement here in late summertime. What an incredible time we had enjoying ourselves at this well styled condo with easy ocean access.

The studio is conveniently located at Long Sands Beach. The studio is fully equipped with Beach games and chairs to enjoying your time by the water. The neighbors were quiet and I felt safe where the unit was located. I didn't realize there were no towels as well as sheets but I made it work. Would definitely stay here again!

My childhood best friend and I have never gone away by ourselves in 48 years! We needed this so much. The process from start to finish was so easy and the host so accommodating. We wish we could have stayed longer. The area was quiet and peaceful. The space, warm and inviting with everything we needed. Even beach chairs!!! We loved it!

Great little studio with ample room for two people (sleeps 4 with the two twin beds and pull out full size). It had everything you could need to cook, wi-fi, watch TV/Movies, if needed. I was surprised at how quiet it was considering how close to it is to the main beach road. Plenty of cleaning supplies available, I left it cleaner than what I arrived to. Easy check in and owners very responsive to messages. Loved my time here and would highly recommend!
