Location, staff, rooms, facilities.
The price was slightly high and the exterior needs remodeling.

We loved the included buffet breakfast, including juice bar and omelet station. We loved the golf cart ride down to the beach and the loungers. The prices were all very decent.
I wish we were told about all of the amenities at the hotel. We were told there was an indoor pool but they left out that it was at an extra cost. It was cold one of the days we were there and I would’ve been happy to spend $40 on a spa day to use the indoor pools and saunas, but reservations were out. The beds were not comfortable, the room far too hot. Lots of mosquitos.
4.5
The resort itself, very friendly staff and the quality of hospitality
It was distant from any other main attraction points and other good beaches but the hotel had it’s private beach

This hotel has a great private beach so its location is first class. Restaurant, porters, chambermaids and general staff were good, and helpful. All staff greeted you as they went past. The breakfast and evening buffet food was of good quality. The beds were very comfortable
This claims to be a five star hotel it is not.The general feeling is that it is very systems bound and catering for large numbers at a time, not individuals. The staff are not empowered to adapt to individual needs, either at pre arrival booking stage or once in situ. There is no dedicated concierge and no-one answering phones after 10.30pm.We had an executive junior suite with decor long overdue for an update, the fridge started leaking after 22.00 - there was no-one to answer a phone or rectify the problem. Reported again at 9am and finally attended to. The fridge had obviously leaked before as the shelves around it showed clear evidence of previous water damage. (A bottle of Prosecco and strawberries sent but no apology and no offer to move to another room. Unknown to us the replacement fridge was not turned on at installation - so it did not function ). The main restaurant is buffet only; serving over 200 people at one time- again not a 5 star experience. On the hotel private beach a first second and third line system operates - this was not explained to us at checkin - we arrived at the beach to be told you pay extra for beds on front lines one and two! Something we have never experienced in stays in other luxury hotels worldwide. At well over £1200 per night it did not feel like a “special” experience.

Location was grand, young staff full of enthusiasm.
Rooms are old and outdated. Food not consistent throughout the resort. Lots of frozen food

Shuttle to the beach, work staff, breakfast
The douche was open beneath the floor so the whole room was wet after shower

Fantastic location and lovely staff
I booked 2 classic garden view rooms for 5 days for slightly under 5000 €. The rooms a
Were old and rundown. With Old centralized AC we woke up every day congested. Buffet is overpriced and mediocre. With very limited choice. We spent on the day of arrival 280. In 4 people food only. Basically we ate a couple of slices of pizza and a dessert. My son’s girlfriend who’s vegetarian didn’t find anything. Upon asking I was told she could eat “prawns” Ginepri is also quite disappointing. Offering frozen Canadian lobsters rather than fresh Sardinian seafood.
Mediterraneo is definitely the best restaurant. With Antonietta the supervisor very attentive. The beach is stunning and the staff are lovely. Big thanks to Maria and Vittoria for organizing the boat trip and horse riding. Another bizarre thing is the fact that the hotel is advertised as an Accor property all throughout the hotel . Screens and poster all around advertising the Accor group. In fact the hotel was taken ove by HNH and you can see the difference in negative. In short the staff and the location are great. Food was really underwhelming so were the rooms. A big thank to : Simone Maria Antonietta Jetan and the reception

Beautiful resort next to the sea. A short walk allows you to have possibility to see pink flamingos in the lagoon on the way to the beautiful beach. If you don’t wish to walk, there is a constant shuttle that will pick you up along the way. The beach and facilities are awesome. The pool was gorgeous, the food was 8/10, we didn’t splurge on the room, but the room that we got was very nice, quiet and comfortable. Pool bars were nice and service was good.

Beautiful location, beach and pool areas were lovely. Shuttles to the beach were regular and very handy.
Staff in general were rude and it felt like they couldn't be bothered to serve. One evening we waited over 45 mins to get a glass of wine with dinner! Reception was very modern but our room was quite dated in terms of decor.

very good facilities, welcomed arrival ,nice and clean around ,friendly staff at service
room small,a bit outdated, bathroom…can’t even stay straight on the toilet as you bang your head into the small shower cabin.
bathroom made for kids?
silicone around the shower doors mainly needs redone .
at check I had few questions that were all answers like “yes,I am sure is possible..” then when you wanted it it wasn’t possible.
went to the reception couple of times and when they do not know what to do or what to say they start speaking in Italian -vey rude. the manager also blame my card issuer (in Italian ,as I understand-unlucky for her) that on their machine showed 3% charge for …..something.

I had a feeling that hotel was well managed. The communication with the staff was excellent, the stay in the hotel / room was relaxing and quiet despite the high occupancy. The beach was also perfect, very relaxing, possibilities to join yoga and water aerobic, great food offering (also healthy food and vegan). Way to the beach was relaxing, close distance walk, with small train running all the time. I stayed in September, so there were not many kinds, but I think it must be also a great and safe place for children. Very relaxing music at breakfast, also live music on some days. I would definitely be coming back.
I regret that I havent bring my running shoes:)

what made breakfast tasty, room comfortable and stay very enjoyable: PEOPLE. This hotel is great for holidays. People / Teams working in this hotel are fantastic people. Most important is that every person really cared to make all us to enjoy every minute !!! TEAMS made this hotel 5 + stars hotel!

It is not our first visit to the area so we do like it and appreciate a lot location with walking distance towards the city
center , hotel main facilities , available options for sport lovers , beach set up .
Mainly inefficient , unpleasant service , especially at beach restaurant ( observed for the last 2-3 years) , not hospitable personnel , not comfortable and inviting breakfast set up , rooms infrastructure - no proper stable Internet , damaged TV, fridges , no iron , overestimated transfer services , lack of individual approach towards problems faced , beach opening late hours , absence of good English speaking personnel to deal with numerous foreigners , overpricing for the existing level of service and no genuine willingness to make the stay pleasant and unforgettable.
In short the atmosphere did not help at all for relaxing mood and did not come with expectations for short expected holiday break . Was a surprise considering numerous awards granted to this hotel and difficulties of tourist industry within 2020-2021 where should be logical to welcome Visitors .

Incredibile see
The bathroom was a little bit too old

Location was lovely and shared areas of hotel were nice.
Our room was very dated and didn’t match the rest of the hotel at all.
The ladies toilets between the restaurant and the spa area looked clean but smelt of dirty nappies the entire time we were there, it was disgusting!
Most of the staff were very friendly but some were rude, some rarely wore their face masks appropriately (under their chin!) and one bar tender hit on my friend!
Numbers/behaviour in the spa didn’t seem to be managed very well - we left our slot halfway through as we didn’t feel COVID safe with a bunch of young men larking about in the spa pool.
There were no smoke-free areas for outside dining so every meal was spoilt by someone smoking near us.
