Para una noche, el hotel está bien.

El hotel está bien para una noche y dormir porque está ubicado cerca de la estación de trenes y del centro, no usamos el spa así que no sé deciros cómo estaba. Las habitaciones estaban limpias pero se notaba que eran algo antiguas, no tuvimos ni gel ni shampoo para ducharnos y, aunque el baõ era grande, no había una estantería/mesa/repisa donde dejar las cosas (ni el cepillo de dientes) eso sí lo eché de menos.

Tuve que pagar la noche por adelantado unos días antes de llegar (No sé el motivo) y la tasa turística hay que pagarla sí o sí en efectivo que tampoco lo entiendo..

Efficiënt stay, just what you need

Clean, good breakfast which can be taken in small patio outside, very good location easy to reach from airport, near train station, close to city center tourist sites and restaurants, defective hairdryer promptly replaced

Highly recommend,fantastic location

Fantastic location 4 minute walk from the station and ten minutes to the historical sights. Welcoming staff.Room spacious and warm.Really comfortable bed.Bid bathroom. WiFi fast.Loved the spa 2 hours for 30 euro great value.

Excellent!

The location is perfect! Very close to the train station. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good and diverse.

The room isn’t that big and it lacks a mirror.

Maravillosa !!

El personal muy atento y servicial, me gustó mucho la variedad en el desayuno, la limpieza de la habitación y me encantó que no hay mucho ruido. perfecto !!!

Quizá variar un poco las opciones del desayuno , por ejemplo Lunes, Miercoles y viernes una oferta Martes Sabados y Domingos otra.

Da localização, da variedade do café da manhã, da cordialidade dos funcionários. Das toalhas macias e roupa de cama.

Gros manquement au niveau des chambres

Le personnel est très gentil, le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bien le petit jardin est vraiment sympathique

La chambre est ridiculement petite pour deux personnes. Les lit jumeaux sont bien trop petits à peu près 60 cm de large pas confortable du tout. il manque beaucoup d’équipements dans la salle de bain, pas de tablette pas de verre il serait bien aussi d’installer au moins deux petites bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo. Tout est payant et cela gâche quand même beaucoup le confort de l’hôtel.

Würde wieder hier buchen, wenn ich eine Reise nach Florenz plane.

Die Zimmer immer sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück für 3 Sterne Hotel top , sogar besser als bei manchen 4 Sterne Hotels in Italien. Die Lage super, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in 5-15 Min. erreichbar.

Very nice staff and good value.

The staff was very accommodating. They got ice for me in the evenings when I requested it, ordered a cab for us for early morning pickup, and were always available when needed. Our room faced the back garden with a view of Fiesole which was wonderful. It was very quiet not being on the street. The included breakfast had so many options.

I liked the proximity to the train station when I arrived with my suitcases, but when walking the city I sometimes felt like it was far to get back. But really Florence isn’t that big so maybe just me being tired.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι το λιγότερο που μπορώ να σε τέλεια θέση, λίγα,βήματα από όλα τα βασικά μνημεία της πόλης και από τα σταθμό των τρένων.Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο,με καθημερινή καθαριότητα ,ζεστό νερό και ίντερνετ αλλα και smart τηλεοραση,επισης παρέχεται δωρεάν φυλαξη αποσκευών. Το προσωπικό αρκετά εξυπηρετικο,θα το προτιμούσα ξανά σίγουρα.

Es war lagemäßig super, Service ausgezeichnet, sauber und für den Preis zu empfehlen.

Lage war sehr gut, zum Bahnhof keine 5 Minuten, zum Zentrum knapp 10 Minuten. Frühstück war o.k., Lobenswert das schnelle Nacfhüllen und auch das Abräumen der Tische war zügig. Zimmer für eine Woche auch o.k. Schön waren die Wandbemalungen statt Tapeten. Seife und Shampoo wurde auch täglich ergänzt.

Frühstück: Egal ob man um 7.00 oder um 9.00 kam, Eier, Rührei und Würstchen waren immer kalt Zimmer: Es fehlen ein paar Steckdosen, zumindest eine Doppelsteckdose. In der heutigen Zeit (mehrere Handys, Fotoapparat etc) ist eine zu wenig. Es fehlen auch Ablagen im Bad. Weder in der Dusche (Shampoo, Seife etc), noch am Handwaschbecken (Haarbürste, Seife, Creme, Rasierer etc.) waren Ablegemöglichkeiten.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ok. Kein Urlaubshotel. Sehr laut.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofes. So kann man den Zug, Bus und Bahn schnell erreichen. Auch das Zentrum von Florenz erreicht man schnell zu Fuß. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, für jeden etwas dabei. Aber immer das gleiche Angebot.

Die Dachterrassen sind nicht einladend. Zugemüllt und unordentlich. Da könnte man viel mehr daraus machen. Das Spa unter dem Dach befand sich im Umbau. Das Spa im Erdgeschoss konnte genutzt werden, kostet aber viel. Zimmer sehr zweckmäßig. Kein Schrank, nur Regal. Keine Ablage im Bad.

Понравилось · Прекрасное месторасположение , рядом с оживлённым туристическим центром,но на тихой улочке,до рынка ,где можно купить сувениры, продукты,а также вкусно и разнообразно покушать ,всего 5 минут пешком.До железнодорожного вокзала также 7-10 минут пешком, Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки,Спасибо персоналу.

C'était un super séjour passé dans cette ville qu'est Firenze et dans cet hôtel. Nous reviendrons!

Les petits déjeuner étaient super bien. Ambiance super. Les réceptionnistes sont super accueillants et chaleureux. Le lit est super confortable! L'hôtel est à côté de tout, super bien placé dans la ville.

Nous ne pouvions pas déposé d'affaires ou d'objets de soins dans la sale de bains. L'espace était très petit.

personale lodevole per accoglienza e volontà. La struttura sconta tuttavia qualche problema di età e funzionalità.

l'ambizione di offrire servizi di spa, potrebbe creare aspettative illusorie. il bagno non è ventilato adeguatamente per rimuovere l'umido in caso di docce serali.

Davvero soddisfatta.

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta dall'attenzione ricevuta, il personale oltre che ben qualificato era estremamente gentile. Comodissima anche la posizione vicino alla stazione e con il centro città raggiungibile in pochi minuti. La struttura in sé era molto semplice ma comunque comoda e fornita di tutto il necessario.

In generale è stata davvero un'ottima esperienza, senza particolari pecche eccetto per l'acqua calda che usciva ad orari. Il personale però mi ha chiarito il tipo di problema e fornito immediatamente la soluzione.

Our best stay in Rome!

Large room and bathroom, all looked very new and very clean. It had everything we needed. We were able to drop off our luggage when we arrived early. The breakfast buffet was huge and i liked being able to make tea in the dining room whenever i wanted. Very friendly and helpful staff

The laundry isn’t available which was one of the main reason for booking the property.

El desayuno estaba genial, tipo buffet, había mucha variedad de comida, aunque es verdad que los platos calientes estaban un poco fríos. Un detalle a señalar es que hay un baño en la misma planta que en el restaurante. Las habitaciones están todas reformadas. La calefacción es buenísima, hay muy buena iluminación y el baño es amplio, con ducha grande y espaciosa. Las camas son muy buenas, blandas y de buena calidad, al igual que las almohadas, que también son blanditas y mullidas.

Nada más entrar en el hotel hay unas escaleras y no tienen rampa de acceso., Teniendo en cuenta que llegas con maletas y cargado, es un problema, pero es el único que hemos encontrado en este hotel.

Increíble hotel en el centro de la ciudad

La ubicación es excelente cerca de la estación de tren y tram. A unas cuadras nomás de la catedral. La gerente se encargó de todos nuestros requerimientos. La habitación super limpia y el baño super espacioso y con bidet. El buffet super abundante y a buen precio.

Que afuera la municipalidad construía la calle nueva y en el día había mucho ruido. Algo que superó al hotel pero hubiese estado bueno de saber.

Exceptional

Breakfast was great and so was storing our bags before check-in. The location was perfect for arriving by train. Less than a 10-minute walk. It was also perfect come the lunch and dinner hour as the street suddenly filled with dining tables and the smell wafting from the restaurants couldn't keep us relaxing too long. The AC was a huge plus.

I couldn't figure out how to shut the second shutter in order to black out the room. The street lights really weren't bad though.

Happy and satisfied

Very good location , walking distance from Santa Maria Novella train station, lots of good restaurants in the area, very friendly staff especially the old lady who sits on the chair every morning and greets you.Breakfast really good.

They have road construction on the street.

Perfect location and quality for the price

I was really pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Very good breakfast, clean and big enough room ( I was concern with the European hotel size rooms). The location of the hotel is perfect.. Close to the train station as well as all major museums and touristic places.
