No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, aunque esté calificado así está muy lejos de esa categoría. En la habitación había un olor muy desagradable e intenso, un olor raro que no puedo clasificar. Y los muebles tenían una capa de polvo vergonzosa, impresentable

No es un hotel para recomendar ni para repetir

No me gustó nada. Las fotos son muy engañosas. Salen las habitaciones reformadas pero las que están sin reformar no las publican.

Sobre todo lo que menos me gustó fue la habitación, no se corresponde con las estrellas del hotel, pequeña y muy antigua. Va un abismo de la calidad al precio.

Genial! Cómodo, lindo, limpio, amables, y accesible.

El trato, el servicio, la amabilidad de los chicos en recepción. La habitación era muy cómoda, limpia y tal cual se veía en la foto. El señor de la recepción fue muy amable y gentil, nos hizo un upgrade de habitación y nos permitió entrar antes de la hora supuesta porque estaba disponible la habitación y nos pareció genial porque estábamos cansando del viaje.

Aunque queda muy cerca de la estación de tren Santa Justa, queda retirado del centro. Podrías ir caminando al centro pero en taxis o Uber con cómo 10 ó 15 minutos. El restaurante el desayuno es muy rico y buen precio, pero todo es gritando de lado a lado y da la impresión de que hay cómo una desorganización.

Oda büyüktü, temizdi. Tren istasyonuna yakın diye tercih ettik ve ulaşım yürüyerek kolay oldu

Bu tesisten daha düşük yıldızlı tesislerde daha fazla imkanla kalabildik. Odada su ısıtıcı yoktu. Sıcak su sorduğumuzda pek yardımcı olunmadı.

The promissed parking is available only for small vehicles, not for Van or Suv, because is in some basement. The rooms are not properly sound isolated, you can be distrubed by the noise from closed rooms.

Disappointing

The rooms were nice and breakfast was good.

The main reason I would never return to this hotel is the payment system. I booked a non-refundable stay on Booking and nothing was deducted from my card. The next day I received a message from the property to either send a wire transfer or to pay via some link which was not working or I would be fined by Booking during the year. We went back and forth with the property on this because I was not able to send a wire and the link they were providing was not working. The property stopped responding 5 days before my stay. We went to Spain not knowing if this means we will be fine with the hotel and this was very inconvenient because this was my first time going to Spain and we were arriving at midnight so we were worried 5 full days and could not cancel the booking as it was non-refundable. We had to find an alternative in case this hotel does not let us in. When we arrived at the hotel, they were very unpleasant during check-in and did not even mention the inconvenience caused. The second reason why would not go back is because of the location. It is far from the city centre as we walked mostly everywhere.

Very good

I had booked a single room but as it gave out on to a busy main road when I came back in the afternoon I realised it would be impossible to get a good night’s sleep . The reception dealt with the problem quickly and gave me a much better room at the back of the hotel.
