Marbella magiczne miejsce.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja dająca możliwość zwiedzania głównych atrakcji Marbelli zarówno na zachód i wschód miasta. Wygodne łóżka, czysty basen, smaczne jedzenie w restauracji Manuka. Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na basen w którym nie słychać szumu od ulicy.

Wieczorem po zgłoszeniu kapania z sufitu wody z klimatyzacji brak reakcji ze strony recepcji. Pani zasłaniała się brakiem personelu, to samo po zgłoszeniu braku szklanek w pokoju. Problem występuje w godzinach nocnych, jest to jednak irytujące w hotelu o standardzie pięć gwiazdek. Brak możliwości spożywania wina do obiadu lub kolacji jest irytujący. Oczywiście byliśmy świadomi tej niedogodności wcześniej.

Staff were extremely rude despite booking weeks in advance and booking a double room was given two single beds no effort was made to change this took fifteen minted before we were even acknowledged at the reception

Hotel solo para abstemios.

Es moderno y bien

Tiene prohibido la venta de alcohol en todos sus bares y restaurantes. Hay q comer con agua o cocacola. Una soberana estupidez. No hay un hotel asi. Ibamos a comer y cuando nos lo dijeron nos levantamos y nos fuimos.

1. The walls are very thin you can hear everything going on in the rooms adjacent. There was mould in the shower I have pictures.

A better hotel with a good team for business trips than for a relaxing holiday.

The location itself is good, directly opposite Puente Romano; staff are friendly and helpful; good parking facilities, modern ambience.

Even if you book a 'Premium Deluxe Room', you look at (and hear) a four-lane road with the corresponding traffic and noise (day and night); the cleanliness lacks the attention to detail for a 5-star hotel; breakfast is okay but the food and the equipment of the breakfast room is by no means at a 5-star level.

Wouldn’t stay here again as the price doesn’t reflect the standard, the location is the best thing

Location

The hotel is tired. Gym has broken machinery and missing weights. Generally tired with dirty tired paint in the gym. No alcohol served. The housekeeping teams knock and enter right away without even waiting for at response. Caught without clothes on numerous occasions. Shower and sink blocked. Air conditioning is poor with the speed having to be on full to enabling it to be cool which is then very noisy and also our throats were sore from it. Did complain about the gym to the staff but nothing was done about it. The staff struggle to understand due to language barriers.

Best hotel I have every been to in my life! Great location!

Very friendly staff, very clean hotel, wifi is super fast, never had this fast wifi in another hotel. Everything was just renewed. Food was good. Breakfast excellent! HALAL food was very good, you don’t see this often. Excellent en big pool. Good for kids. No alcohol so this means you don’t see loud and rude people at the hotel that are drunk.

The parkingfee is too high, you got to lower it for hotel residents. You can go easily to the pool if you are no resident of the hotel, they need to keep an eye on that. Little bit too loud if you have a room on the streetside you can hear the loud cars passing by.

Room very comfortable except the pillows. Good curtains that keep the room dark for sleeping during the day

very good location. very clean. excellence breakfast buffet. everything one could ask for available. very good reception staff dealt with queries very quickly and efficiently.

It felt a little lacking in atmosphere I’m afraid. The pool wasn’t open until 11am so couldn’t get towels until lifeguard arrived?! then closed at 7pm. I expect in high season this may have to change? also pool bar didn’t open until 12.30pm so no drinks available from poolside early enough I’m afraid.

Good location, comfortable bed but noisy rooms (facing the street)

Good location, very accessible. Nice pool area suitable both for couples and families with children.

There are 3 buildings. Breakfast is served in Building A so guests from Building B or C have to move between buildings. A big minus for the Building facing the street - rooms are very noisy, even after they tried to fix the terrace door. Another minus is the price of the parking. Considering the price of accommodation, the parking should be cheaper - reached 10% of accommodation cost!

Good place, would stay again

The hotel is very nice and in a very good location. Breakfast was also lovely. The rooms are very spacious with good facilities. You can tell it is an older building which has been renovated, but there was nothing lacking.

We asked for a double bed and what we got was two single beds put together. An actual double bed would have been nicer.
