Hotel pobre para tener 4 estrellas

Que estaba en un lugar al parecer céntrico y el personal muy amable

La comida era escasa y repetitiva para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear en ese aspecto... las sábanas las cambian después de 3 días de estancias... lo veo anti-higienico, me instale en otros hoteles y jamás vi esto... solo hay una piscina y hay mucha gente, lo cual se queda pequeña, los baños y habitaciones un poco antiguas, las tumbonas para la playa no entran en el todo incluido cosa que no veo... solo tienen dos restaurantes y uno de ellos va por reserva y solo puedes visitarlo una vez y si tienes estancia a partir de 3 noches y eres todo incluido... la alcachofa de la ducha apenas sale agua... los baños de todo el hotel, rotos la mayoría el cerrojo.... y con mal olor a bote sinfónico, la verdad solo me gusto por lo mencionado arriba pero son más contras que cosas a favor... ah y solo dan una botella de 1,5l a la llegada... luego si quieres otra tienes que pagarla... para que quiero el todo incluido?

Una y no más, Sandos Tom as

- no hay aparcamiento para descarga de pasajeros en la puerta. - ascensores en mal estado y diminutos, mal para ir con sillita de niño. 8 plantas y dos ascensores mini de los años 80. -limpieza nefasta, pelusas por todos sitios, baño limpiado mal. Puertas en mal estado, suelo levantado etc - ruido excesivo con las ventanas cerradas - rampa de acceso al buffet desde la piscina tiene casi 90º grados de inclinación, imposible bajar de frente un carro o silla de ruedas. -comedores híper saturados - para ser un 4*, le faltan 3 por lo menos. No hay jabón, no hay accesorios de baño, etc. - recepcionistas poco amables y altivos hacia los clientes. - checkout antes de las 11

La profesionalidad y amabilidad de todo su personal. Desayunos, almuerzo y cena con calidad, variedad y cantidad. Funcionamiento de la plancha con artículos en vivo y directo. Pizzas y hamburguesa de calidad.

En verano y buen tiempo que haya clientes, en zonas comunes, sin camisetas por estos lugares o echados en los distintos sofás y sillones de salones. Igualmente clientas en bikini.

The stuff was friendly.

The food was horrible, hotel offers a great selection of food but almost all of it smells and tastes really bad, we have booked a 4 night stay with all inclusive service but stopped eating at the hotel completely after 2 days.

Lovely short break -good food, great staff

Breakfast - loads of choice - something for everyone. As was each meal Rooms clean and spacious. The most outstanding thing is the staff. All work amazingly hard under extreme pressure - especially in the restaurant and coffee bar where it gets extremely busy at times.

Nothing that is really the hotels fault. But there were several sports groups (swimmers?) who were not very well supervised and some of there dress in the restaurant was inappropriate - some girls wearing bra tops and boxer shorts. As I say not a reflection on the hotel

A nice hotel in a good location

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and a good standard of food at the buffet. The snack bar also provided a good selection of snacks and drinks during the day as well as a cafe serving nice coffee too.

The walls are very thin in the rooms. Our neighbour woke us up regularly coughing all night and his wife's loud voice early morning. Also the sound of the elevator running up and down all night comes through to the room. The noises made is not the issue but it seemed sound travels very easily through the hotel walls.

Arrival was good and friendly helpful staff. Room well presented and view to street. Food has always been a factor when booking, Greigo has never let us down as 2 Vegans in party. Pool has over the years become organised as well as can be expected. Entertainment was good for kids and adults. Beach option with all inclusive at sister hotel a great idea and choice. As always a friendly family approach by the staff and nice to see familiar faces year in year out. 10/10 for staff

one night the Mexican themed usually took away the vegetarian options leaving the salad bar where usually everything has fish or meat included, an idea is to have a mixing bar so rice in center and then bowls of meat/fish for self mix

Very good

I had a great stay at this hotel, its was cleaned constantly and the staff were friendly and helpful was plenty of food always something to eat and loved the coffee bar. Staff worked hard all through the day making sure tables were cleaned and fast service at bar even at busy times.

The food was a bit repeaditive in the form of English foods, but loads of regional food, pool is very busy an beds can be hard to get but there is plenty of seating and a sun terrace for lovers of the sun as the sun does disappear quite early from pool. Was always entertainment one but if you don't speak Spanish some are difficult to enjoy
