Fantastico Hotel , con unas instalaciones magnificas y un personal maravilloso

El gimnasio es bastante completo , quizas le faltaria alguna maquina mas pero las que hay estan en perfecto estado y son de ultima generacion . Ademas esta superlimpio. El desayuno es fantastico con un personal q hace unas tortillas riquisimas. y sobre todo la calidad del Jamon Serrano es muy bueno. La piscina esta muy bien y cuenta con toallas propias. Lo de las toallas por doquiere es muy buena idea asi no tener q cargar con ellas de lado a lado. Pero sobretodo hay q hacer mencion al personal , empezando por Sonia en la recepcion q nos facilito toda la informacion con una gran amabilidad. Todo el personal desde el guarda jurado de la parte del Beach hasta la señora q repone toallas en el gimnasio son encantadores y educados.

Solo un pequeño detalle cuando llegamos el primer dia al beach club q habia una multitud de hamacas con toallas y sin nada encima q indicara q la persona iba a volver. Es decir q no se habian recogido tales toallas. Los dias posteriores ya el personal veia cuando las personas abandonaban la playa para no volver en recoger sus toallas. Quizas tambien esto deberia ser parte de nuestra educacion , ya q sino vuelves no te cuesta ningun esfuerzo en depositarlas en la cuba de toallas usadas

Increíble experiencia

Sobre todo atención del personal, excelente. Las instalaciones, el poder optar a playa, piscina exterior y además el spa en casi ningún hotel (por no decir ninguno) se puede disfrutar. Los servicios de toallas en cualquiera de las instalaciones y de tumbonas en la playa. El desayuno muy completo, no puedo opinar de los restaurantes ya que no comimos ni cenamos en las instalaciones.

Verdaderamente no ha habido nada que no me gustara, por poner algo el tener que salir al exterior para acceder a las habitaciones o a las instalaciones, pero supongo que es debido a que para preservar la arquitectura han tenido que hacerlo de esa forma.

Okay aber nicht 5 Sterne würdig.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeptionmitarbeitenden sind teilweise nicht ganz kundenorientiert und nehmen die Anliegen nicht richtig wahr.

Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel sind die Zimmer und die Infrastruktur nicht ganz vergleichbar mit anderen Destinationen. Somit ist das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis nicht gegeben.

Very nice hotel building, run very badly.

The rooms were excellent. We had a duplex beachfront suite, which gave us a lot of room, beautiful view, nice terrace, and nice seating area. The breakfast had a good selection of items, though some of them (like churros or crepes) tasted like rubber.

The hotel was very disappointing with its service. Staff mostly unfriendly or not caring. We had to go to Guest Relations for a couple of requests and had no follow up from them. When we stopped by again, the answer was "the person you talked to is not here". Our bill had multiple mistakes. Took more than an hour to check out. Truly incompetent. Apparently, it is not allowed to enter the hotel building in your swimming suit. This is a strange policy for a beach resort, where you have a few meters to walk indoors for reaching the elevators when coming back from the beach, but fine. The policy is not posted anywhere and it seems to be very selectively applied, by a person standing at the entrance and asking you to put a top on. They seem to target younger people by themselves, instead of confronting adults. (multiple times men were walking around without a top). Separately, this is not their mistake, but we saw jellyfish in the sea couple of days in a row, which turned us off from the beach experience.

A very nice experience.

The service was very good. not crowded at this time of the year. however not all the services were available.

We were disappointed that we were not in the main building.

Breakfast was great, location was good

The pictures were deceptive. It looked like the rooms were in the main building but we ended up in the side building which had very little view. The “lake” between the two sides of the building was odd, and the rooms faced each other so there was no privacy from other rooms.

Everything was perfect: the suite had a balcony with a stunning view, personnel was super friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely come back to this beautiful hotel.

Nice, but..

Superb location on the beach. Not crowded. Nice breakfast. Big and comfortable room.

Overpriced for what they offer. After booking they inform you that in order to have access to different stuff like: SPA access, sun loungers in a particular area, paddle boards, etc. you have to pay an extra amount of money per night. Why not include those things directly in the booking price? Drinks at the beach bar are overpriced and the service there is unfortunately not so great.

the facilities were super. roof pool, spa pool, gym, breakfats area were all wonderful. access to beach was great also proximity to local restayrant ws geeat. fantastic staff. very well trained. oh, and breakfast was amazing!
