An amazing hotel experience with just about everything you need onsite.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet on offer was exceptional, catering to just about everyone’s needs. Facilities around the hotel were useful, was handy having a small mini mart on the premises as there isn’t much available locally.

If I had to single something out, then it would be the decor. It seems a little out dated. The Cinderella style of draping above the bed looks tacky.

Best vacation ever!

Breakfast was great even though we only eat Kosher. The hotel was the most heavenly place we’ve ever seen!!! They even knew it was my birthday and got me a birthday cake and card. Made me so excited and thankful. Definitely going back!! Thank you so much!!!!

Exceptional except some rooms not sound proofed from the road

This is a fabulous and very well run hotel. We had an exceptional time, enjoyed the excellent facilities and were looked after by wonderful staff.

A couple of points which could improve. The first is that some of the rooms are not sound proofed from the nearby road (although they did offer to move us) and the second is that they suffer from the common problem of all-day sun-bed hogging from people who claim a sun bed with their towel in the morning not to be seen again for hours.

Everything was excellent. Our room was amazing, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the food was amazing. We had such a great time here. Thank you for the amazing service and a separate thanks to Diana at the reception who personally helped us to catch our ferry.

Good, but it can be excellent

The room was nice in size with nice balcony facing the pool and sea. Breakfast was very good.

The beach is basic. The bathroom there is narrow bath - shower is a must! My mini fridge was not cooling. It took the maintenance two days to replace it. They did it only after I was really hungry about it.

Beautiful and appropriately priced. Would stay again!

Close enough to other parts of the island you want to visit. Pool was beautiful and breakfast was delicious everyday

It was an older crowd which I wasn’t expecting. I didn’t need party night life but also most people were a lot older than me and my friend in our early 40s.

Everything was perfect! Hotel is so clean and comfortable, breakfast is good and staff is friendly. We enjoyed our time :) they had some offers for massage, so the price was reasonable . Definitely 5 star :)

They can offer some fresh juice in breakfast.

A bit pricey but nice and clean

The cleaning staff is great, super friendly and left us alot of nice tasty gifts. Comfortable bed and clean room. Lots of beach beds and very comfortable.

The pool was freezing cold. If you don’t book an upper category room you will probably have a remote small room far away from everything (this happened to our friends we were staying with). Design is super old fashioned. Breakfast is nice but in high season there’s too many people in one place for breakfast.

Not bad hotel and grat beach , but loud traffic noise from the road.

Welcoming reception, freshly renovated clean room, great view, great beach, fairly good breakfast, decent food in Thalassa ala carte restaurant, very nice beach bar with coctails and food, gym -while small but with all necessary equipment for basic training. Generally very friendly and helpful staff. Some people consider it a disadvantage, but since most of the guests seem to be (disciplined) older people, hotel and beach is generally quiet, no little kids running around and shouting, Quick checkout

Hotel alongside a busy road, with room located on the side of the building , the trafic noise was deafening (not constantly, but ocasional motor or car was terribly loud, even with closed windows, that went late into the night) Quality of building and interior, as well as service, as with most hotels on island I suppose, is definitely not 5* , more like lower 4*. SPA is very poor, one tiny sauna for 2 person which is not warm enough, while the pool is big but too hot for swimming, SPA is mostly there for massage, which is OK When we came down for sauna, noone was at the reception, we waited 10 minutes, asked some guests where to get the towels and then proceeded to take them out from the cupboards. At which point a lady from the hairdressing room who was watching us all the time helplessly walking around, waiting for assistance literally run out from her room and aggresively confronted us for trying to take the towels (which she then proceeded to give to us). It was really surprising and unpleasant. You actually have to pay for the use of sauna which at this price point is really unusual. WiFi is dropping off all the time. Parking across the road - gate opens with the room magnetic card, no remote opening, so when you leave for the airport you have to run back with the card to leave it at reception (their comment: its only a minute away)

Very good

The hotel is big and for that size its so quite and pleasant, the pool is amazing and the private beach, breakfast is full of choices. Every thing is very calm while you step in and the staff is very helpful, great spa.

The beds are so uncomfortable and the sheets, doesn’t fit for a 5 star hotel. Even thought the room is spacious and the balcony is great the bed in stiff. We had ants in the bathroom and the air conditioning was a little loud. For a 5 star resort i would expect better. The cleaners didn’t fill shampoo and shower gel even though is was empty, had to call and ask... that’s weird. Dinner not recommended in the hotel, not tasty but recommend thalassa restaurant in the hotel it’s amazing!!!!

We really found the property to be beautiful and we were graced with amazing staff. I just shared a review for the other room the executive room with the private pool. However, I do have to share that the Queen Suite is beautiful, spacious for about the size of an an entire apartment, the level of service received was exceptional. We were gifted a bottle of Processco, grapes and greek sweets with included baklava on the day of arrival which added a really lovely sweet touch to our arrival given that out flight was delayed. Yannis is really kind and very helpful and found him to be really accommodating. We really adored the staff all of them Maria, Anna, Stephanie, Yannis, Katrina, and Vicky.

Relaxing and Beautiful stay

The property is beautiful and the rooms are impressive, we stayed in the Queen Suite and the room with a private pool. The beachfront view is also very picturesque. We really loved the staff and the team at the property. The Greek hospitality shared with us was amazing and exceptional. We are so grateful and thankful to have received such warmth and accommodating customer service from the team which includes Yannis, Gannis, Maria, Anna, Katrina, Vicky and Stephanie we couldn’t have wished for me. I just wanted to also add that the Bar Man is so funny and welcoming. The food at the property was also very delicious the Thasslasses Restaurant for dinner and the Poseidon for lunch was the perfect combination.

To be honest we have none.

Perfect for relaxing time.

The atmosphere was amazing, the staff and the food were the highlights of this holiday. They are amazing! We had such a great time here, enjoying the chill vibe and the sun.
