Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer. Das Service Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Buffet ist unglaublich vielfältig und die Qualität des Essens hochstehend.

Bei Halbpension zahlt man beim Abendessen für die Getränke (auch Wasser)

Kamers, service, zwembad, ligging allemaal heel goed.

De omliggende gebouwen zijn in aanbouw of niet af. Dat geeft een wat armoedige sfeer.. de restaurants in het hotel zijn niet zo sfeervol.

Wonderful, relaxing week . Felt very spoilt.

Great location on the beach . Buffet restaurant good - fish and meat grilled in front of you . The other restaurants ( included with all Inclusive) very good . Staff all very friendly and helpful . Enjoyed the spa - daily access with all Inclusive .

the All inclusive package was one of the best I’ve ever had and we will definitely return

The public spaces, the bedrooms, the staff, the food, the Sun loungers we’re all 5*

the evening entertainment really needs looking at, the performers were mediocre, and there was only the one lounge/bar area open giving no alternative options but to listen to the singers

Very Clean, staff very helpful and polite, swimming pool amazing, breakfast exquisite, very good SPA. Bed better than mine. Bedroom impressive big.

Shower very close the wall, and not very isolated, wetting the floor bathroom. Teppanyaki experience very bad and expensive, We expected a kind of show with a performance from the chef, but he was just cooking very seriously and gave us all the food at the same time. Drinks are too expensive.

Had a lovely week: We were dubious about the hotel’s size but it was lovely, we’d stay here again. It’s expensive but worth it. Staff great. Everywhere clean. Beds super comfy. Great shower and bath. Breakfast insanely good with so much choice. All the usual naughty cooked stuff plus healthy goji berries, chia seeds, Macha, spirulina etc. to add. Highly recommend paying more for a full frontal sea view room - it made the week for us. We were in room 333 which got sun on our private terrace until midday = heaven. About 10 minutes walk north to a rocky surf area About 20 minutes walk south to a beautiful sandy surf area. Easy walk to Corralejo about 25 mins. Corralejo itself not very nice. Cotillo much nicer.

Hotel arranged taxi collection. The fact the amazing pier restaurant is only open at weekends - it was the best restaurant and closed in the week!? The quality of wines to order by the glass is low. Average age of guests About 65! We were some of the youngest in our 30s. Not enough milk put in room for morning coffee . Spa pool a bit cold.

Food poisoning - awful customer service! We caught food poisoning on the second night after eating only in the hotel and nowhere else. The night we started to be sick we rang down to reception to tell them and ask them to call the doctor. The doctor came out, gave us injections and told us it was sickness but didn’t tell us we could do a test to confirm food poisoning. Then, in the morning we still felt terrible so we went to the doctors again, had another injection and this all cost a lot of money. Not once on the second day did we hear from reception or staff to ask if we were ok or if we needed anything. We were just laying sick in the room for all they knew and cared. For a five star hotel this is disgusting customer service. Then on check out we were presented with our extra food bills, which was what made us sick in the first place: and told we needed to have a test from the doctor to confirm it was food poisoning or they can’t accept that it was. Please don’t insult your guests intelligence when it comes to this. We only got sick after eating in your restaurant! We chose this hotel as it was one of the best rated and expensive on the island so we thought we were safe but instead it ruined or short trip and has cost us a lot of money in medical fees and left us feeling so sad, angry and disappointed at the way we were left and treated!

A lovely place for a laid back holiday.

The staff were excellent - very friendly and professional. The spa pool was excellent. The outdoor pool area was well laid out, attractive and a very calm place to spend a few hours.
