Neutral

The bathroom is tooooo small. No water in the room. They enter your room to clean without asking. They should get Do Not Disturb signs. They also need to change the locks to swipe cards. Having just one metal key for a room in this day and age is insane unless it’s an air bnb

Disappointing, even for the cheap(ish) price

Staff were friendly. Parking was easily organised, although it cost extra despite being advertised as part of the package

The mattresses were thin enough to be led on the bed itself and bedding was stained. Shower didn’t work correctly, and hot water ran out quickly. The window did not stay open. The decor was very tired, including stains on the walls.

Der Aufzug und die Lage! Betten bequem aber schief! Nettes Personal! Gute Atmosphere!

Die Bilder in Booking sind min 10Jahre alt und entsprechen nicht der Gegenwart! Die Zimmer sind ziemlich herunter gekommen! Frühstück war zu fett!

Für 1-2 Nächte Städte Trip gut - ohne Romantik

Preis Leistung weil früh gebucht war gut, ausber, für 1 Nacht wo man sowieso viel unterwegs ist gut. . Kleines DZ wirklich klein und Bett klein aber wie gesagt, Alternativen waren unverhältnismässig teurer und unser Gefühl hier hier bei einem Urlaub zwischen Cabins, Appartements, 3 und 5 Sterne Hotels, absolut okay. Hat gepasst. Personal gut. Frühstück haben wir ausgelassen. links die Strasse runter war es gut! nicht ins Laudons: zu teuer aber gut und frisch aber uncool

Was ok, friendly staff,pleasant stay ok for one night but wouldn’t stay longer

The location was great for where I was going, parking facilities where just a 2 minute walk £18 for 24hours the staff where friendly and welcoming. Room I stayed in was clean

Rooms outdated, bed’s uncomfortable bases old.can hear every noise through the hotel. Smelt musty, heater didn’t work Great. Doors banged really loud when opening and shutting

Ok over all

The room was clean and the heat was perfect! 15 minutes walk from all the places of interest.

Breakfast was poor and not very tasty…the quality of the sausages and the mushrooms was below average. Plus for twenty four hours there was no elevator! We were on the third floor so it was a bit disappointing

Location

Property was old. Bedrooms were dirty. Beds were falling apart. Bed sheets and pillowcases had stains from blood and probably urine. Lamps didn’t work. Disgusting

The location, staff and breakfast were all great!

The WiFi barely works (if at all) in room 111 and for some travellers like myself WiFi is very important.

Hotel was clean, close to all transport and good value for money. Breakfast was a good selection. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Mid- price, nice hotel with nice staff

Staff was very polite. Location was nice, there was a bus stop nearby. Quiet area, we slept well.

A little bit outdated. Carpets at rooms and hallways weren’t very clean. Towels were quite small.

the price, large bedroom and wet room bathroom. heated towel rail, that actually worked honestly bar great breakfast cooked to order

nothing really. bedroom was a bit to hot, but managed to turn the radiator off. was not possible to open the window

Good place to stay

Good value, clean place

Sadly the visitors next door were a bit loud, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. Other than this, I didn’t have any problems!

Would not recommend at all.

Nothing about this place I liked!

The people at reception were friendly but the hotel itself is a shambles. The room was always cold. Heating didn't work to satisfaction. The bed was awful..might as well slept on the floor... the bathroom was like a hospital ward..we had a phone call and could not answer as the latch the phone is connected too was stuck with all sorts. Just poor!!!

Not worth it

Historical building, walls & flooring are super unaligned, which was a bit trippy but also fun. Location is ok, not very centred but a walkable distance away from the old town and plenty of restaurants around.

The hotel was way too overpriced. Location was ok (15-20 mins walk from the castle). However, the mattress was the worst I’ve ever slept on!! It was incredibly uncomfortable, could not sleep during our entire stay. The team at reception are nice, but slightly incompetent (losing our charger/ being on the phone privately while simultaneously dealing with guests). Housekeeping were not at their best either, on the second night we were left with one single piece of (hand) towel for 2 pax.

clean and tidy and bed so comfy, staff were so nice

breakfast wasn’t nice and was not a Scottish breakfast. the potato scone wasn’t cooked, mushrooms tasted off, no square sausage and all good cooked in water and oil. not nice for the stomach

cozy but if u want to enjoy the trip, u need to bring everything. really😞

cozy and warm inside:) and also good location.

at first, they doesnt have any usual stuff. hair dryer, Toothpaste, body wash, sleeper, just only 3 tower(we was two person and 4days.) and actually just 2 beds was all🥲
