Built in 2020, this new 8 bedroom, 8 full bath, 2 half bath 4th row ocean house is designed for multiple families and large groups to enjoy the easy life at one of the most relaxing beaches in the country.

This home is the same structure, size and bedroom configuration as our sister property right next store at 32 north forest beach (VRBO 2020220). We also own the 6 bedroom at 105 Jacana Street in North Forest Beach (VRBO 2600196).

The house sleeps 24 people with a configuration that is very flexible:

- 5 King suites with King beds and private full bathrooms
- 2 rooms with Queen beds connected by a double vanity Jack and Jill bathroom
- 3rd floor "Bunk Room" with 3 sets of twin bunk beds plus 1 double bed and 2 full bathrooms
- 2nd floor TV/Sitting room with a pull out sofa that can sleep an additional 2 people.

The pool faces East so it gets sun all day and beach is a 3 minute walk!!! Our area has no condo or resort buildings so the beach is never overcrowded. Coligny Circle (grocery, restaurants, and shopping) is a 3 minute bike ride or a 5 minute walk.

The large outdoor living space has everything you need to enjoy long days by the pool or the beach, both in and out of the sun. Outdoor area includes private pool with spa, huge screened in porch, covered sitting area with smart TV, covered eating area, covered ping pong table and corn hole, gas grill, plenty of beach chairs, and an outdoor shower with hot water!!!. There is a conveniently located half bath, refrigerator, and ice machine at the pool level as well. Load up the wagon, grab the beach chairs, fill your cooler and make the 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the east coast all without having to go back inside the house.

The main floor is designed for everybody to socialize together in the open floor plan: Large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and 4 seat island counter; large living room with 10 person sectional couch and huge smart TV; 14+ person dining table; and fireplace are all connected in a large open Great Room that opens up to a huge screened in porch. Everybody can eat, relax, and recline together. There is a half bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen comes equipped with a Keurig coffee maker as well.

The third floor bunk room is specifically designed for kids. There are 7 total beds and 2 full bathrooms.

All of the showers are now fully enclosed with glass doors and the carpeting upstairs has been replaced by luxury flooring

Packing for your stay at 34 North Forest Beach is a breeze. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a summer BBQ or Thanksgiving feast for your entire family. There are 12 full size pool/beach towels for all your outdoor needs. We have a collapsable wagon, a cooler, and 12 folding beach chairs so you are all set for days at the beach. The house even has 2 sets of washers/dryers. For our guests with young kids we have a high chair and two pack and plays so no need to lug those either.

Getting around this house is easy. The elevator runs from the ground level to the second floor of the house to make it hassle-free to transport luggage and navigate this large home. Perfect for grandparents and those with mobility issues. There are washers/dryers on both the main and second floor so no dragging laundry baskets up and down the stairs.

There is plenty for the kids to do when they aren't at the pool or the beach. The upstairs TV room has a pull out couch and two chairs, a flat screen TV, and plenty of space for the kids to lounge around. Downstairs by the pool we have ping pong, corn hole, and connect 4, all perfect for rain delays or when everybody needs some time out of the sun.

There are 11 smart TVs including 2 on the pool deck so streaming is always available. The WiFi signal is strong as it is boosted by the Google home points system.

There is space for 6 vehicles, 2 of which can park in the garage. Hilton Head does enforce the limits on # of cars. No more than 4 cars can be parked in the driveway and cars cannot be parked on the grass or areas around the driveway. Parking off the driveway could result in your car getting towed.

Hilton Head does enforce the 10pm-7am "quiet period” noise ordinance. If you are going to be in the pool, hot tub, or screened in porch after 10pm, just make sure to keep music down and noise to a minimum.

For our guests we have a discount for your bike/golf cart needs. We also have discounts at Shipyard, Port Royal, and Oyster Reef golf courses. Details will be provided in advance of your stay so you can have bikes/golf carts waiting for you when you arrive and tee times booked.

Although pets are not permitted, there are several well-rated pet resorts nearby, including Southpaw Pet Resort, Evergreen Pet Lodge, Dog Dynasty, and All About Pets.
