kamer met ramen die niet open kunnen in verband met veiligheid.
Een airco die overal in het hotel buiten bedrijf was gesteld volgens de receptioniste.
Terwijl ik bij het ontbijt iemand sprak die wel gewoon airco had
Staat er zo'n lullig ventilatortje op die kamer.
Op de gang was het beter uit te houden dan op die kamer.

The location was handy for the Market Square in Kerkrade and our room was comfortable and clean, we didn't have breakfast

Dat ik een half uur moest wachten bij de receptie met inchecken, omdat ze de betaling niet konden vinden. Terwijl ik zelfs een bewijs liet zien. De kamer die gedateerd was. Douche die niet schoon was

Ruime kamers met goede bedden.

Everything is perfect - nice rooms - Breakfast is very good.
Nothing the hotel can do about it but the parking is not secure. It's on a desert shopping mall, Park next to a bigger, more expensive car :-)
Be aware that the hotel is inside a football stadium. There can be some noise when teams are present.

Great location as only 5 minutes to my company
Room very quiet
Stain on carpet - very soft matress, shower - grout was mouldy and screws rusty
Breakfast a bit limited - could not find any honey and no staff member to ask

Lots of Parking.
Friendly Staff.
The Single bed was too narrow, I almost fall out of bed twice at night.
If you have broad shoulders or are a few pounds overweight I don't recommend the single bed at all.

the worst part was the bed, a queen size bed with two separate mattresses which move away and the bed was uncomfortable and dead…. far from ok, when you lay on it feels like you drop yourself in a pool… it was so unbelievable bad I complained to the front desk manager.. he said nothing can be done and if I cancel the second night I wouldn’t get a refund… there was no other room he could move me to in order to make my stay a bit less painful, but no he said no other rooms available.. a bit hard to believe for such a large a hotel outside peak season..
never again the overall state of the hotel is really bad and needs a proper refurbishment.. charging over 100euro per night is not worth it..

A beautiful hotel with a large free parking, close to many shops and cafés. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable if not for one but...
Before paying for the hotel, check whether the ventilation is working in the hotel. In the rooms the windows do not open and if the ventilation does not work, as in our case, at night you will not be able to sleep and give up. It was just awful! The room simply lacked air and had to open the door to the common hall. I think that such details are not quite correct at a sufficiently high hotel price.
Everything else at the hotel was great.

Good room and good breakfast and good safe quality e-bike storage facility (the last was most important)
The Fletcher restaurant offered very few main menu choices. (not inviting). That is why we did not use it.
The Italian restaurant on 5th floor offered a variety of good meals, however our bill showed higher prices than shown on the menu card (‘they had no time to adjust’, they said on two occasions)
No facility and permission to load our e-bike batteries

We forgot some items in the room, and it was shipped to us. The staff were lovely, and the room very beautiful
The bathroom ans toilet wasn't cleaned properly so I could see droplets on the walls of the toilet and bathroom.

Location. Shops, restaurants, supermarket, everything was on walking distance.
An iron to iron my clothes, and a bike in the gym. The two bikes right now in the gym are spinning bikes.

the hotel staff didn’t do a good job cleaning the room on a daily basis. just replaced the bath towels and put the bed covers up.

Location was on an industrial estate and was part of the local football stadium which was quite unique. We were allowed to view the stadium from the Sky Box overlooking the ground.
In general everything was good with very friendly staff.

room very clean and beautiful. Every time my room was cleaned and the mattress is very comfortable. Bathroom very big and everything was even more higher than my standard. I strongly recommend this hotel.
I would like to find more option for the breakfast. I fount it a little bit under the standard for that hotel. Hope in the future they can consider to improve breakfast.
