The accomodation was fine but the weather was not good.

Location

Washing machine was broken and would not switch on. The tv remote control was hard to press, did not work correctly.

I really enjoyed myself

The location of the place was good, good atmosphere and the staff interactions I had were lovely

The floor was sandy including the shower and the dryer was broken

Relaxing stay in great location a bit exy now as these units were $ 250 a night not that long ago

Privacy on roof top, umbrella on roof top, cold fridge, close to clubs and pubs

Rainbow Beach for the win!

Loved our stay. Even though it was a packed out weekend it never felt over crowded. Great location in the township, walking distance to everything we needed including the beach. Friendly reception staff. Would go back!

We always enjoy our stays.

Memories of our wedding last year. We received an upgrade but there were a number of issues-see below. The receptionist was great as was the after hours man.

Some cleaning needs improvement, dusty blinds, shower tiles, toilet half flush not working, no bath towels, no tea towel, no cleaning products, no bin liner,

staff and location were fantastic but still undecided if we would ever return due to the unclenliness of the apartment.

location was fantastic and parking was super easy

the room was very grotty, the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. Had to smell cigarette smoke from the neighbours every time we went out to the balcony. The complimentary milk in the fridge was opened and half empty.

Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing , Reception staff were very helpful . They got a cleaner in .

The unit was lovely , great location , we had all we needed .

Whilst the bathroom in Unit 2 was a clean basin and toilet , kitchen bench tops were cleaned , bed was good . The floors were not clean . Area in kitchen had food spilt and dirt stuck to it . Floors sandy. Bathroom , shower door opening where water leaks out under the bench had not been cleaned for quite a while . Your cleaners do not believe in cleaning corners .

Beautiful apartment with all facilities and utensils. Gorgeous outlook and easy easy gentle stroll to everything! So clean and comfortable! Compliments to reception and cleaning staff, thank you!

perfect Christmas holiday with my family and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation as well as the surrounding town

so spacious and we had a private terrace above the balcony which was amazing!

Lovely facilities, clean and spacious and completely central to everything

it was clean and spacious.

i called twice before I booked because I wanted clarification about whether it had over an views. nobody returned my call or responded to my message so I went ahead and booked. the photos on Booking.com indicated ocean views. it definitely was not ocean views and for that price, that’s what I was paying for.

Relaxing, clean, with everything we needed!

Room was clean, modern and had a great view! It was perfect for our group and had enough space for us all. Loved being able to walk out into the main street and onto the beach, especially with the surf club opposite and The Deck bar close by.

close to pub and the loud music kept my children awake until 4.30am toilet was dirty
