Peca muito no serviço e não nos faz sentir em casa

O café da manhã foi o ponto alto: tudo muito bonito, gostoso, os potinhos onde se colocam granola, geleia etc são um mimo fofo. Extremo bom gosto e bom sabor. Menção honrosa à Ingrid e Cida do café da manhã, que merecem esse reconhecimento!

O serviço deixou e muito a desejar (me refiro a área da piscina principalmente). O atendimento não é fluido, você percebe que querem ser simpáticos mas não é algo orgânico e parecem ocorrer frequentemente episódios que refletem desorganização. Pedidos esquecidos, demoras muito grandes e que não parecem justificáveis para receber drinks e petiscos, conta que demora a chegar tb. Corta o clima da situação. Inflexibilidade muito desagradável. Pedi um steak tartar cuja batata frita estava maravilhosa e perguntei se poderia vir uma porção extra de batatas e recebi sem rodeios um “não”. Jamais entenderei pq um hotel de luxo não consegue fazer um mimo tão sutil a um cliente. Atendimento acabou sendo errático até no café da manhã, um dia o açaí acompanhado de frutas e no outro não. A comida tb não estava tão saborosa (nem snacks, nem no restaurante em si). Meu quarto era da categoria que escolhi, mas diferente da foto, o que gerou um certo descontentamento que não ocorreria se ao escolher o quarto no booking existisse foto de todos os quartos que são diferentes dentro de uma mesma categoria. Em geral o hotel deixa a sensação de estar mais engessado e de individualizar pouco os hóspedes, o que acaba passando um ar frio que você não se espera quando se hospeda num local boutique desse porte. Parece q nós que temos que estar satisfeitos de visitar o Casas Brancas e é isso. E me entristeceu bastante não ser perguntada ao final da minha estadia se tinha transcorrido tudo bem (ainda mais pq era dia dos namorados E aniversário de 9 anos de relacionamento), pois eu teria levado esse feedback. Desejaram que voltássemos, mas não pareceram interessados em ouvir o hóspede. Então não será minha opção de retorno imediata, infelizmente.

Breakfast was amazing

Our room was immediately below the dining room so a bit noisy with the sound of chairs scraping. It didn't ruin our holiday as it was late in the season and the hotel was not busy. It might be troublesome at peak season.

Amazing hotel in Buzios with outstanding views and the best breakfast ever

Amazing location with beautiful interior design, great food (especially outstanding breakfast that had the best pao de queijo I have ever had in my life), staff granted every wish, the views were marvelous and the room was spacious/well decorated

Bed was a bit small and not the most comfortable due to a mattress protector...perhaps without that everything would have been solved. But this is a complaint on a very very high level

loved the decor, view and staff were super friendly. love the entire sustainability approach.

i thought the toiletries were a bit ‘disappointing’ for the level of the hotel. there was just a nice occitane hand bar but the shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not up to the standards of the hotel. both appearance and quality of the product :)

Beautiful room and beautiful location. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and it was a great location on the ocean.

The staff was wonderful, and even when we had a minor issue with our initial room, they were very quick to solve the problem. I was incredibly impressed and I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous

Breathtaking views, stunning decor, wonderful service, fabulous food, great location.. this gorgeous boutique hotel has it all. Best of all, the service - especially from manager Gabriel - was so warm and sincere. The family-run feel of the property is still very evident and makes your stay truly unique. We loved it.

If you were to be extremely picky, we would suggest having something soft over the lining on the bed (but the bed was still super comfortable!)

Excellent location, beautiful room ( we were upgraded to a master suite with private pool and view of the sea). The breakfast was the best we’ve had, everything was made fresh on site and locally sourced
