Great stay. Family with for adolescent kids.

Good location. Very kind and very attentive staff, always available and helpful and extremely kind. The restaurant is also good and the service as well.

The only minor drawback is the bar in the pool area is not that well stocked and they could make it a little more inviting to spend time there. Especially in the early evening it was unmanned and a bit desolate. Over all. This hotel is very good and good value for money. Recommended.

Would not come again

Location is okay , but not for swimming in the sea. Frankly speaking there was no chance to go into the sea . We had stayed for 11 days and we’re not able to swim even once. The hotel itself is nice , in a thai style , but quite old. Staff is super friendly and trying their best effort. The breakfast was super boring and in an American style mostly.

Beautiful, boutique, relaxing resort!

The most comfortable bed ever, and the breakfast was really good. Best poached eggs I've had in Thailand! The variety of food was top notch too, and the restaurant is a beautiful location over looking the beach. Staff were so so so nice as well, very welcoming. We stayed in a pool access room and LOVED it, definitely worth the price. The pool that we accessed from our room was actually a refreshing temperature which was nice as the main pool and beach water was warm. We had the room (112) down the far end of the pool so it felt very private. The resort can also help organise a motorbike rental which is a great service so you don't have to worry about which one to go to. Thanks for having us!

As mentioned the main pool (which is soooo beautiful) - the water was very warm but not much the resort can do about that, but important to note. Also the happy hour could have been better, there were only certain cocktails included on it where it would have been better if the frozen cocktails were included in the happy hour pricing.

really our stay, very relaxed and great service from property staff.

Staff were excellent, bedroom was very good, spacious, clean. Quality of food superb.

The beach in front of the property was very dirty. A lot of plastics and seaweed to wade through before getting to cleaner water.

Excellent location, great view

Just on the beach, that is shared with other hotels, very prompt service, Thai people offer great hospitality and this hotel was even superior. The housekeeping staff reasons superfast..lots of plug points to charge the electronic devices We were 3 adults and Thankfully they did not force us take a site or 2 rooms.

Swam in the pool and could only look at the sea🤣

The food. The pool Staff.

The beach was heavily polluted with plastic and rubbish and we were unable to swim which was disappointing. No sound proofing between rooms and we heard constant crying and footsteps from family with small children above us.

Beautiful Stay for Honeymoon

One of the best resorts on Chaweng Beach. Compared a lot of them walking up and down the beach. Good breakfast with eggs, pancakes and waffles on demand. Nice pool and beach access. Spacious luxurious rooms with a view. Ours had a big bathroom, outdoor spa bath and ocean view from balcony. Great hospitable staff. Even organised a romantic dinner on the beach for us.

Perfection

Everything - the location was fab - far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the peace & tranquility but close enough to take a walk/cab if your wanted a bit more of a lively night The little touches in the room were very appreciated - oil burner lit everyday, insect repelled device left for us to use. Rooms were exceptionally clean The beach/pool area was so relaxing. We only had breakfast on site during our stay but the staff were accommodating and the selection was great.

A hotel with huge potential and a clueless staff in the service Lucky to have Michael as the manager, an amazing person who fixes the soft touch that the Lear service team gives.

It was quite nice.

The staff is very hospitable, the place is well maintained and the location is isolated in a very crowded beach.

It was a little bit noisy, from the other guests. The room had to many glass walls that required us to improvise in order to assure our privacy.

absolutely amazing !

absolutely loved this hotel. about 12/15 min walk into the main area of Chaweng Beach but further enough away to avoid crowded or noisy beach. we stayed in the villa with the private pool and the room was amazing. couldn’t fault anything. The breakfast was excellent and watermelon shakes were Devine ! Already going to book for next year.

The beach.

A hotel employee broke into our room in the middle of the night. We told reception and they did nothing at all. Said it must have been a mistake and we were left with the truama. Severl other gustes reported on facebook about thefts from their suitcases in this hotel.

The room with the private pool is big, beautiful, with a lot of facilities inside. Staff is very helpful. Quite hotel in center location with beautiful beach and pool.

The room with the private pool has an outdoor shower, and the door from this shower to the room is not completely seal. Which means that during our stay there were bugs coming into the room and make us scared from the next bugs. This is NOT what you expect that you pay so much for a room. We talked about this to the staff a couple of times, they said they will deal with it. They didn’t, and this was disappointing. The hotel is amazing and the staff except from this were very helpful but if I knew this before, I would have book another room.
