Would stay only to catch the ferry from pralarn pier

That it's super close to pralarn pier

Everything, the staff didn't know where the rooms were. Room was dusty Towels were stained There were lizards in the room Location is only good cause it's close to the pier otherwise it's very dead

Superb

Beachfront hotel, with good service and helpful staff. Breakfast was great and the room was big

the pool was a bit dirty and we didn't see someone to clean it. Our room was far from the pool and the beach, but as we understood, they don't have family rooms by the pool. The room was too big for one airconditioner. One part of the room was always too cold

Everything great!

We have been traveling for 6 weeks and the Pinnacle Resort has been our favorite hotel throughout the journey! I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone who would like to relax at the beach and enjoy a great breakfast buffet (including vegetarian options). The AC is super quite, which was great at night.

If you want to have lunch or dinner, I would recommend to eat outside. The food and drinks are okay, but there are definitely better options around the resort.

I woke up with a smile on my face every morning.

I enjoyed every minute in this laid-back atmosphere and quite surroundings this resort has to offer. All the staff working at this resort where ever so kind and helpfull, if help needed i any way, especially Naomi working in the reception, made a huge impression on anyone i talked with, she will be dearly missed.

Better than expected.

The receptionist "Naomi" was very helpful and serviceminded.

One of the staff (man) in the restaurant was not nice. He seemed bothered when I asked for a menu or asked for a drink or whatever. All of the other staff was very serviceminded and friendly.

Lovely, would go back for longer!

Beautiful property on the beach. Reception and restaurant staff were very helpful. I had to leave very early for the ferry and they packed me a breakfast to take with me!

The shower head is a rainfall, so it's attached to the wall at quite a low height. I'm 182cm, and had to hunker down to get my head under the water.

Lovely hotel, amazing pool and beach area, having breakfast at the hotel was so beautiful! Perfect location if you are taking a ferry from Pralarn Pier it’s just a 5 minute walk away!

Nice resort, especially if you are looking to be close to the Lomprayah Pier

Very close to the Lomprayah Pier. Transfer to the pier was only 100 Baht. Nice view. They provided us with a very good baby cot. Room was big compared to other rooms in Thailand.

Breakfast was a ok, but not with a lot attention to detail. The sand at the beach is very grainy. The room was in the 3rd floor, so a bit of a hassle to get up there.

Super friendly staff. Easy walk to pier, local restaurants, bars and shops. Good pool and beach area. Nicely maintained gardens. very good aircon. Nice non-pretentious resort tucked away.

- got upgraded to a premium Bungalow, which is very spacious - own beach and pool - nice looking resort - friendly staff

- Pool only 90cm deep - the beach is a bit dirty - Location is near to the pier, but far from the City/ Shops/ nightlife

Pleasant

Nice resort with large swimming pool and next to the beach. Spacious clean room with everything you need. Friendly staff. Very close to the pier from where the ferry to the other islands go.

The bathroom itself was fine but the shower was dirty (dusty windowsills with bugs) If was also very quiet in the resort and area which made it not very inviting to have a nice dinner or something.

The pool area and the beach are amazing. Totally private, very quiet. Hotel itself is also amazing. Nice green view from the room balcony. And it's very close to the Maenam local afternoon market. Lots of local food options. Worth to check out!

It's impossible to move around without a motorcycle.

Relaxing Samui

Location on the beach and next to the pier to Koh Tao. Staff were very friendly.

It had only been open for 2 weeks so with limited people, breakfast buffet was also a little limited but understandably and still plenty to eat.

Perfect and great valmue for money

VERY sweet, friendly and helping people working at Pinnacle Samui Resort especially Porn and Naomi. The huts, pool and Beach were perfect. Everything very clean. We definately recommend the hotel.

excellent value for money! right on the beach (the sand is perfectly fine and the water is great for swimming - not sure what other reviewers are complaining about - this is one of the few beaches I've been to in Thailand that you can actually swim b/c it becomes deep rather quickly, and kids can play in the shallow part b/c there are no big/sharp rocks), resort is SUPER quiet (mostly older guests) so you can really rest, breakfast is right by the sea, nice garden and property, short walking distance to stores and other restaurants/massage parlors. lots of shade to play board games etc during the day, sun loungers always available both by the pool and on the beach. The accommodation is modest,/nothing fancy but all basic necessities are there (mosquito nets on windows, well-functioning A/C, free drinkable water every day, fridge, coffee/water kettle, fresh towels daily, clean!) for a fraction of the cost of nearby hotels. Also, there's a little tour operator store right next to the hotel for taxis, excursions etc, cheaper than from other providers. And the parrot (and kittens and puppies) was the #1 hit with the children!

breakfast food gets boring after a few days; for dinner the nearby restaurants are better (same goes for massages). shower pressure/temperature not the greatest but ok. we had a deluxe bungalow right by the pool which was great!

The wonderful garden and beach. There is parrot. The kids were crazy about him. The quiet and calm space. The classy house. Our family grateful to maid so hard cleaning. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is tasty.

Meals at the restaurant might be better. Pizza is so much bad.
