A little further away from central Chaweng beach than previously thought A few things could be fixed in some rooms like the plug in the sink

Fair. A bit overpriced. Bad breakfast. Amazing staff.

It was clean, nice sized rooms, nice pool. Everything was satisfactory.

The breakfast was poor. Very minimal options, bugs in the bread, and they make you eggs your way (only choice other than toast and yogurt) but this will do nothing to feed you for your morning. A bit dated. Gym was average. Overpriced.

The staff is friendly and environment is good. When I sat on the balcony I had the feeling I was on a tropical island

The airco broke down in our first room in the middle of a heat wave but we got another room so they solved the problem in a good way

A lovely relaxing place to stay!

Great rooms, great service and very clean! The hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to everything!

the restaurant wasn’t open, but there are a lot of places around it.

Sufficient Quality

Great Value for money, good facilities, great ambiance with all the trees. Convenient beach access with only a few minutes walk.

Breakfast was cold and same selection for all the 3 nights i was there. another 4 hot items are required along with an espresso machine (which is not so common in asia)

Great hotel. Room had been good nevertheless staff has changed it for higher one upper class for free. It has been amazing. Pool is good also. Thanks for a beautiful vacation!

Exceptional

The hotel is in a great location, walkable from Chaweng Beach and Samui Mall. Across the road are some great food vendors and next door is a Maui Thai stadium. So lots going on. Despite all this the rooms are soundproof and spacious so very relaxing. The staff are great, the rooms comfortable and clean. We very much enjoyed our time here.

great location, great value for money (size wise)

the aircond in our room started leaking and pretty warm throughout our stay - the lights in our room were not working either. there were several short burst of blackouts - everything else is fine.

Fantastic hotel and an affordable price

Very large apartment style, modern room and building Sound-proof room Massive and comfortable bed Excellent bathroom with hot water, high pressure shower Pool and gym in good working order Option to use the facilities at their sister hotel 5 minutes away on Chaweng Beach Fantastic staff who assist wherever possible I went through Booking.com which had very good deals on this hotel

Poor WiFi, which meant that the TV didn't work... I had to use hotspot to play YouTube and Netflix Restaurant was being renovated so no food options...however I was informed this will be available mid to late December

big comfortable room Breakfast across the road - but was very respectable.

Hotel appeared to be closed and following our phone call and someone finally appearing it seems we were not expected!! Everything very quite (covid!!!) We seemed to be the only guests.

Excellent hotel, rooms could do with modernizing. Good food options and several supermarkets nearby.

Off to main drag and in a very local area, which suited us. A little noisy being next to the main road but traffic died down at night and never really disturbed us. Good food options close by, especially Big Papa Mama is the market across the street, which has plenty of other options as well. They offer free access to the beach pool area at their sister hotel on the beach, 10 minutes walk away.

Nice hotel but the rooms need modernizing.

Mosquitos and air con and fridge made quite a bit of noise during the night
