Brilliant stay, great people, facilities and food

Listers arms was friendly and welcoming, evening meal was delicious as was breakfast. We stayed in Listers Barn with our little dog, it was a great space with lovely communal sitting area and garden for dog to wander in

The mattress on the bed could have been comfier

The surrounding area was great, lovely walks, had a great time.

Food was good, good service, good location. Bathroom and shower were very good.

Food was a bit expensive, as were the drinks. Room was dark, no proper wardrobe. Lack of seating, only one chair. A fridge would have been nice.

Simply exceptional from start to finish

Everything was exceptional and the staff were amaxing.

The rain! But this made the Sunday afternoon in the Bar all the more enjoyable.

Perfect

The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. The location of property was perfect for the Malham Cove walk.

Beautiful barns with very friendly and helpful staff, would definitely come back

Gorgeous barn with great parking. Helpful communal facilities with extras including drying room with specific locker.

A short walk to the neighbouring building for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff

We stayed in the Lister Barn, a beautiful converted barn, as The Lister Arms upgraded our room as a gesture on our engagement. Fantastic location, delicious food and wine in the pub, and super helpful staff. Great wifi coverage across the property made up for poor mobile network coverage. They also offer the same care to dogs if you have one!

Great accommodation

We arrived in torrential rain after a days cycling. The room was warm allowing us to dry our clothes , shoes, etc. Room and bathroom very clean. Bed very comfortable. Evening meal and breakfast both good quality

Wonderful atmosphere provided by the most motivated and engaged staff. Everyone really made us feel welcome. The meals very delicious and beyond what we expected. This place is a gem and a great point of exploring the Yorkshiredales from.

Excellent country pub offering a warm welcome and delicious food.

The food was very good and the staff welcoming.

Rooms could have been located closer together, one room was in the main house and the other across the road in the barn.

Relaxing, comfort, great location and fabulous food.

Fabulous stay, slight issue when leaving as was asked to pay for champagne that had already been paid for but very minor issue which did not spoil the stay. We will fe back and recommend to all
