L'accueil de Claudia : une très belle personne 🥰 Les villas sont idylliques, le cadre exceptionnel et les prestations exceptionnelles. J'ai rarement connu une telle expérience. Nous recommandons ces villas, l'emplacement est parfait et les équipements sont complets et de grande qualité. Nous souhaitons pouvoir y retourner un jour et encore MERCI Claudia

Beautiful apartment with lovely gardens and pool.

The apartments are beautifully furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The gardens and pool are a few steps away from your door and are lovely. Everything is VERY clean and well maintained. The kitchen contains all the equipment you have at home. Even the dishwasher and washing machine tablets are replaced daily if you have used them! The staff are attentive and look after the apartment each day so that its exactly as it was when you first arrived. The towels are soft and plush and replaced every two days including the swimming pool / beach towels. The pool is cleaned early in the morning and the grounds are really well maintained all under the watchful eye of Claudia who is there to help you from the time you arrive to the time you leave. What a lovely comfortable place to relax in with a great team to look after you.

was very clean, in a nice tucked away away, but not too far away from anything. a car is needed to explore the Algarve! cleaning was done everyday, Claudia is always on hand if you need anything, a very welcoming host.

one of the best places we stayed in during our travels. staff are the nicest and they go above and beyond to help. A special mention and thanks goes to Cláudia as she was the best. amenities are complete and good. size of the villa was good and the pool was nice.

Perfect getaway in a fully equipped luxury villa

Absolutely amazing stay at Vila Balaia. We came here for 4 days from Lisbon and had a fantastic time. The villa is spacious and bright, with a huge balcony and direct access to the pool and garden. Everything is clean and brand-new. The kitchen has great appliances and literally everything you need in abundance - the small welcome gift from Claudia included fresh bread, butter, milk and oranges, a great little surprise. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom is clean, well lit and, again, with everything you need. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time, Vila is gorgeous, and quiet

Claudia was an absolute delight, i dont think i have ever been greeted so promptly, professionally and so so friendly and helpful as i was with her, nothing was too much for Claudia, she made our stay a very memorable one so thank you Claudia

I would say it cannot be called a resort really, as its just self catering vilas, no restaurant or facilities at all, aside from the swimming pool at the vilas, from the outside it is very run down and not attractive at all, but the vilas themselves we amazing, modern, co clean, and catered with the pre ordered food i requested by the lovely Claudia.

The stay in Vila Balaia was absolutely amazing. We liked the villa, the pool located in a beautiful garden and also the services. It is a beautiful and quite well located place for any excursions in the Algarve. The services are exceptional, the facilities team did their best to fulfill our wishes. Above all, we appreciate Claudia's individual approach and her constant efforts for guest satisfaction. We really felt at home throughout our stay. We will definitely be happy to come back here and can recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants to spend a few quiet and relaxing days in a cozy resort.

Great central location but still very peaceful, well stocked facilities in the kitchen, very comfortable and large bed, lovely private terrace, amazing pool and loungers!

Superb

Claudia who manages the property is amazing, She is so nice and helpful, cant describe how nice is she in words. Better than any concierge in a 5 star hotel. You feel like you know her for years. Absolutely amazing.

The condominium where the accommodation is located is not very nice, but you dont need to go out for anything. Supermarket inside of the condominium is a joke, useless, nevertheless great supermarket close by

Lovely villa with a stunning Portuguese welcome.

The villa itself is lovely. Beautifully appointed and very cleverly designed, it is well-equipped and comfortable. The swimming pool and gardens are beautiful and the villa is well-located for visiting places of interest along the coastline. Claudia, who supervises the villas, and her team are amazing. Friendly, super-efficient and welcoming, it really is like staying with friends or family.

Fantastic stay at Vila Balaia - thank you Claudia!

The villa was very well renovated and had a quiet retreat feel to it. Although the garden and pool area is shared amongst 8 villas, we still felt it was private due to the layout. Inside the villa it was absolutely lovely, the decor and furnishings are very modern, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean if you want to. There is a supermarket a 10 minute walk away to get food if you wish. We had regular cleaning service done and all the staff were lovely. Claudia was particularly brilliant in welcoming and helping us settle in. She also helped us organise a rental car and boat tours. We felt really looked after, more than ever before on holiday! Thank you so much!

Once out of the Vila Balaia resort, the rest of the Quinta de Balaia site is a little run down, however this would not put us off going back again.

Modern and beautifully clean accommodation with a “private estate’ feel and a great pool - ideal as a base between Albuf

We stayed for four nights in April 2022. Approx 25 min taxi ride from Faro airport - we booked a taxi alongside our Booking.com accommodation in the App - all very straightforward, good value for money and great service. At our late check in at Vila Balaia we were met by Claudia who welcomed us and showed us around the apartment. Claudia was exceptionally welcoming and looked after us brilliantly. The apartment itself was superb - modern and faultlessly clean - indeed the local practise seems to clean the villa twice a day! The Vila location is a little outside Albufiera but is walkable to the beach and into the town. The old town of Albufeira is a short Uber cab drive away. That said, for a short stay the Villa and the pool is so good you really won’t want to venture too far from the estate. All round thoroughly recommended

unreal, staff made our holiday, they are just the best! villa is exceptional😊

I loved the whole interior it’s stunningly beautiful with lots of space and everything you could need. The bed was so comfortable and amazing shower also. We had bad weather but wasn’t so bad in this amazing villa. Claudia the host went above and beyond for us as our 2 year old son was very sick last few days and she let us stay in villa on day of departure till our taxi came at 5pm which really really helped us free of charge, we were blown away how professional and caring they are. The cleaning ladies do an amazing job, the place is immaculate and so friendly also, this is a top notch place, the best place I’ve ever stayed. Worth every penny.
