Great stay

The apartments are spacious and very well designed and fitted, super clean and maintained as well. There is also a groceries store and a couple of very nice bakeries in the vicinity of the hotel, so not having a breakfast is no issue at all. Staff is very kind and engaged.

Coffee is provided in apartments for the firs night only, charged for the following ones, which is a bit miserly. Also, operation hours of the sauna are not convenient when you spend your day out visiting the city.

Brilliant in every way!!

Cleanliness and facilities.

Construction work on site woke us up early one day. It was just for one day.

A great stay in Vincennes, Paris.

I was visiting my son, his wife and grandchildren on our way to Spain, so we decided to spend a night near them. The place was very convenient for us and decided to stay one night and meet our family members. Next day we continued our travel to Spain.

Nothing, it was perfect, a bit big for just the two of us but got a wonderful feeling while during our stay. Restaurants in the neighborhood, pastries, shops, parking and all you needed.

We really liked Vincennes. It's a very nice part of Paris for family with kids.

Great location, big rooms, very well equipped. Very clean.

Because of renovation we could not use our balcony.

Vincennes is a lovely part of Paris

the works were extremely inconvenient meaning we could not open our windows for concern of safety and sliding door was locked so no fresh air. the rooms are quite small so with the hot weather and with no air conditioning and no fresh air it was very uncomfortable

The terrasse was nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom and toilet were separate. Everything was quite clean on the first day.

The shower drainage was blocked and day by day the shower room became disgusting. On our third day we had room cleaning, but they did almost nothing. In one of our room, they just made the bed. In the other room, they just tidied up half of the bathroom, and left even the bed unmade. There is no good tv channels, in fact the worst list I’ve ever encountered. They also asked us to sign several pages of none-sense at the beginning, which was very annoying and unwelcoming

Will not stay on this Hotel again.

Vincennes is area quiet, but the hotel is two far from Train Station.

The guy at the counter "needs customer service training" Instead of helping us get the room and finish working with us getting room keys, he started helping other people, he was kinda rude and has poor communication skills and he was not able to ease up the issues. Between booking.com and this Hotel and it was terrible experience.

Excellent location and facilities for visiting families

The apartment we got was in fact a fully furnished 2-room flat with a well equipped kitchen, which I did not expect but was very grateful for. We spent time there like home, great for families.

Great apartment for family

Comfortable apartment, enough space for a family of four. Close to a large green area, great for walks. There is a supermarket just opposite the street.

A little bit far away from city centre, not very straight forward to use public transport to get to the main attractions.

Great accommodation in the heart of Vincennes

Vincennes is a lovely place to stay, great restaurants nearby, big supermarket is 5 min from the hotel. Hotel itself was great, quiet and clean. Our room was comfortable with big balcony. Metro M1 and RER is 10 min far from the accommodation. The hotel building was under reconstruction that time, but it was in a front part of the building. Everything was simply great.

Building site (outside renovation) was disturbing (we were advised about that up front). Not very capable personnel at check in. Check-out similarly complicated and unconventional.

Excellent location in Vincennes

It was located in a quiet neighborhood with East access to the metro and restaurants and they had secured parking which was important for me and the the room was spacious especially for Paris and the amenities were very comfortable.

Ideal stopover place for families with a car.. Well equipped kitchen, you can cook everything.. Near a good supermarket.. Parking 15 euros per day.. Very good steam nearby, forest for walking and public pool
