Nice resort for beach and swimming pool vacation. Food is good and every day they have a different theme

Family friendly and has many activity for the kids.

Very good

King suite with two rooms and a living space was both spacious and well designed. Pool area was very good as well as the kids water park facilities were limited but very good. If kids are below 10 the definitely more than enough. Good beach as well as beach sports. Plenty of restaurant choices as well as main restaurant was very decent. Staff are pretty helpful too. Special mention to Irina and guest services and Emrak in reception for sorting things out for us without much fuss.

Pleasant

- The bungalow room (which we had booked but only got after the first night) - The 24 hour restaurant: The food came quickly within 3-5 minutes and the waiters were friendly - The location of the beach which is on an island between a river and the sea - The desserts were very good

- We were initially offerered a noisy ground floor bungalow room near the pool where all people pass. As an alternative, the best option we had to accept was a room on the main building. While it had a nice sea view, the air condition did not work, it had 26 deg C in the room which made it impossible to sleep. We were then offered a good 2nd floor bungalow room. - It was very crowded and noisy in the restaurants (some sitting areas were closed). - Lack of privacy at the beach. The launge chairs were too close to each other. Noise and smokers were annoying.

Great food, good spa with very competent massage and therapist, overall impression of calm and security, very welcoming and caring staff. The garden is also well kept and gracious.

Very good

The resort is in a very green area that's taken care of. The kids club and it's staff is great. Also the water park The beach is clean and it's very pleasurable to swim in late September/October.

We were 3 people in the room but housekeeping insisted on not providing us a 3rd towel despite that we asked several times to pay attention to it. Had to call reception almost every day to remind to clean the room or for towels. Floor tiles in the rooms (bungalow) are dirty and we're not sure if and how often they're being cleaned. Some of the food was fine but mostly it is quantity over quality there. For a 5 star hotel for example the coffee is horrible, at least at the main restaurant where the majority dines... Guys need to upgrade to fresh beans all around the resort, that's pretty much basic stuff.

Must read it before you book it

Make sure you read this till then end to understand what your about to visit or book for your next family Holiday! If your full intention is the resort facilities then its worth it, Internet speed, coverage is considered OK! Baby Camera don't pack it, it won't work, trust me I tried and its an IP issue. Facilities are more than Awesome, except the Spa it looks like a .....house. Water activities, snacks, drinks, are all amazing! Enjoy it to the max and make sure you don't book more than 5 days, as its more than enough. Best drinks and cocktails ask for Younes Ali at the main building Bar, Someone that speaks fluent English go to the Customer relationship there is a nice guy there, his name was Mr. M, Best Receptionist I met there was Deniz,

If you think the room is a 5 star resort room you are mistaken ! The room as old as my grandfather beach house or cabin. Room service is not as expected. Finally the Food, quantity over quality, and cannot be fixed with simple touch of Salt & pepper.

Unhappy Staff and basic English is a problem

staff don’t speak English at all, can’t communicate basic needs or responses. cleaning staff missed a lot of days despite the ‘clean my room sign’ and had to be called for towels and basic cleaning. staff unhappy ( reception, towel rack attendants, ) and almost rude and restaurant staff complaining of long hours through gestures and almost sign language …completely uncheerful environment for a family resort. staff training and well-being should be a priority in this hotel, even a DND sign is not respected.

A lot of improvement is needed!

staff don’t speak English at all bathroom was not cleaned visibly and housekeeping staff questioned us when we reported the incident!! asked to get medication from a pharmacy, it was delivered with 3 times the price by the guest relation with no receipt!!! the hotel requires a better standard and better management.

the food was horrible, cleanliness 0, the chefs in the restaurant were tasting the food and putting back the spoon in the dish to try again, rooms were not clean and pics are deceiving, the room we booked was not the same one offered even!

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, everything you need is available and it is kids friendly. Leyla Kahvalti, from the kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful.

staff, barista try to make it very difficult for you to get drink so you drink less pool Chlor was very bad my daughter got allergy and had to be treated in emergency hospital because the hotel does not have doctor available or medicine aqua works 5 hours only

the hotel is a good place to stay with kids. It has a kids club, an aquapark, shows etch. Most of all I liked the garden

-the Aquapark for kids is really cool -amazing gardens, lots of space to walk -interesting shows and very impressive discos -big comfortable room -massage was great ( for extra charge)

- Food wasn’t great. 4 out of 5 members in our family had some stomach problems during the stay. I would much prefer a smaller choice of better quality food over what we had - the main swimming pool was a bit stinky - the hotel lobby looked old. Overall, the hotel felt much cheaper than the places we went before, even though it was quite pricy. - cleaning and other services could be improved a bit
