VILA GALE ANGRA DOIS REIS EN AGOSTO

Muy bueno el complejo- piscina enorme - instalaciones cómodas- juegos para niños - comida buena - pasaban con un carrito cerca de la pileta en horarios mediodía y ofrecían alguna picada y pinchos de fruta muy buenos - Personal muy atento y amables.

El agua de la pileta estaba MUY fría! Deberían climatizarla en esta época del año!!! . Prácticamente fue imposible usarla! . Había chinches o ácaros en las camas . Volvimos con picaduras- deberían mejorar limpieza y fumigar más. En el sector parrilla había animales sueltos acercándose a la mesa donde estaba la comida ( gatos) no deberían permitirles estar ahí. WI fi en habitación muy mala calidad

Acomodações razoáveis, porém com serviços e limpeza a desejar.

Faltam funcionários e os que estão disponíveis não tem treinamento para atuar em um Resort de nível do grupo Vila Gale. Descaso com os hóspedes, estava em véspera de núpcias e nos deram 2 camas de solteiro, disseram que iam oferecer algo pelas núpcias e nada aconteceu. Os locais em que a comida está disponível são distantes dos locais de lazer. O pacote de bebidas all inclusive só oferece bebidas baratas, a cerveja fica em vários locais em recipientes com gelo e não em freezer. A comida é de boa qualidade mas pela falta de treinamento dos funcionários é mal preparada. A limpeza não é boa, o quarto tem mofo em vários locais, a cortina tinha manchas de respingos de líquidos, o chão do banheiro tinha sujeira que não foi removida, a ducha está toda manchada e encardida, o suporte para entrar na banheira estava solto com risco de sais da parede, limparam o quarto e não deixaram toalhas disponíveis. Enfim apenas alguns exemplos de apenas 2 noites por lá. Não vale o valor pago em nenhuma hipótese, não voltarei lá e não recomendo. Quem tem condições, melhor gastar seu dinheiro em outro local.

Gostei da praia ser próximo a piscina! Foram atenciosos em fazer um bolinho pro aniversário do marido!

A maioria dos funcionários não tem boa vontade! Os funcionários da recepção foram ótimos, mas de resto, tudo com cara de ma vontade! Não são receptivos e nem proativos! São poucos funcionários para a quantidade de hóspede. A equipe de recreação não faz aquela busca ativa das crianças, não fazem propaganda da programação. Em cada elevador tinha uma Programação diferente, não batendo horário e nem dia. A comida eu achei nada demais, com poucas opções principalmente na área de petiscos. Não achei a qualidade das coisas boa!

É um lugar lindo, mas parece que já foi melhor!

A proximidade com a praia, uma praia gostosa, sem ondas, quase uma piscina. Tem um outra prainha mais bonita acessível por uma trilha de 1 minuto. Piscinas grandes, limpas, muito boas e bonitas. Cervejas de boas marcas. Hotel confortável, ambiente aparentemente seguro, não tivemos intercorrências durante a estadia. Instalações muito bonitas, com bastante verde no entorno.

Os copos de plástico estavam sempre com cheiro de bebida alcoólica, aparentando não terem sido adequadamente higienizados. Pratos e copos sujos espalhados pelo resort. Circulação de ar no restaurante principal péssima, sempre saímos com roupa e cabelo cheirando a comida. Demora absurda no checkin mesmo com o hotel aparentemente vazio. A comida do restaurante português e de massas não era saborosa. A comida do restaurante principal não era muito saborosa apesar de não ser ruim. Os doces eram bem ruins, quase todos feitos com gelatina e com o mesmo sabor. Sorvete péssimo, destilados sem marcas. As instalações parece que precisam de um reforma. Parece que já foi uma hotel 5 estrelas, mas hoje não passa de 3 e não vale esse valor cobrado. Não trocaram o lençol em uma semana de estadia e a arrumação da cama era muito mal feita. Música bem alta até tarde dando pra ouvir do quarto que não era perto do local onde a música era tocada.

Not worth the price. Bad food and disappointing experience.

Nice location, amazing beach and huge pool.

Food was not good for an All Resort style. Lack of variety and bad quality. Service was not good either, called front desk to deliver water and they didn't come. No instructions given at check-in. Also room was not ready when we arrived by 3pm. No activities for adults during day and almost nothing at night. No coconut water, only artificial one. Food was far from beach/pool.

It’s really good but not yet a 5 star , it’s close tho!!

I love the food and drinks, beach is AMAZING !!!! it was definitely one of the best all inclusive stays I have ever been (food and drinks wise) on soo definitely worth giving it a go. I will 100% come back in future but probably will try the other ones around Brasil

some people couldn’t behave specially at the buffet restaurant, although there was signs saying about dressing policy . people were coming in on shirtless or just wearing shorts , bikini or even pjs… I paid a lot of money and I don’t want to eat my meal near someone that doesn’t even bother to dress nicely for a meal . Some people don’t have the pearks of a Brazilian credit card where they can split the cost of the hotel in monthly instalments… so we pay the full amount at the check in time and it was a LOT of money … we consider at least to the people that go there to behave and dress appropriately or even have manners . like the picture I have attached bellow, this family simply placed their sunlounge in front of mine blocking any space I had in front of my sunlounge… they didn’t even bother to ask first or say “excuse me”, nothing just put the sunlounge in front of mine and stayed there … I had to ended up leaving because they’re were blocking no only the sun but my view … and they were also so close to the pool edge that nobody could walk past. the life guard was right there and didn’t say anything… and she saw my face …. anyways not the hotel’s fault but clearly letting people with no manners rule the whole business. I’m not even going to mention the people’s behaviour at meal times … absolutely chaotic looked carnage … people grabbing 1,2,3,4 plates staking all and taking to their table … running like the food is going to end . There was no one watching at mealtime that’s why things like this were allowed to happen, and just puts a bad fame in the resort… if you want to be 5* the guests need to behave better and work on their manners. more strict dress code please!!!!! NO CHILDREN AT THE BAR, should be adult only !!! bar staff at the pool could at least fake that they like their job lol nothing worst than getting a drink and someone don’t even ask what you want and just stares at you and wait for you to say.

Facilities rooms , pool and beach were great.

Maintenance of the rooms very poor. Water leaking and strong humidity and urine smell. cleaning also poor.

Vila Gale de Angria dos Reis

This beutiful hotel, located in a peace of paradise, with many wonderfull amenities where I and my wife could spend a restful vacation. Room are reasonably big size and verry comfortable bed. The 2 exclusive restaurantes serve a really good portion and high quality dishes, complementem by the amazing beaches and pools.

Awesome place for families

Service, food and drinks were superb. Huge variety of foods. Great wine and drinks by the pools. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and rooms.

Very poor internet connection throughout the hotel. No heated pools, in case of cold weather, you’d better stay in the room, since the water of Pools are cold.
