Excellent location beside small beach and amazing hotel pool.

Very well designed room, with outdoor plunge pool outside. Comfortable bed and coffee tabs.

Super relaxing, great food and friendly service

The staff were super helpful (I don’t eat meat and one of the kind ladies at breakfast always set aside some veggie options for me), friendly and really welcoming to our small dog. We’ve booked to return in July!

Absolutely blown away by the beauty of Northern Kefalonia and loved the Emelisse. We have re-booked.

Amazing location; absolutely stunning spot. The staff are charming and service was great. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and changed every day; we usually don't like buffets but this one was so good we loved it. The pools are both great and the drinks are good value. We are going back!

Emelisse is our perfect family destination

Charming staff, so accommodating. Kind and patient with our children, nothing was too much trouble. Delicious food, amazing breakfast cakes and brilliant cocktails

Incredible, relaxing hotel in a fantastic location.

Breakfast was amazing. Couldn’t get better. Fresh homemade bread warm from the oven. Freshly squeezed orange juice and everything you could possibly want for breakfast from pancakes to continental to full English and more!

The vans that park at reception in the morning often left the engine running which woke us up and kept us awake from the noise. But that is the only thing I can think of. Everything else was perfect!

Amazing location, exceptional hotel, extremely helpful and friendly staff.

The breakfast was amazing, fresh, healthy and very high quality! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was idyllic and the hotel was immaculate. Couldn’t have asked for better!

It would have been nice if the pools were heated as the weather was colder in May, however during the warmer months it would not be required.

Exquisite place to be

Incredible location and facilities. it was like being at a beach camp with all the extra things they had. The room was exquisite as expected.

unfortunately you pay a lot of money but the extra things like playing tennis, kayaking and such are all an extra cost? didn’t quite make sense to me.

The staff was amazing.Mary at the front desk was the best very helpful. Breakfast was great. Location was easy to reach other destinations and explore. Maria in the dining area was also very friendly.

We rented a car and trying to find your location was very difficult not many signs along the way. Our room was across from hotel supplies so we had all the workers outside our room and everyone was smoking so I felt that was extremely unprofessional.

Incredible views but missed the mark for a 5 star resort at this price, yet the only place of this standard to stay in F

The views are absolutely incredible (from breakfast and the pool they are unparalleled). The staff are very friendly and helpful! The food at the main restaurant was absolutely delicious! The location is amazing - secluded and private but a stones throw away from Emplise beach which is stunning and regular shuttles into Fiskardo town.

It didn’t quite meet our 5 star expectations for the price. The gym was very small (pictures are deceiving), I had a terrible experience at the spa, the breakfast was okay but not amazing, and our room was above a staff room/quarters which was very distributive at night when trying to get to sleep.

the only negative was the shuttle bus to and from town that wasn’t to the standard of the resort and needed multiple journeys to meet the demand meaning waiting around in town

The most beautiful location and pool area. Room quite expensive for what it was

Breakfast was fantastic and views were beautiful

I think the bathroom could be improved- our shower leaked heavily. I think the lunchtime menu should be served in the evening too

wonderful place if you want to relax and unwind

the location, the stylish way the complex has been thoughtfully designed. sympathetic to the surroundings and well equipped. breakfast is fabulous and staff are very attentive.

Beautiful location but rooms fall short of expectations.

Breakfast was delicious, a very big selection. The view is spectacular and staff are very friendly. The yoghurt in particular and fruit selection was lovely.

The floors were very dirty even in the room. This should have been freshly cleaned when we arrived but we had to ask for it to be done. Also the charge for having tea and coffee facilities in the room is ridiculous.
