Great

Clean, tidy, quiet, very comfortable beds. Nice breakfast and staff were lovely. We stayed there as near our son but it was awful for trains to London. But that’s totally my fault not the hotels

I recommend

the bed was really comfortable, the room was clean and I have no complaints. woke up too late to try the breakfast so cant comment on that

Best hotel staff ever!

The staff were all really nice. I unfortunately didn't get everyone's names, but I did get Sammy's name. Thanks to all the staff!

No computer in the lobby for guest to use. Some of the doors in hotel start slamming & will wake you up if in room #149.

Good edge of town hotel

Conveniently located for my purposes

One or two signs of wear and tear in my room but perfectly comfortable. Door lock loose so didn’t lock quite reliably

Very good price quality ratio.

Good breakfast, not too varied, but ok. The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Holiday inn Express Chingford .

Location was great right next door to sainsburys, hotel was comfortable and staff we're friendly and helpful & breakfast was also excellent with a good variety to choose from . If like us you are not driving they also have a direct line to the cab office and it will cost you only £8 for a family of four to get to Walthamstow central which will bring you into central london or wherever you want to go including all airports . I would definitely stay again when visiting London because it's cheap and cheerful and a fraction of the cost of staying in the city !

I would probably like a bigger more spacious room for a family of four but otherwise there wasn't anything else I would find fault with . We had a pleasant experience staying here and would definitely stay again when visiting London !

Poorly maintained hotel

The staff were friendly and it was nice to have breakfast included.

It was noisy with the noise of the cars. We couldn’t work out why until we realised in our last day that the window handle was broken so the window didn’t close properly. Had awful sleep there with the constant noise. The lift was broken too and we were on the top floor so had to carry the suitcase up all of the stairs.

Superb Location

Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very clean. Will definitely be staying again.

Not worth

Just the staff

Breakfast had limited options for non-pork eaters, should have a balance. Even food laid out did not have name tags which is critical for avoiding wastage of food. In the 3 mornings, menu was all repeat but the quality deteriorated. Juice was tasteless or probably had water in Sunday Meal. There was no tube station nearby. For tourists new to London, distance was painful considering the distance from city centre too. Room was not comfortable for a family. Walking was difficult within room due to chair which was obstructing. Should consider changing if want to continue giving room to 4 occupants with sofa bed open

Good location, fair price

Well located for an event we were attending, comfy beds, kettle with tea and coffee facilities in the room

Think it needs sorting out ASAP to prevent flooding of the bedroom rug.

Love the ambience and staff were very helpful

There was clean water leakage in the toilet of my room #311 and the same with my cousins room 309 and my Sisters room 317. The staff gave us clean towels to put on the floor.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte, das Personal war sehr freundlich

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es stand ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, der Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer, das WLAN funktionierte tadellos , sehr unkompliziert

Der Teppichboden müsste shampooniert oder getauscht werden. U-Bahn 35 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt

Disappointing that my favourite hotel is now out of my price range.

This is a hotel I have stayed at many times but will never do so again. Their rates are now extortionate and to rub salt in the wound you pay £7.00 per 24hours for parking. Very disappointing that in these times of such global hardship this is what we are faced with. For sure I will not be staying there again. I have voted with my feet.

Extremely over priced. Now way out of my price range.

Excellente localisation mais bâtiment à rénover en urgence.

L’emplacement est parfait. C’est super pratique pour aller au centre de Londres, proche à 15 mins en bus de la station de métro Blackhorse station. Et notre arrivé à 3h du matin suite à un gros retard de l’avion, notre réceptionniste était vraiment parfait, Thanks so much Oscar!

Malheureusement, la chambre sentait une forte odeur de moisissure, avec deux enfants en bas âges et une femme d’un certain âge, ce n’était pas du tout approprier. Nous étions 4 et nous avions 2 serviettes, et le canapé lit n’était pas préparer et sentait la moisissure. Après une plainte à la réception, le monsieur de la maintenant est venu démonté le filtre de la climatisation qui goûtait, aspirer le sol et vaporiser un désodorisant qui n’a pas durer. Le dernier soir nous avons ordonné le changement de chambre ce qui a été fait.

overall satisfactory but the downsides were probably not the fault of the hotel

The external work occur ring adjacent to the hotel made coming and going difficult. Also mattress dumped in adjacent garden.

Be warned for car meets in the car park next door. Horrific noise levels until midnight

The hotel was really nice and friendly.

The car park next door was used as a car meet and the noise was ridiculous. I know that's not the hotels issue.

staff were great at reception

rooms are outdated and the bathrooms need a great deal of work on them. to charge £129 per night, would be nice to have something good to look at and not something outdated. also some works in the Sainsburys car park which did not help with the drilling noise from there

Good value for the price

Very comfy beds, probably the best during my experience during last couple of years. Very welcoming staff, my room was not ready when I arrived but they managed to make in 15 minutes.

Probably, coffee machine should be replaced :)
