Läget , gratis parkering , AW kväll. Jättesköna sängar. Bra dusch . Trevlig personal. Ismaskin i korridoren.

Att poolen bara har ca 20 grader är inte alls ok. Betalar jag för pool o den inte går att njuta av. Ja då känns det som falsk marknadsföring. Det är nämligen ett mkt starkt sökkriterium för oss.

Exceptional

Very polite helpful and co operative staff. Good breakfast. Excellent bar and food. Car parking excellent. Charging points available. Central location near canal and river. Easy walk from station.

Adequate for one night

Breakfast was ok Appreciate have gluten free bread. Hallways were nice. Outside seating was nice. Close to town and nice outside walking

Pool too cold to swim. Beds were very thin. Would have liked one extra pillow. Smokers were too close to outside seating, couldn't stay and enjoy outside dining Scrambled Eggs were horrible, no flavor just ick.

We did not feel that this First Hotel was up to standard.

1. The rooms were a decent size 2. the receptionist/person taking care of breakfast day after. she was understanding of our lousy stay and gave us a discount on the price.

several things: 1. we were not told before hand that there would be a HUGE party with lots of noisy kids (18-21 years) screaming dancing outside outside window at 12am. we were blown off by the receptionist who was doubling up as a server and barman. Very unprofessional attitude. 2. the breakfast was average with the orange juice tasting like water. not much choice of bread and the serving like a school cafeteria you stand in a queue behind each other to take the food. really not nice. 3. the pool was extremely small nothing really to advertise about. 4. we will never choose to stay in this hotel again.

Pleasant stay to meet a friend

Breakfast had excellent choises for allergies. Very comfortable beds. Powerfull shower.

Perfect for a quick stay while travelling.

Quick overnight stop on the way to Sälen, so it was perfect location. Nice large rooms which are very quiet, and friendly staff. Free parking across the road.

When the restaurant is busy, the food is very slow to come out. Also the bathroom seemed to have black mould or similar on the shower floor... not so inviting to take a shower.

A wonderful mini stay over at the hotel on our way to the west coast Tjörn. Small, cosy, clean n price worthy. Easy going staff. Didn't have time to use the facilities as we were outdoors. Highly recommend!
