Kvalitetna, profesionalna usluga... Sve nam se dopalo!
Veče Grčke muzike dva puta nedeljno. Povećati na četiri! 😀

Friendly young luggage driver.
Basement room that smelled like unbearable basement mold. Corners had bugs& webs…were not cleaned. The price-point doesn’t match accomodations unfortunately.Food left a lot to be desired.
6.0
Nice room, lovely staff, good location to the beach.
Food was a massive downside, we all had upset stomachs throughout our stay starting a few days in.
The food was often over salted and although there was a kids section the adult food felt like it was designed for a 5 year old.
By the end of the holiday we were eating outside of the all inclusive to find something to settle our stomachs. Also we were expecting Greek food to be available every day as we were in Greece but this wasn’t the case apart from a salad most days.
8.0
The room, daikin air conditioning and newly renovated (only the junior suit)
Good for children
2 pools
Bed was comfortable with different pillows
Room was ready at 12
1. No private parking, no fence, not suitable and safe for a luxury car
2. 10 minutes away from the beach but you have to walk on a public road, dangerous
3. No room service, empty fridge
4. Poor breakfast, not allowed to bring food to the room (would be nice if they changed that, some couples like food in the room with their kids)
5. 200+ € per night is very overpriced ( in august)
6. No pets allowed
7. Under the bed 2 cm dust, not good cleaning work

Nice rooms.
Amazing food!
Overall look in all hotel was nice.
Kids club was lovely.
All inclusive drinks - a little choice, even no slashy for kind included, so dissapointing.
Main pool is old and it's flooring is sharp and dangerous for your feet, easily to get injuries, needs serious renovation. Couldn't enjoy this area. Also sunbeds are old. For that huge price paid we were a little sad.

The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Received more than expected, there was a small cooking area with fridge and sink (no oven or stove) and the bathroom looked better than in the pics
The same menu for the breakfast everyday. Anyway, it was quite diverse. Don't know about the other meals of the day since I only had breakfast included in my stay

The room was good. I paid extra for a family room. Don’t know if this was different to other rooms I looked into.
The pool was good. Got very crowded.
Dimitri was amazing and helped us with our luggage.
The food was ordinary at best. Didn’t cater for kids at all. We didn’t eat two nights and went out. Couldn’t eat chips only. They need a kids section. Nuggets. Something. We paid for snacks m/food at bar even though it’s all inclusive. There’s no snack bar like the rest of the resorts. The manager at the restaurant needs some customer service skills.
The lifesaver sat in good chair the whole day, didn’t monitor the kids or the amount of balls in pool.
The mini market was great.
Beach nearby was great.
Resort looks good. Needs fine tuning.

Food was great, we really enjoyed it.
The only thing we didn’t like was that there was no coffee available before 7:30am.

The staff are so kind, hospitable and professional.
The hotel grounds are very well kept, with lush greenery and a relaxing ambiance.
The food is tasty and abundant.

Frendlly staff, very organized by Manager and lovely Chefs. They should be proud of what they do. 11/10.
Too short holiday

Amazing staff. The manager from the restaurant saw that we were late for breakfast, and literally runned to us to tell us to come back and sit on which table we want. Then we were served with breakfast. And it was our fault being late ( the baby was sleeping)
Nothing

The "suites" are good and clean and with b&b only u can eat good food outside. The restaurant team is good and Pepe restaurant is great. The best is the free shuttle to the viilage and the pool (in the summer)
The food in all inclusive pack is bad quality, and the regular room is dirty, old, and blankets are without cover etc

I appreciate that Hotel let us early checked in and upgraded us to superior double room which is bright, modern and comfortable. That made our stay much more pleasant.
Stable WIFI, friendly staffs, 10 minutes walk to beach. The food in restaurant is medium quality and medium range choice. There are various drinks ( also cocktails and alcohol ) in pool bar. I booked this hotel with very good price one year ago before my holiday. I had great time here. I booked Chrousso Village again in May 2023, hope I have chance to be upgraded again.
The restaurant can be improved better. The fish was always stingy, not fresh no matter which way they cooked. The BBQ night was great but only grilled meat, no seafood or vegetable and the grilled meat were too dry.

- Very friendly and polite staff. Everyone that works at Chrousso Village is great. This is the best thing about the resort.
- High level of higene and a very well maintained complex. The garden and the pool are very well kept, clean, tidy, rooms were clean when we arrived and were cleaned regularly.
- A lot of natural shade in the garden. Regardless of sensitivity to the sun, you can spend the whole day in the deep shade, next to the pool.
- Several nights (3 out of 8) it was unbearably loud, even after midnight. This doesn't make sense since the hotel was advertised as a family hotel. With two kids (one being a fussy baby) this was a big issue for us. We talked to the staff about it but without results. I was their guest in 2019, my son was 6, it was super quiet every night and it was one of the things I liked the most.
- The food was monotonous, very often undercooked or reheated several times (especially the pastry that after day 4 all started tasting the same). The meat selection was scarce, fish was rare and when offered evidently not prepared very well. Last time I visited the food comparied to now was like night and day. If you came 30 minutes before the meal ends, there would be very little meat left, if any. There was also always a queue - which baffles me - the hotel has plenty of space. The restaurant logistics overall leave a lot to be desired.
- We paid for an all inclusive package but ended up having to pay for cocktails (among other things Mojitos which is a default cocktail anywhere else), fruit juices, nice coffee and other things. Very surprising, as it was not like that back in 2019.
- Beds were as hard as they make them. I don't mind, my wife and son do. For them, it was a nightmare. If you don't like SUPER hard beds, you are not going to sleep a lot.
- Internet does not exist. There is a local network called "Chrousso village" that occasionally connects to the internet at snail speeds. It stays on just long enough to frustrate you. I had to work from Greece, and had to pay for roaming as it was impossible to dowload email. Streaming any video or taking calls is as possible as travelling at light speeds.

Me and my family had a very pleasant stay at Chrousso village hotel for our summer holiday. The room was spacious and very clean. We stayed at an Apartment with garden view, which was located above the restaurant, and had a huge balcony with our very own sunbeds. Also, we loved the food. There are plenty of choices to satisfy every taste. My daughters enjoyed jumping on the trampoline with the other kids and loved the mini disco every night. Special thanks to the kids entertainment team for making our stay enjoyable. Although it's not a beach front hotel, the most beautiful beach on Kassandra is very near. You can walk or take a very short ride to it and enjoy the sea.

The staff and the room
There was always a queue for the food. The capacity of the restaurant is not enough for all the guests.
The beach is 10 min away from the hotel.
