Aufmerksames Personal und große Zimmer

Großes Zimmer mit Elektroheizung, großzügige Verteilung der Häuser und Zimmer auf dem Gelände. Gutes Restaurant, sehr aufmerksames Personal.

Great place to stay

It's a lovely place, beds are super big and comfortable, room has heating so no cold at night.

Wifi couldn't reach any hotel room, only reception

Pleasant place in cold Chivay

Very good heating system, which is essential in Chivay in July, as the temperature in the night is close to 0°C. Really comfortable bed.

Wi-fi not available in the room but only in the common area. Considering the price, I would have expetected a better breakfast. Same for the restaurant, it's really pleasant to have dinner inside the hotel next to the fireplace without exiting in the cold Chivay, but considering the cost I would expect something better in terms of choice and quality.

Disappointing

Structure and all facilities

NO WIFI in the rooms. Unthinkable for an expensive hotel as Casa Andina. Additionally, not all the Staff were nice, the first day at breakfast the lady was very nice and helpful, however for the second day the lady was not so nice and when I told her I want the coffee in a pot like yesterday her reply was: yesterday was another person. She didn't even give us the alternatives for breakfast and I had to remind her of her options for her. I think the service should be the same or standard regardless of the employee of the day, it's not a cheap hotel! For dinner only gave me an option of an expensive menu with limited alternatives. Not really a restaurant although I guess as the hotel was empty there was no effort to offer their total services.

My family and I had a restful and comfortable stay as we travel through Chivay. I would highly recommend it!

the property looked nice and my family and I had a wonderful stay! the rooms had heating and looked lovely. It was also located super close to the main plaza and restaurants and small market.

Nice enough place, but a bit too focussed on the large tour groups. Good range of food at breakfast.

Coffee was a bit weird one morning. "Traditional" Peruvian music is OK..... but at 6am... no thanks! Why no WiFi in the bedrooms?

Comfortable cabin in a serene setting

Very comfortable cabin in a serene setting. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The heater was appreciated as it gets quite cold in Chivay. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options. The fire and traditional music performed in the breakfast area made for a wonderful morning.

it was clean, very cozy , confortable bed and decent bathroom

extremely cold at night -no heater - the fact of not having wifi in the room is a big loss of points for as travellers it’s a big must .

Very comfortable place in Chivay to rest after a hike - but you pay the place !

Amazing little holidays village in Chivay to rest after a hike in the Colca Canyon ! Spacious and very comfortable rooms ! lovely restaurant & personal !

Cosy place to stopover for a visit to the Colca Canyon.

It's far away from the town centre... and the restaurant food is very average.

Superb

The bed was very comfortable. The room was cold, but we have heated blankets, and an electric heater.

My husband forgot his pjs, and his necklace. I messaged the property about it, but they never responded. What was sad is, they never reach out to us when they found them either.

Right in the middle of Chivay. Quaint and beautiful.

Although out of their control the town had a water shortage and unfortunately everyone had to deal with no water in their rooms.
