Amazing value for money . Fantastic breakfast

Good location , lovely big rooms and breakfast was first class !

Beds hard and one pillow but minor fault for everything else being great

駅からとても近く、アクセスが簡単だった。お手頃なお値段。館内もきれいだったので一人旅には充分。

good rest at a great location

the spacious room, the breakfast quality, and the service during breakfast. the location of the hotel was superb. the shower and the bathroom were awesome.

we didn't get any complimentary water on arrival. breakfast was always the same. hotel didn't have any takiubin (yamato), and staff didn't speak much English.

アクセスがいい

駅からのアクセスがとっても良かったです。

少しテーブルの埃、ケトルの埃などが気になりました。ランドリーも時期が時期で高校の張り紙がしてありせめて2台ほどは他の宿泊者用に取っておいて欲しかったです。また私たちの時にフロントで対応に困っている研修の方に対する他のスタッフの態度が冷たかったこと、こちらも聞きたいことがあり声をかけせさて抱いた時に目も合わさず冷たく「待っててください」と言われたことが気になりました。

Top Lage und gute Zimmergröße!

Top Lage direkt am Bahnhof Shin-Osaka! Super nettes Personal und gute Zimmergröße und Ausstattung.

Konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen und entsprechend der Lage muss man mit ein wenig Lärm rechnen.

駅から近いコンビニが近くにある

部屋のイスがボロボロシミだらけで穴まで開いていた。浴室には明らかに自分の髪の毛ではない髪の毛が数本落ちており、ベットのシーツにマツエクが一本落ちていて鳥肌がたった。全体的に古い印象。窓のところにも虫の死骸があって窓を開けようとしたらベットに落ちてきて不快だった。

場所が駅から近い。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってくれた事はありがたい。

ベッドの下にいつの物か不明なペットボトルが落ちていた。ランドリーの蓋の淵が汚なかった。

床鋪睡得很舒服，熱水很夠燙！有浴缸，泡澡很舒服。值得推薦這家旅館。

離新大阪駅很近，走路很方便～

手扶梯只有一條(上升),沒有下降的手扶梯。

とても快適に過ごせました。大阪出張の際には、また利用します。

チェックイン時間（15:00）の前に到着したが、清掃が終わっているお部屋にチェックインさせて頂き、その際のフロントの方の対応も親切で、大変助かりました。

良くないという訳ではないが、自分の身長が182cmなどで、ユニットバスで湯船に入る際にひざをぶつけるなど、多少狭い気がした。

Tolle Lage - in Gehweite der Shin-Osaka Station

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut! Man kann sich zwischen westlichem und japanischen Frühstück entscheiden. Man muss zu festgelegten Zeiten kommen, es wird alles im "Kaizeki"-Stil serviert

Bien, très proche de la garre mais insonorisa à revoir

Personnel très agréable et serviable. Proximité avec la garre parfaite. Très prorpe

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas génial. Les équipements dans la chambre sont vieillots. La chambre était mal insonorisée : le dernier soir, on a entendu des japonais se faire des câlins. Avec les enfants qui entendaient, bonjour l'ambiance...

高齢者が多く、駅に近いのが良かったです。また、利用したいです。

エスカレーターが左右に有るのが、分からず毎回同じ入り口から入り（下りのエスカレーター側）が、困った。また、荷物を発送するのに、台車が無いと言われた。台車が有ると、助かります。

Great location!! Was very lucky to have found such a place, but probably only suitable for 1-2 nights and the room is sm

It was literally 1 min away from exit 7 of the Shin Osaka subway line! Amazing location to explore Osaka if you were planning to catch the Shinkansen to another city after.

The room was small, and a little dated. the only window does not open and there is no air conditioning so the ventilation is a little poor. There was a hint of cigarette smoke smell everywhere.

Will recommend to travelers

Room was bigger than expected. Given a room facing the lift but it was amazingly peaceful and soundproof. Pillow was memory foam, very comfortable.

Close to Shin-Osaka station with a Metro exit 1min away.

Location was within 5 mins from Shin-Osaka station. Convenience store was just downstairs with another across a small street. Room was clean and service was great. There was also a Metro exit just 1min away!

A bit rundown hotel but still good to sleep if you don't need any luxury!

This is my second time staying here, the hotel is still good in overall :) -Reasonable price -Many convenient stores around the hotel -Short walk to Shin-Osaka Station -Super short walk to Shin-Osaka Metro Station -Quiet neighborhood, good for sleeping after a long journey

-Hotel is a bit rundown and shold get a renovation

Very good

The hotel is very close to the Shin Osaka station. The room was big for Japanese standards. The tub/shower area was large and the auto flushing toilet was awesome.

The sofa was old and if you sat on it, you practically sank to the floor. The bathroom had no counter space to leave any of my toiletries. There was also no towel racks in the bathroom area, which should be added.

Very comfortable, quality and convenient stay

Large modern hotel. Room had plenty of space with 4 beds fitted easily. Comfortable lounge area and restaurant attached. Very short walk from Shin-Osaka station. Very friendly staff, willing to help in any way.

Staff spoke minimal English but to be expected, easily managed by translate app when needed. A bit further from Osaka station and main nightlife/shopping area like Dotoburi but easy to catch train from nearby Shin-Osaka station.

Good value, roomy, convinient for riding bullet trains, just don't bother with breakfast

Extremely close to shin-osaka bullet train station (less than 5 mins walk, it literally takes more time to walk from train platform to station exit than from station exit to hotel). Room is spacious with a large table for planning and organizing stuff. Price is budget friendly.

Room has a mini fridge, but it's noisy. I had to turn it off. I did not need to use it so no big deal. Western style breakfast is below average; even airplane meal is better than it. Noise isolation are not great. If you happen to have a noisy neighbor then good luck; but I think a lot of hotels are like that, even for more expensive ones.
