Estuvimos alojados en este mes de Agosto y nos encantó. La zona de piscina increíble, el desayuno riquísimo.

Calme et dépaysement

La tranquillité du lieu dépaysement totale. Une piscine pour se détendre, le petit déjeuner compris et plutôt copieux. La chambre est fonctionnelle et propre. L’hôtel est proche de la ville et des plages prévoir un moyen de locomotion voiture, quad ou scooter.

Amazing property with fabulous views from every aspect, we were upgraded to the most amazing rooms twice by Georgia who was fabulous!! Superior suite and executive pool room, were out of this world, everything beautifully looked after. Staff were all really helpful and friendly, in particular Maria and Katerina were lovely and super helpful made stay a delight. Restaurant and drinks were really good value. Would highly highly recommend and will definitely return.

Location was a little remote unless you have a car, so we suggest you hire a car as no restaurants within walking distance.

Modern, beautiful and on-trend with an incredible view.

Our experience was excellent. The young man who checked us in, Manoli was very professional & attentive. The unit had an incredible view of the sea from two vantage points. Our balcony was the highlight of the room. The room was well appointed with a nice dining area, traditional Greek-style banquette seating, and a small frig. The dining areas had Greek Island white with touches of bamboo-colored decor touches. All are very beachy and on-trend. The breakfast and dinners were homemade. Over-all it was a lovey stay.

We expected the beach to be closer and more accessible, but the pool was amazing.

Nice

Stayed for a week in October Nice big room, Amazing pool area, loads of car parking. lovely balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Excellent wifi. Nice breakfast most days. (see below) Staff were all nice. Get a hire car, you'll need one in Naxos.

Had a wedding on Saturday in the restaurant bit of noise from the music (not super loud) until late hard to sleep as I am a light sleeper.. Breakfast normally had little croissants each day. After the weeding the put out what seamed like left over cold savoury pastries for 3 days afterwards for breakfast, 2 of those there were no croissants, some not fresh bread and the pastries were like rocks. No chainsaw supplied to cut them. Spinach is not a breakfast food. Apart from that breakfast was fine other days. Was end of season so not many people so I do understand they cant waste food.

the location was good, easy access to Naxos

old musty smell in the room, needs renovation. mold near the hottub was not very nice. the staff said that I should have reported, I think it should not have been there.

Exceptional

The staff was really kind and helpful, especially Ms Alexandra. The room was amazing - it had a small kitchen, modern shower, air conditioning, comfortable beds and outdoor place. The interior design was done tastefully and it really helps to bring the experience of staying at Golden Sun Hotel to a whole new level. The location of the hotel is also amazing as you can choose which part of the island do you want to visit. During the night you can clearly see stars and the night sky. Also, you can use the shared swimmimg pool from the morning all the way to 22:30 pm.

I liked the pool the room was very spacious and comfortable the balcony had a lovely view from the stelida hill.breakfast was lovely. We would definitely come again what a lovely hotel!

the hotel locates at half of a hill, very good view of the naxos port and the sea.

Pleasant staff but too far from the local town.

The staff were nice, a well-kept property with lovely gardens. Ideal if you want a very quiet holiday away from everything. You need to rent a car, scooter or quads to travel the island, which is not cheap to do. There is a local bus to take you to the port from the local village which is 20/30 mins from the hotel walking. Continental breakfast was ok with the same thing every morning.

The location is to far from the local town and the road is not great. Walked into the town in the evening but had to get a taxi back to the hotel as the road has no lights. The hotel is very quiet with no atmosphere or anything to do except the swimming pool.

Excellent for relaxation

Nice environment, very quiet, excellent to relax. Big pool which is good alternative if it is too windy for beach. Very kind staff. Breakfast was fair with good variety of products.

Too small balcony so we were too tight when having dinner or lunch. The bathroom in our room needed renovation although it was very clean. Also the room and the kitchenette were a bit too small for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The property and the view were amazing! The pool was crystal clear and the staff were lovely.

We were there for 7 days and it would have been nice to have a little more variety for breakfast. If you only stay 2-3 days it would be fine….and the coffee needs help😆

Very good

We really enjoyed our stay here, with a nice view to the ocean. A bit remote, but liked the walk to the city and beach. Not many people at the resort and pool area so good chances to get a rest and enjoy the sun. Nice breakfast, but few healthy options.

Very good

Nice hotel positioned in a quite area 10 minutes by car from the main city. Breakfast was good and different every day. It is very close to one of the best beaches of Naxos.

The outlet next to the bed didn't work and there was some sand in the hottub when we arrived.

Nice view. Uncomfortable bed.

Having a balcony with a view was great. The pick up and drop off service was excellent. The restaurant food was good but took far to long to arrive with only a few customers there.

The bed was extremely hard and not at all comfortable.

Beautiful haven

The staff were brilliant, the room was really comfy, including the huge bed. Everything was spotless. We were there at a quiet time so there was hardly anyone at the pool or bar. It is a 15 minute walk to the village and beach, where you can get a bus to the main town, but it was fairly regular and there was enough in the village to mean we didn’t need to go into town every day.

Everything was lovely. If you don’t like walking though, it is a bit far from the village for dinner etc.
