Pleasant

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. Food at restaurant was also exceptional. Room was decorated beautifully, bathroom and shower such a nice size. Everything was clean.

Noise - my room was next to the generator which only switched off at 3am. Then started again at 7am. Plus it was next to the kitchen to the restaurant so there was A LOT of noise. I went for a solo stay overnight so this was not relaxing at all.

Please empower the staff to help resolve guest issues …everything had to wait till Monday…

Location and overall hotel amenities including breakfast was great.

Lighting was a huge bother, designer omitted placing lights in salient places e.g. in front of cupboards and mirrors. Added the generator needs some covering to reduce the sound filtering into the nearby rooms …we were the closest and it was rough ! Had to wait too long for porters and had to cart our stuff up to the rooms DIY …

Breakfast was fine and enjoyable

Saturday night-Sunday Morning, there was so much noise from downstairs the restaurant side and also from our floor. Then the alarm went off at 4am I think it was an aircon alarm. The noise was just too much, I didn't get to rest.

Home away from home

Overall the hotel is excellent in all aspects. Was very impressed with the staff and especially the team at the restaurant where we had breakfast. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and provided specially prepared food to cater for our halaal requirements.

Having to check out and come home!!

My experience

The hotel rooms were very comfortable.

The receptionist needs to be more friendlier. The staff at the restaurant need to be more attentive to the guests. There were never any staff around to serve coffee/tea. We had to constantly ask for cutlery. Also you should update your website to inform customers that you do serve a full muslim breakfast which is outsourced. It would have made our lives much easier and also attract more visitors

The dinning room and l loved their Rump stake I had packed breakfast it was good The fish pond and fish in it

There was nothing to dislike but probably they should excort the guest to the room if it's your first time at a big place like that I have enjoyed my stay there the receptionist was very good
