Group of friends one night in Kos

The hotel staff at reception was truly incredible. Nice, smiling, helpful and excellent language skills. I hope the staff will read this be aise it's super pleasant to be welcomed and helped by such nice people.

The staff,were really nice and very helpful The pool area was lovely Breakfast good.The location was excellent I would definitely stay in this hotel again 100%.

I don't have any negatives,really.I thought it was great value for its price. The only thing I would say is that the bathrooms need a good face lift.They were perfectly clean but tired and dated.

Best vista

I liked the friendly staff, especially Adam on reception, Eugenia at the pool bar, her greek salads and special cocktails. our cleaner and bar lady. The hotel has the best location and marina frontage, I was there 2 weeks and just loved it

The cycle lanes , cycles have priority over pedestrians, I can still hear the bells in my ears

Pretty good, worth it.

The hotel is just in central of Kos town, which has fair enough breakfast until 10:00 AM. Very kindful reception personnal welcomed us. Swimming pool and kids pool have been pretty satisfying for my daughter during 2 days. Thanks for everything.

The facade of next building at the pool area was inappropriate for pool area, which can be made better for visually by plastering and painting any color.

Hotel in best position with best staff

Very friendly staff all round. From housekeeping to management they were all very happy to have us there and they made it obvious. They redefined the meaning of Greek hospitality and raised it to a new much higher level. Position was excellent, room was of good size, clean and came with a good bathroom size. The view from our balcony was spectacular!!

Amazing location. It was my daughters 25th birthday the day we arrived and we had been upgraded to harbour view room and birthday decorations and a bottle of wine. Thankyou so much for a lovely stay.

Location is the best thing of the hotel; then, staff was nice! Clean rooms..

Breakfast was poor

the rooms are old and need a renovaition no Fly net on the balcony door due to this we had a lot of mosquitoes in the room during the night. The carpet in the room was quite dirty and should changed.

A good, simple option if it were cheaper and for a short stay.

Great location on the harbour. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean.

Room was old and basic. Only one electrical socket. Clean but cheap bed linen. Only 5 TV channels to flick through and a couple of those were blank screens. There was a kettle and cups, but no tea/coffee/milk. Good basic room for a night but not good value for just under £100. Or for a long stay.

Lovely location central for shops, harbour and beach. Rooms dated but very clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely view overlooking the harbour while eating breakfast.

Balcony in room 229 extremely tiny tucked in a corner with both sides overlooked by either side rooms resulting in no privacy.

Great stay and perfect location for what we needed.

Excellent location and view. Breakfast was good. Receptionist kindly arranged for our room to be cleaned by midday and let us use the pool whilst we were waiting. Our boat got into Kos at 06.30 so we were really grateful for this help.

Would stay again!!

Location on the harbour is great as was the view from our room deck! Nice breakfast included. Very nice large pool and hot tub area. Front desk staff pleasant and very helpful always.

Only suggestion is a new coat of paint on the exterior would do more justice to the interior and lovely pool area.

Great location and staff!

Great location and we had a balcony that allowed us to watch the boat action in the port! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Our room was much bigger than expected which was nice and the bed was comfy. Pool area looked lovely.

The hot tub/spa was out of order and we would have liked to use it. Perhaps having one side of the outdoor area for smoking and one side non-smoking may be good so you are not surrounded by smokers while eating breakfast outside.
