Enjoy a beautiful beachfront pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day. Gorgeous Gulffront luxury family beach house, directly on the beach, with lots of luxury touches. This is a perfect home for a large family gathering or reunion, or a retreat with friends. Large living areas provide plenty of room for relaxing together but you'll also enjoy spacious bedrooms and gathering areas on each floor. There are a total of 7 spacious bedrooms, 7 and a half baths spread over 3 floors.
First floor has Large Open Living Room with Graciously Appointed Kitchen, Dining Area, Breakfast Bar with stools & more. Milty's Martini has all of the comforts you'll want from Beautiful Beach Views to an Amazing, Huge Kitchen, Private Baths for each bedroom and 2 Laundries. The 1st Floor King Master opens to the Gulffront Porch and has an Expansive Bath with a huge shower, water closet and double vanity. You'll also find a Laundry Room and Half Bath on this level.
The 2nd Floor has a Family Room and a total of 4 King Bedrooms, each with a Private Bath. There are 3 Beachfront King Bedrooms opening to the Big Beachfront Porch. There is also King Lagoon-view Bedroom, and a laundry room completing this level.
The 3rd Floor has a Playroom with a large Smart HDTV and 2 Spacious Bedrooms, one with a King plus a Twin Daybed and Twin Trundle, one with a King plus a Twin Bed. Each has a private bath.

This was our second time to stay at Milty’s Martini and it was wonderful. We had my 89 year old Dad and a lot of his grandchildren and a great grandchild as well. It is such a peaceful, relaxing home! We even had a birth announcement, so great grand number 8 is due next year! Looking forward to another fun filled week at Milty’s Martini!Suggestions: Turtle friendly lights on the deck facing the beach and an elevator.

Property has great location and the size easily accommodated our group of 11. We did encounter several maintenance issues. Rocker on front porch broken, many nails in lower deck sticking up so couldn’t go barefoot, faucet in upstairs tub dripping and pool light not working. With a little maintenance this house could be awesome.

There were a few hiccups. The entry code did not work but a phone call solved this quickly. The trash had not been picked up so barrels were full on arrival.Rain came in a bedroom window substantially. This was not resolved during our stay. That same bedroom has no blinds or curtains which makes for a disturbed night during thunderstorms- no way to avoid bright light.Surprisingly, Milty's Martini has no martini glasses-lots of wine glasses though!We found most of what we needed in the kitchen.The GSV office staff are very nice and helpful.

We loved this house so much, we booked again for next year before we even left! Very clean!! So nice having 2 of everything in the kitchen! Beds were comfy! Having 3 washers and dryers was an added plus! The pool was great too! If I had anything at all negative to say, it would be that water pressure wasn't that good, However, all the good things far outweigh that 1 thing! Can't wait til next September to come back!

This was the absolute best property! The pool was wonderful as well as the fully stocked kitchen! We had a slight mishap with the upstairs air conditioning but the problem was fixed fast!! The maintenance was there within 30 minutes! Gorgeous home and we can not wait to book again soon!! Wonderful location with all the perfect amenities in one house!

House was perfect for our growing family. It was stocked to the gills. Really enjoyed the 3 refrigerators, ice maker, and big kitchen. First time we have been able to all sit at one table as a family and eat and converse. Steps away from the beach via a short private walkway. Kids enjoyed playing in the pool after beach activities. Great to have 3 separate TV watching areas to help abate the noise and lessen the chaos of vacationing with a big family. Also ample washing machines and dryers placed at perfect locations. Would consider renting again. We had a few cleanliness issues, but management was quick to rectify.

Our family of 11 had a great time at this fantastic home. Kitchen was huge and we loved separate bar area with ice machine. Grandkids loved the pool and the size was larger than other homes we have rented. Lots of pool & beach supplies help when you fly in from out of town. Two improvements would make this house perfect. The sofa on the main floor has definitely seen better days. Not very comfortable. Also shower heads need to be cleaned to provide better water pressure. All things considered a great home for large groups!

Some kitchen appliances were in need of repair and we found ants in the cupboard.Regarding rebooking, we were sent conflicting information about timing requirements for rebooking and did not get "right of first refusal" for the dates we had this year. A portion of our stay was apparnetly booked days in advance of our check out time. Trying to clarify our options, we found the management group virtually unresponsive by phone.

Awesome house steps from the beach. Loved having two of all appliances/sinks in kitchen. 3 washers and dryers kept everyone in clean clothes and towels. Had the pool heater the last two days of our stay. Kids loved that! Tracy was very responsive. Locations is great. Just minutes from downtown Gulf Shores but still had plenty of privacy. HOUSE AND LOCATION WAS PERFECT. LARGE FAMILY WITH LITTLE ONES AND NEVER FELT CRAMPED. MULTIPLE FRIGS, STOVE/OVENS, AND WASHER/DRYERS CAME IN SO HANDY. SUPER SHORT WALK TO BEACH WAS AWESOME CAUSE THE LITTLE ONES DID IT ON THEIR OWN. ONE OF THE 2ND FLOOR BEDROOMS DIDN'T HAVE THEIR OWN BATHROOM WHICH MADE IT A LITTLE TRICKY AMONG ADULTS BUT REALLY NO BIG DEAL. EXTRA LIVING AREAS ON 2ND AND 3RD FLOORS MADE THINGS VERY NICE IF DIFFERENT FAMILIES WANTED TO WATCH DIFFERENT THINGS ON TV. POOL AREA WAS PERFECT AND SO NICE TO BE GATED OFF SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE LITTLE ONES. OVERALL VERY VERY GREAT PLACE FOR LARGE FAMILY VACATION.

Very nice house and such an easy walk to the beach. Unlike some condos with the long boardwalks, you are right there. Also, very nice large kitchen for everybody to be comfortable while prepping a meal or hire a chef like we did.

Love, love, love
We absolutely loved our stay at Milty's! There were 12 of us and we had room to spare. The house was very clean and comfortable. There was PLENTY of space for us to eat and hang out. We spent most of our time on the beach or at the pool, but we also were very comfortable inside. There was tons of space for moody teens to get away from the group, little kids to run around, and adults to relax. The location is amazing. The beach was fantastic. We saw dolphins everyday. We love to explore and there were miles of beach to walk and find crabs. There were so many chairs for us to relax in outside and inside. It is far enough away from the busy "city" area to be quiet and feel secluded, but close enough to get to restaurants and stores with just a short drive. The two of everything kitchen made life very easy. There was plenty of storage, room to cook, and seating for us to eat (inside and outside). The ice machine was a big hit. Multiple washers/dryers made packing light easy--especially because you need beach towels. We chose to heat the pool in April and it was worth the money. I think the only complaint I heard during our stay was that the water in the shower was a little unpredictable. The bedroom set up worked very well for our extended family to be together, but have some privacy with bathroom/bedrooms that were spacious. We would love to stay again!!

We just returned from Miltys Martini. We rent a house each year and this is probably the best we have stayed in. Normally the furnishings are cheaper since it is a rental. We found the beds comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It even had a Kitchen Aid mixer. There were also beach toys for use that was a nice bonus.

This is a perfect paradise home with just a few hiccups. While the management company worked diligently to help us, their communication could have been more smooth. When guests are limited on their time and their resources are spent on a house such as this, they do want answers in a timely fashion. With, or without answers from the home owner. Seems there should have been some protocol worked out prior to guests being thrown into the middle of an electricity shutdown without a back-up plan by either parties. Without electricity for a little over a day and no word on when that was to be turned on (or a guarantee) it was nerve-wracking. Overall, the house is beautiful and location is amazing. Furnishings lovely. The charges for cleaning etc a little steep for all of the things to be done upon leaving. Most are common sense. Management bringing the flashlights, generator, blankets and lanterns were helpful but with some needing medical attention, we're thankful that the few having to sleep on the couch was possible. Leaving the front door open all night was a little bothersome. Your maintenance and cleaning staff are amazing! Truthfully, my biggest complaint is not knowing more about what was happening in a more timely fashion one way or another when I was calling/texting. We had guests from 2-80 years old with us. The property description was very accurate. I was happy to see the coffee pot and blow dryers were available. All of the attractions and restaurants close by were fun and very good/friendly.
