The Beach and the Bar. In doubt what to say to the staff, some very friendly and some looking like dont talk with me. The food and selection was nice. Get a bigger room as booked.
The room......i know very well tough conditions but my room was disgusting and even this is an compliment.First nighr tv going on and wake me up and the only possibility to turn it off was to unplug it.
I recognized wet walls and wet bed-sets. There was a mould infestation on the pillows, mattress, walls and curtain. But the resort seems to know it but dont care about it. I dont go to the reception because i got the feeling they wouödnt care about it. Can in Nassau go to the laundry an wash all my clothes because they get wet in the room.
Maybe it was just my room but i wouldnt recommend a stay in these conditions to any low price. To expensive to get sick, dont sleep well and can now disenfect my hole clothes and diving gear.

Catering was very good - location good and private beach excellent.
Good effort made for Bahamas Independence Day - most enjoyable.
Was not given the ocean view I booked but was then moved to an ocean view. Having just travelled I lost my sense of humour at that point!
Then the Room was ok if small
One night I was unhappy when the coffee I was taking to the lounge was taken off me by a man at the door and poured into a paper cup. (!)
On site excursions very expensive, cheaper elsewhere. The snorkelling trip was disappointing…

La posizione e il mare. Anche l’animazione
Pulizia non al top e la struttura potrebbe essere tenuta meglio

Everything
Sometimes the water pressure in the shower was low
10.0
Das Personal, Essen, sauberkeit, sehr freundliche Hotelpersonal
Das es keine Getränke im Zimmer hatte wo man sich bedienen könnte, aber anscheinend ist das so in Bahamas/ USA
6.0
The entertainment and staff were completely awesome. Beach was outstanding. Bar staff was great. Housekeeping team was awesome and always friendly.
Location of the room. We were placed back by the tennis courts. Nothing to do there and a long walk to anything. That seems to be where most everyone was roomed though.
10.0
Beautiful beach with amazing clear ocean
Great location and superb service. Daily show very professional.
10.0
Romantic dinner at Viva Cafe was spectacular, and the service was also top notch!
No early check in option. People have to wait until 3:00 pm sharp before they can check in, and it creates challenges for booking the restaurants
8.0
Staff and facilities
The ac had a loud noise
9.0
The staff helped me propose to the love of my life. It was wonderful.
The food could've been much better.
5.0
Beach and location
Staff on check in were very unprofessional, unprepared and did not want to help. Rooms were old and dirty
8.0
Staff is amazing. Food was available from 7am-10pm so no rush on specific eating times. Snorkeling was phenomenal, we went twice.
Room wasn't ready when we arrived after normal check in at 3pm. Didn't get our room until almost 4:30pm. Breakfast was lacking.

That I got to visit Bahamas
I didn't like the food, music, and activities 😕 😪. It was extremely boring. Too many children are there partying with adults. Never okay....
7.0
The people.the amenities.they food was ok
The accommodation.the mattress had these tiny ants everywhere.no matter what we did it keeps showing up.it was so frustrating not knowing where they could crawl into when we were asleep.
1.0
The view
Almost everything was bad. The food's nasty, they served the same thing over and over for 4 days. They have bed bugs. I would not go back there even if they'd pay me to.
9.0
Beautiful location. Activity and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant dining was high quality. Room was spacious.
7.0
The food at the buffet was plentiful and good.
The spa/ massage was lovely.
Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient
The evening entertainment was enjoyable
The grounds had too much trash that was not picked up daily. Cigarette butts and other trash littered the beach
Several staff members specifically the front desk and customer service were lackluster and at times rude
The buildings had a somewhat shabby look to them.
3.0
Had to change rooms 2x because the rooms were filthy with unchanged sheets and pillows. Food was tasteless, the floors in the cafe were always slippery and three guest fell while trying to fix their plates.
Everything, had to change rooms twice because there was dirty linen and pillows. To be all inclusive and the drinks were rail was an absolute waste of money
6.0
Location, comfort, entertainment staff exceptional
Reception staff are very unfriendly and rude on specific occasions, poor room guest services fridges in room not even stocked with water. Let alone anything all inclusive fridges should be stocked. Not a drinker and staff wouldn't even give cans out of soft drink. For what we paid very disappointing.

The Viva Fortuna Beach was clean, modern and comfortable. It is right by the ocean. The staff are friendly and work very hard. The resort grounds have beautiful plants.
They have an entertainment team who perform most nights. The shows were spectacular.
When I had a problem it was addressed quickly and in a professional manner.
Previous to booking I read some reviews that said the property was old. And sheets were not clean. This isn’t the case at all. If I had paid attention to these reviews I would have missed out on a wonderful experience.
The property is far from other shops and places of interest. You either need a taxi or to hire a car to get anywhere. There is no public transport. There are a lot of activities. But if it rains the activities are reduced because many are either held outside or off site.

Food was good .
check in was terrible . had to wait almost 2 hours for the key after 3:00 pm

The beach is lovely, soft white sand dotted with palms and the sea is nice too. Plenty of beach beds.
The sunbeds around the pool are super comfy, although there are not enough for the amount of guests who want to use them.
Staff are nice and friendly.
The hotel grounds are generally pretty and the hotel buildings look nice from the outside.
Breakfast was good, great selection of fresh fruit. Other meals were ok.
The room was really not clean at all. Not just surface dirt but years of neglect. The whole place needs a deep clean.
My shower did not work, I could see why, it was encrusted with limescale and grime. I used the shower in the gym (which was not great but ok ish). I did inform reception but as I was only there for 48 hours I did not want to wait in my room for maintenance to arrive.. TBH unless they had put a whole new shower unit in I would not have wanted to use it anyway.
I had read the reviews so knew the place had cleanliness issues but thought it was people being picky. I have stayed in £2 per night hostels in Asia, I am not picky. The rooms here are dirty. The bedsheets seemed clean though. The toilet was clean enough to use. I cleaned the sink myself and it was ok.
There is a lot of loud music and people.

we loved the location as the beach was steps away from our accommodations
our room was extremely dated and the beds were old and uncomfortable- the cleaning could have been better in our rooms
The resort exterior is in need of a renovation.
There should have been more representatives in the reception check in area

Staff were all great except for the ones at the entrance. They were quite rude. Pool, beach, drinks were all great!
Rooms need updating and were not clean. Mark on bed spread, bathroom was not clean, just overall rooms were not nice.
1.0
Nothing
Had to rekey my card five times. Also the all-inclusive means that you get one dinner at one of their restaurants one night. I've stayed in a lot of all-inclusives and this is a first for me. That's just a few things I would b**** about there's a lot more but I don't have time for that.
5.0
they had some water issues I couldn’t tell but looked like sewer problems was right in front of our room, they left it for 2 day’s people were walking through it. was terrible smell.
2.0
Almost nothing
Poor food quality
Old rooms, tired structure.
We forgot our shoes when we left first time. When came back, Lost & Found department said there was no record of our shoes. They disappeared!? Didn't feel safe after this issue.
Not hot water in shower.
Hard to make reservation in the restaurants.
Whyndam makes lot of advertisement saying there are 3 or 4 restaurants.
It's fake.
Most of them are not available. Only buffet for dinner.
We had only one dinner in Mexican Restaurant.
No water in the room.
You have to go to the bar area for the filter water.
You can't use a bottle. Only cup to get some water - doesn't make any sense!
Major problem, in my opinion, is management.
We noted the staffs try to be nice, but sometime they don't know how to do it and/or what they have to do.
It's big hotel. Surely owners spent a lot of money to do this business.
But, management should be changed. They don't know how to work, at all.
5.0
Location was beautiful.
I reserved a king bed and called ahead to confirm. Upon arrival they said my reservation was a request and not a reservation.
I also had a plane delay so only stayed 2 nights. I called as soon as i knew we wouldnt make it the 1st night however we were still charged for 3 nights.
Supposed to be all inclusive... however they have certain drinks that only members can get. Even Baileys, I didn't know that was a premium liquor in Bahamas but they seem to think so.
