A great place to stay in Buzios.

Great location near two top beaches in the quiet and scenic part of the town, much nice than the centre. Friendly staff, nice rooms with a sunset view. Would stay again.

Breakfast buffet was varied but could be better quality products and food. Likewise for dinner and restaurant menu.

O Staff é muito atencioso, o quarto é grande e confortável, camas muito confortáveis. Bom ar condicionado. café da manhã poderia ser melhor, mas satisfaz.

Até o nosso quarto (Nº 19), tínhamos que subir 54 degraus desde a recepção. O hotel não tem nenhuma acessibilidade para pessoas idosas ou com dificuldade de locomoção, São muitas escadas para subir e descer para acessar os ambientes. As vagas de estacionamento comportam poucos carros e não tem vagas destinadas a carros grandes. Na garagem coberta, não entram carros grandes, pela posição do portão. Para nós que viajamos com uma caminhonete cabine dupla, isso quase se tornou um problema.

Disappointing

Reception staff was great but management dissappeared during the crisis when we were left without electricity for 2 days. The location is amazing, the rooms are good.

The Hotel does not have a backup generator and as soon as it rained we were left without electricity on two consecutive days. Definitively ruined our stay. Also the spa is very underwhelming.

Views, decoration, spot and suite

Bed had sth stiff in the middle. Staff was not very caring. Temperature of spa and pool as too cold. Breakfast could have more variety and they didn't replace some of food after people finished it.

the property is ok, needs some work in the jacuzzi area as it’s not really a jacuzzi.

1/5 staff is actually nice. Most seem to be annoyed at guests. Will speak badly about guests (I speak Portuguese as well :)) . be careful when ordering food since they tend to charge your card then say you never paid on check out. This happens to us and we stayed and extra hour past check out trying to get this resolved with the check out person and the manager even though the bar employee kept telling them we had already paid. Would tell Americans and other foreign visitors to stay away or at very least keep receipts of what you buy on the property because they might say you never paid.

Staff wasn’t well trained at all. Limited parking lot. Sometimes shower was cold. Swimming pool cold. Hotel needs full renovation - everything looks pretty old.

Cozy hotel, amazing view and location, super helpful staff

The location and view are impeccable, you couldn’t ask for more. The set up of the rooms and dining area is superb, and the “holiday feeling” is pretty special. The members of staff are extremely helpful (including and especially room service), and there is a true boutique vibe to the entire place. It feels a little like family with the other guests around.

It is a pretty old building complex, and that is palpable throughout. We had small ants and lizards in our room, but that may just be the way things are here. For those working from here, the wifi isn’t great (does the job for Instagram and Netflix), but video calls etc were a bit of a struggle.

Great place, great stay. I would recommend it.

The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious, clean and just as advertised.

The breakfast did not vary much, but that may because of Covid-19 issues. We also could not serve ourselves, but then again that was because of Covid-19 concerns.
