Overall a satisfactory stay.

Location was excellent. The apartment was big and spacious, with everything you could mostly need on site. Beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning and celling fan in the bedroom was appreciated and helped us cope with the 28-degree heat in August. Great having a free carpark onsite.

Iron did not work. Mould on some of the curtains. Pool on sight stated it was heated.... it defiantly was not which was disappointing. Also did not like the fact that we had to evacuate when fire alarm went off, only to be told by the manager on duty that they don't bother evacuating unless the fire alarm says please evacuate the building...... would have been helpful to know this prior to the fire brigade arriving.!!! Going down 11 flights of stairs at night in your pj's ..... not cool.

Highly recommend. Much nicer than staying in a hotel.

We loved our stay here. As I was staying for over a week to recover from surgery I wanted somewhere relaxing and that felt a bit more homely vs a hotel, this place was perfect. Right across from the beach and had views of the both the river and beach. The best equiped apartment I’ve stayed in. The kitchen has everything. Facilities and outdoor areas are well maintained and everyone was lovely. Look forward to staying here again next time.

Amazing with minor issues

Great place to stay with family. Right across from the beach and also a pool at the apartment if you wanted to go for a quick dip. The view from the balcony was amazing and mountain views from the kitchen, every window you looked out from had a wonderful view. Easy check-in and out process. Free onsite parking, undercover. The place is not far from the Surfers Paradise central, just minutes walk and easy enough to navigate to. Plenty of amenities in the apartment. Since we were staying near the beach, I was washing clothes nearly everyday and there was plenty of laundry detergent. Enough dishwashing tablets to last us our stay. Basic cooking ingredients. Great place to stay with the family, 2 y/o and a 11 y/o. Amazing views from all around. Would highly recommend the place.

Couple of minor inconveniences was just that the ceiling lights were a bit low and we kept bumping into them and when we open the windows they would swing, which kind of terrified us incase it broke. Balcony glass was cracked, so a bit of a hazard for the little one. Just make sure you bring some extra TP if you're staying for a while, what was supplied wasn't enough for our family of 4.

Disappointing

Great access to beach. Quite close to everything.

Severe lack of amenities, didn't receive any pool or beach towels. We were charged an extra $300 from our booking price as a 'sundries' charge with no explanation or breakdown of what this cost actually was.

Nice big living space with a beautiful view of the sea. Perfect location by a quiet beach with a great cafe nearby and within a short walk of both Surfers and Main Beach.

Good location

Location was great across from main beach. Walk to the main surfers paradise was 15mins. Had to request a different apartment due to it being very old and carpeted throughout with old carpet - Ben, the manager was very accommodating to our needs and moved us into an updated and modern apartment.

Lift was old and creepy Rooms were not ready on arrival

it was renovating so no reception and had to access and leave through the basement. this meant we couldn’t leave the keys in the apartment when we left as needed a key to exit the basement and couldn’t find a place to leave the keys.

Great location, great guest service

I travel to Gold Coast every year. this serviced apartment is the best ever, Great location, walking distance to the centre, quiet and great ocean view. the apartment is spacious, clean, full kitchen and full laundry. Jane and Ben delivered the best customer service. the internet is sometimes hard to connect due to supplier issue I believe, but never mind I got huge data from my mobile. certainly highly recommend family travel.

Location great right next to beach. Donna was fantastic our entire stay and could not do enough to help us.

Apartment was outdated and could do with a facelift. Based on other apartments in area price could be described as a little on the pricey side for what you get.

location was great. apartment was a good size and had everything we needed.

sofa and curtains could have been cleaner. the blind in kids room didn’t work and the fan was noisy.

Apartment was great. Spacious and nicely presented with lots of extras. Piano and extra tvs great Beds and pillows comfy

Location with car racing coming up barricades and fences meant beach access was difficult and quite a walk. Access in and out walking and in vehicle tricky too. Work being done in apartments above. Noise was atrocious. Jack hammers grinders drills saws etc crashing and banging all day. Couldnt hear youself think let alone manage a daytome nap And bottle/ rubbish and wasre bin collection at 1st light each morning crashing and banging meant early wake up. Pool wasn't heated and no spa. Room was not ready when we arrived. Certainly wouldn't rate 4.5 star.. No mention of access issues and work noise when booking . Suggest we get some earplugs! Really disappointed as 2 of party were sick with limited mobility needing day time rests, so not ideal

Pleasant

Fantastic 180 degree views, free parking and very comfortable bed made this humble accommodation. It was a bit of a walk to the strip but an enjoyable one in daylight hours. Not sure how the pool is heated as it was still too cold for the adults but the kids had a go. It was very convenient having all facilities available to make the place like home and we even had a BBQ in the grounds our final night , BBQ was very clean and would only suggest stronger lighting for the cooler, darker evenings of the year .
