Sin duda, elijo volver!
Fuimos para festejar un cumpleaños d3 60, ya lo conociamos, repetimos la expetiencia porque sabemos que hacen lo mejor para que l9 pases bien!
Tuvimos inconvenientes porque notenian amex, pero le pusieron buena voluntad y lo solucionaron, hasta nos hicieron un upgrade para mejorar nuestra experiencia de cumpleaños, volveriamos sin duda!

la comida no parece de un all inclusive, realmente excepcional, y el personal es increiblemente atento, dispuestos, simpaticos, todo funciona como una gran fabrica de engranaje, muy impresionante. Destacable.
La playa no fue lo que esperaba, todos los dias con bandera roja, el mar bastante picado, la playa es chica, no es la tipica playa paradisiaca del caribe, y nos tocaron varios dias con muchas aguas vivas. Pero compensamos con las piletas de agua salada.

Muito organizado, funcionários da piscina são excelentes. Comida ótima.
Concierge só estava preocupado em vender club iberostar, passou informações erradas e não ajudou em solicitações, inclusive perdemos uma reserva por agendarem sem nos comunicar e não conseguimos ir em um dos restaurantes temáticos por erro do concierge. Fizemos o mesmo pedido por telefone e pelo app diversas vezes e não nos atenderam até o final da estadia.

O café da manhã é bom.
Os restaurantes temáticos deveriam estar disponíveis durante toda a estadia a exemplo do ocorre em navios. Embora tenham disponibilidade, limitam a apenas 3 opções o q inviabiliza ao hóspede conhecer toda a gastronomia q divulgam haver no hotel. A limpeza não é das melhores. Nem todas as espreguiçadeiras que disponibilizam na praia encontram-se em bom estado e as que usamos estavam velhas e rasgadas.

Café da manhã e atendimento dos funcionários.
Piscina estava extremamente quente, como se fosse aquecida, há necessidade de algum tipo de climatização. Almoço e jantar de nível mediano. Bebidas também medianas. Tivemos um perfume roubado em nosso quarto.

O quarto é amplo, roupas de cama e chuveiro bons, a comida e bebida excelentes, muita variedade, os restaurantes buffet tem muita opção, e os marcados para jantar são ótimos também! O mar é uma delícia, os funcionários muito atenciosos, em especial a Jessica!
Nosso quarto tinha mto cheiro de mofo, fomos com nosso bebê e todos ficamos com alergia. Somado a isso, não tinha como abrir a porta ou janela pois no térreo tem muito, muito mosquito. Na beira da praia poderiam fazer uma manutenção/limpeza, cuidar melhor. Fomos caminhar e tinha cadeiras abandonadas, folhas e galhos jogados e coisas reviradas da ressaca do mar, mas que já estavam ali há algum tempo.

Bahia Selection needs to provide better training to some do their staff.
Great food quality and variety, drinks and entertainment. However the Selection needs to invest in training their staff, especially at the reception. I understand lots of foreigners have been hired which I have nothing against, but they lacked the Brazilian hospitality.
staff at the reception. to be honest I couldn’t believe how badly we were greeted at the hotel, taking in consideration we had a 90yo lady and a child with us.
