Quarto reformado. Varanda com privacidade. Localização. Simpatia e limpeza da camareira do fim de semana, no corredor do apto 121.

Faltou telefone para falar na recepção. Tínhamos que ligar do celular, caso precisássemos de algo. Não tinha secador de cabelo, nem para emprestar, uma vez que solicitei por 3x e não trouxeram. Tv com canais instáveis e chiado na imagem. Solicitei manutenção por 2x e sequer foram. Café da manhã razoável. Deixar que o cliente pegue água na sua própria garrafinha não deveria ser nenhum favor. Deveria ser o mínimo a ser oferecido em qualquer outro hotel da categoria deste.

Limpeza e atendimento

Area de lazer fora de uso (toboágua e tirolesa), pois quando reservei, uma das coisas q havia planejado era curtir com meus filhos essa area. Porem em momento algum fui informado q estaria em manutenção.

Reservei o quarto por um valor no Booking chegando lá cobraram a mais 5% do valor que eu reservei pelo booking fiquei muito chateada pois já fiquei em vários hotéis reservado pelo booking e nenhum nunca cobrou um valor a mais por isso. Reservei um quarto com sacada porém colocaram a gente em um quarto sem sacada e ao lado da sala de jogos e as pessoas as 7h da manhã já estavam jogando ping pong e totó o que impossibilitava dormir até mais tarde. A piscina é sempre suja e cheia de areia e folhas Os quartos tem bastante claridade falta escurecer mais as portas por ser de vidro

bargain price right across from the beach

the kids loved all the pools and the beach across the street. they cleaned our rooms everyday… we were cheated at the nauticomer resort we had reserved a week there at the other resort that wanted to double our price after we arrived.. we stayed half a day at nauticomer and they charred us R$ 2500 for just one night.. we left angry and moved back to pau Brazil..( formerly) now Ramada. we stayed here in the past it changed names but the only difference was it was not all inclusive anymore. it was a great deal three hundred dollars for a week! they have their own beach and beach bar. even paying for food and drinks it was still a great deal. I want to buy the placemats live there!

There were a party in the hotel and it was too loud. The front door is made of glass. There were no soap and no towels when we arrived.

complete waste of time and money.

Foul mold smell, dirty, AC did not work, no hot water, staff lied about all rooms being sold out. absolutely disappointing. DO NOT STAY HERE. loud awful music. sheets had holes in them.

Go somewhere else.

Every single member of the staff is holding this place together and keeping from falling apart, they had to keep apologozing to guest for the poor condition of property amd things not working. TV amd AC didn't work, that is unacceptable for a hotel. Property is a desperate need of a major renovation. Food is om, but prices per person for lunch and dinner are way over priced, not a lot of variety or quality there, R$59.99 per person for buffet, believe me... go to Colher de Pau or amy of the restairants near by.
