Just what we needed

Proximity to beach & view. Listening to the waves at night. Close to restaurants bars pub. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable

Would love a microwave in the room & bigger fridge. Cant fit a pizza box in that tiny fridge. Bottled water in fridge to purchase would be great.

Advertising dining that doesn’t exist. no breakfast. Someone turned the frig off internally.

The central location was excellent. The room was very clean and service was good.

The view was nice although the balcony is a little closed in which hunters your view of the ocean.

The lack of consideration dampen our holiday

Before we arrived we informed we informed Kacys & Booking.com that we had to shorten our stay by 1 day because of important hospital appointment I needed to attend due very serious condition I have.We know where outside the 5 day refund policy and where not excepting a full refund but we had hoped for a small refund or a discount of some sort but all we got was a big fat NO As we where part way though our holiday other hotels/motel where a lot more considerate then Kacys Very disappointing

Excellent spot

Central to all things at Bargara. Lovely outlook and great for a walk each morning. Hotel next door for dining. The set menu at the restaurant at kacy's was a little more extravagant than we normally do but was perfect for a special outing. Will be back.

No complaints about anything. I'm not sure whether in low season the same amount of cafes would be open as there needs to be options esp when staying in the motel

Great views and location. Nice, simple & CLEAN rooms. Overall pretty happy.

Free WiFi was some of the best hotel WiFi I've experienced. Beautiful views overlooking the Bargara waterfront. Right next to Ricks Cafe which was great (but always busy). Was very easy to find and check-in was very streamlined. Really didn't have too much to complain about. Shower was awesome! Was able to make the rooms very dark for those extra long sleep-ins.

The bed was okay but their choice of pillows left a lot to be desired. Certainly wasn't horrible and I've slept on worse. But I'd probably bring my own pillow next time. Honestly my only complaints were more things I'm just picky about but shouldn't really impact your choice to stay.

It was nice.

Breakfast was amazing and staff friendly. Location was awesome.

We didn’t receive room service. The room was not cleaned or the bed remade for our second night. Was just something we expected.

excellent and only 10 mins out of Bundaberg

the position is perfect for everything. very clean. happy friendly staff we had a fabulous evening meal in the restaurant

a lift would be nice for us oldies
