Our stay has been awesome and not long enough, will definitely coming back.

Location, Location. Quiet no through street. There is a pool if you don't want to go to the beach but it is only 1 minutes' walk to the beach and boardwalk. Very short walk to restaurants, in both directions. The unit has been updated since our last time here and is so light and bright. View from balcony is of the ocean and as a bonus ships pass within sight to and from Brisbane. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, the whole experience for us has been extremely positive and we will be coming back here.

There is nothing we disliked or could be improved.

Great location, well worth staying at with a small family

The apartment was in a great location close to the beach and local amenities. Even though we turned up later than planned the keys were available to us and the room was prepared for us after a long drive. If I visit the area again this apartment would be used again

Only issue we had was the washing machine was not working properly, part from that there was no other issues

We had a lovely stay at this accommodation

lovely unit, great location and fabulous view Plenty of plates, cutlery, mugs and glasses.

The tiles in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom were extremely slippery if you split water and was hard to see because of the pattern in the tiles. Bin in kitchen had not been emptied when we arrived. Needed a few containers to store food in.

pics didn’t match the apartment we stayed in. old and dated decor and furniture. broken lamps. mould. dirty floors and couch. door missing on wardrobe. in dire need of a revamp.

Very friendly

No power in the second room no fan or air-conditioning in that room. Fridge had left overs from the last person. Only one small bathroom and 1 toilet for 4 people.

Awesome

Location as excellent, 100 meters from Kings Beach. You can walk along the boardwalk, you can also if inclined walk into Caloundra. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor with view of the ocean from the balcony, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

The unit afforded magnificent views. It had an open plan living area that was compact but roomy. The balcony provided an indoor outdoor feel. The bed was comfortable and sleeping to the sound of the ocean was very relaxing. Watching the ships from the balcony was fun. We loved our stay here. Thank you so very much.

My husband had a slip on the tiles in the shower. As he is disabled this was an issue for his safety. Also it would be helpful to have some baking trays and grill tray for the oven.

Great location, comfortable bed, but in need of renovation.

Apartment was dated, in need of renovation. Marks on wall, old marked curtains, air con unit doesn't close (but it works). If owner wanted to spend just a little money it would be four star, but I'd say one-two star now just on appearance/tiredness.

Beautiful location, clean unit, good value

Location to the beach and restaurants

Smokers on the balcony below us. They smoked heavily and we couldn’t sit on our patio when they were out there. The entire building should be non smoking. We won’t return because of this

Cockroahs dead in kitchen and then walking across floors and up walls at night microwave to high and dangerous for anybody corners where dirty as where bricks dont think there have ever been cleaned fans in toilet need cleaning the whole place needs updating

location was great. pool area was great. close to everything we needed. secure car park. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed

The apartment was on ground level. The owners need to update apartment. Very noisy next to pool. People can walk in off the street.
