Mixed feelings

The location is excellent and the room cleaning was great. The food was delicious in the ground floor cafe.

Some of the security staff were unfortunately unprofessional and need additional training. I was with my kids trying to check out the hotel facilities, like the barber shop and gym, when a security guard stopped us and asked us to wait while he checked with the receptionist if we could go in. That felt really unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome. Additionally, the security personnel responsible for opening the parking gates often act as if they don't see you when you need to park. Lastly, it seemed like my status as a Marriott Bonvoy member meant nothing to them, and they didn't even bother to add my points.

Ничего, особенно необоснованная ничем цена. 200 долларов за номер в подобном отеле - дорогого.

В каждом отеле Еревана прокурено.Мариотт в меньшей степени, но пахнет табаком в номере ощутимо.

Everything was bad🤬🤬

They talk very rudely in the pool and restaurant. The cooling system was terrible. The electricity was cut off several times a day. Once the hotel's water was cut off for several hours. They don't have a plan for the number of large families. Everything is multiple times in the hotel. It's all a scam. We didn't feel good at all. We wasted our money.

Best location

The location , the beuty salon , the room is big clean and comfortable , the staff .. the excutive food / drinks bar. The most thing i like having wash out shut off water in bathroom.

Awful, avoid, avoid, avoid!

Great location

Pool was closed for maintenance and this was not disclosed ahead of arrival. No arrangements for guests to go to a sister hotel and swim. Staff were not helpful and did little to welcome guests, no greetings. Unfriendly

we booked a 60 kv room, they upgraded us to a presidential suite. the shower is broken in the bathroom, the water does not pass in the shower cabin, the shower leaks, the plumbing is outdated and there is only one socket at one mirror. there is a lot of dust and dirt behind the bed. this is not the level of a five star hotel.

One night at Yerevan

Perfect location for someone new to the city. Extremely helpful staff both at the reception and the concierge. Can't them the ladies at the reception enough for resolving a hiccup with Yandex and reserving a place for me to enjoy a wonderful dinner at Yerevan Tavern.

The Best Marriott I've stayed at!

Everything was perfect! I would stay here again 100% of the time! Location, staff, breakfast, dinner, room, fitness center, aesthetics (inside and out) was excellent. Varduhi (cleaning staff) was excellent very friendly and warm-hearted person - she really made the stay that much better.

Stay here, don't look anywhere else!

Fantastic location. Very helpful staff. Brilliant breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms. Honestly couldn't fault it, if we return to yerevan we will stay there again.

room service menu is poor of options as this is international hotel also what was really silly when asked for electricity adapter they charged me for it while been in other hotels less rated than Marriott and they didn’t charge for the same.
