Vi var 2 voksne og 1 barn+ 1 hund. Havde skøn overnatning. Dejligt værelse, sødt personale. Nemt at have vores hund med.

Top Service in bester Lage und bestem Frühstück

Es hat einfach alles gestimmt! Sehr bequeme Betten, sehr schönes Zimmer, Badezimmer sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, Für unseren Hund stand im Zimmer ein Fressnapf bereit und es lag sogar eine kleine Tüte mit Leckerli darin. Das Frühstück war super, mit frischem Obst, Joghurt, Müsli, Salat, Wurst, Marmelade, Honig.., Uns fehlte es an nichts! Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr umsichtig, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen das Hotel sehr gerne weiter!

Es gibt keine Mängel!

Kort men intensiv vistelse, allt bra!

Läget mitt i ”smeten” var suveränt. Tyst trots centralt läge. Hade beställt parkeringsplats, något som är absolut nödvändigt då parkering på gatorna var omöjlig. Hjälpsam personal!!

Suitable for long-stay visitors centrally located in Luebeck's historical city centre.

I had booked a studio that was located in a newly renovated building close to the KO15 itself. This suite had serviced apartments with kitchenette and bathrooms. Smokers could sit open-air in a small inner courtyard with chairs and table. For children there was an outdoor playground.

Traditional building well renovated into serviced apartments . Main attractions could be reached on foot. The KO15 Hotel itself with Lobby and adjacent restaurant was just across the street.

Location was perfect and it was very clean.

The Studio Apartment was difficult to find. A map with directions from reception and better signage would have helped. The number of stairs was also a surprise.

It was okay, but not worth the money we paid.

Room was a good size. Breakfast was basic, but nice. Close to most tourist attractions. The free sparkling water and glasses were nice. Lift to rooms, although it was very small.

Bed was squeaky. Shower was impossible to use due to its location. As soon as it was turned on it sprayed all over the bathroom. It was over the bath and was so high I could not reach it to unhook it. Instead of having a bathtub, which was not needed, a walk in shower would have been a better addition in this space. The carpark was extremely tight, perhaps better for smaller cars but larger cars would have extreme difficulty parking here. Carpark is also across the road from the hotel with nowhere to park in front of the hotel to drop off bags. It made it very difficult to bring larger bags to the room.

The location was central and convenient The breakfast was very good

We were in the annex. Had a kitchen we didn't need, but only one hard chair, so difficult to relax in the room.

A nice hotel in a good local with helpful staff.

A good location on the edge of the historic centre on an attractive square. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I was in an annex with a small kitchenette, which was well-equipped and quiet.

I am elderly and not very mobile. I hadn’t realised that my room in the annex was across the road, down a street and up a steep staircase with no lift. The staff helped me with my luggage but zi wished I had been in the main building

Nice stay in a beautiful city

Location could not be better. Room was a studio apartment in the other building next to the hotel. It was small but had everything we needed for a short stay. Room was clean and there was enough kitchen ware for two people. It's nice that you can make your own breakfast if you don't want to purchase it from the hotel. Very good special cafe Cycle Roasters near to the hotel!

Bathroom was very small but it is old building so you can't really do anything about it. Pillows were very soft.

Great location, centrally in the old town center. Great room, very cozy and spacious. Friendly and joyful staff. Nice garage.

Basic breakfast quality. Few garage spaces, risk that you will not get one.

Lovey hotel top speck Great staff location is 5, mins walk from main square, right beside big lovely church bus stop right outside. Staff especially the man that does be there he looks like Timo Werner the German footballer, what a agreat guy can't do enough for you. Top class such a refreshing welcome..

Fantastic place!

Fantastic location, directly on a beautiful old town square. Very friendly staff. New structure and furnishings. Hearty breakfast. Room overlooking a quiet and lovely inner garden. Cleanliness 100! Very satisfied.

Check-in at 3 pm could be done a bit earlier.

Perfect location in Lubeck centrum. Hotel is very nice and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Also there's safe private garage just 200 meters from the hotel. There was also a special present waiting in the room for our dog!

top location, all in all more functional than luxurious, some silly mistakes (necessary sockets in the kitchen at foot level), but pretty decent value for money (lübeck being a rather expensive location). easy to heat (i was there when even daytime temperatures were emphatically below zero). my main quibble would be the lack of an arm chair!
