Exceptional

It was a pleasant surprise. Nicely laid out with a sofa bed downstairs and a bed and small patio upstairs. Quiet even though in an apartment building and right downtown. Instructions on how to get the key were clear and the person who met us was nice. Providing a city map was a nice touch. Kitchen was well supplied. Very nice place.

Excellent location, the heart of Dresden. Near open parking, from 20.00 to 08.00 it's free, max 12 euros per day. The apartment is two-level, divided zones. Two WC. Great bedroom on the second floor. Safe with key and detailed instructions, staff is always available. I definitely recommend this apartment for families with children.

On the first floor there is an uncomfortable sofa for sleeping. Very outdated kitchen and worn kitchen utensils.

Nice location and good facilities

Great location at the historical center. Good facilities and nice service team. Convenient approach for key pick-up.

The washer and dryer only accept coins (in particular only Eur 0.5 coins for the dryer).

A quick visit to Dresden

The apartment was a loft style with a large bedroom upstairs including a private balcony off the bedroom. A double bed futon on the main floor. The kitchen was nice with all of the required appliances, dishes, coffee maker, kettle, etc., but missing a spatula. The apartment was bright, comfortable and modern. Walking distance to the main attractions. Lots of parking garages close. There is room in front of the apartments to unload and pack your belongings into your car.

The futon unfortunately was broken so we left it in the bed set up, and it worked fine for our child, but for a teen/adult (any heavier) it would not have worked. The property manager stated it had just been reported broken by the previous renter and apologized. We recieved a visit from the tenant below us late in the evening after we had settled our young child in bed. The tenant complained there was water leaking in their apartment from us. So while they spoke with the property manager and us we tried to figure it out. Unfortunate for the tenant and bad timing for ourselves. Hopefully that matter can be figured out. The apartment advertises a washing machine...there is not one in the apartment. There is a laundry room down one floor with a coin operated washer and dryer which was easy to access.

No better way to experience the beautiful city of Dresden.

Everything was perfect. Our host Rita was friendly and prompt meeting is with the keys and to show us around, and our pre-stay communication was excellent. We loved everything the property had to offer, from the privacy to the great location and freedom to come and go as we pleased. The property was charming, clean, and gave us the feeling of home away from home. Would absolutely stay there again!

Good location and lovely spacious apartment with well stocked kitchen.

The internet did not work well at all IN the apt. We were located on the 2nd floor and if we went across the hall into the office area, we could get internet, but that was not very convenient at all. We found ourselves going to the visitor center or restaurants to use their internet. Although description stated washing machine, we weren't told where it was located initially. We finally asked our host and learned it was on the 4th floor. Perhaps a hint of where to find a local market would have been helpful...we did find one nearby using the internet at the visitor center or restaurant.

needed a few more instructions when we arrived like finding the keys. would have been nice to know that we needed our own soap shampoo etc. Where the laundry room was Drying rack for clothes would be nice.

The Penthouse

The apartment itself was far more impressive than the pictures on booking.com. The upstairs room was more spacious than I thought it would be and balcony was a wonderful spot to enjoy some sun and see some of the decorative tops of the surrounding buildings.

I did have a little difficulty with the keys when we first checked in. The problem was quickly resolved with a call to the owner who promptly sent someone to help. After a brief instruction, all was good. The quick response was much appreciated.

Very good stay in the old town

Place was very clean and huge - large living room with spacious bedroom upstairs. Nearby cheap public parking (but always occupied) and underground parking right next to the appartment. Perfect location - 150m walk from the cathedral.

Appartment could be more cozy.

In the heart of the city / cheap parking place close to the house /real value for money

For a longer stay the sofa bed is not really comfortable for 2 people. More comfortable furniture and a little design could improve the place a lot.

Fifth-floor apartment in a new building with stunning views on the city rooftops.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor in a reconstructed building, just next to the Frauenkirche. There is a little terrace on the rooftop with amazing views of the tops of the nearby buildings. Everything is clean and brand new. The hostess welcomed us and provided us with useful information about things to visit in Dresden.

The old city of Dresden is still in reconstruction, which means that our sleep was disturbed from 6:00 on by builders three mornings in a row. Having earplugs is a must if you want to sleep further than 6:00. The sofa bed is not very comfortable.

Perfect location for a perfect trip to Dresden. Very nice place, can only recommend!

Amazing location. Within a few minute walk to all the sights of Dresden. Nice little coffee shop in the same building. Big apartment, perfect for up to 4 people. Nice and helpful host. Can only recommend!!

A shower curtain by the bathtub would be nice. There are no blinds, so it gets bright in the room very early. As it was very warm we had the windows open and it gets very loud early in the mornings from the street below.

The best place in Dresden to stay

Large, spacy apt. with terrace in the heart of old Dresden. 2 mins walk to Frauenkirche and all major attractions. The apt. is in a quiet street so there is no noisy typical for city centers. Easy check in process and parking facilities nearby makes that it is the best option for short stay in Dresden. We are sure be back at this place as 2 days stay is too short to explore the city.
